RaveReady

This company steals from people. I purchased an item close to 3 months ago. After 1 month of waiting, I sent a message which said message was received with no reply. After another couple weeks I requested a refund with no refund and no reply. I have tried reaching out 2 more times since then, which all say they were delivered, and have never received a reply. This place is either a scam or extremely poorly managed. From what I have read, it has happened to hundreds of people. As far as I'm concerned, they are thief's.

This was the worst online experience I've ever had. I placed an order in early May for a costume event three weeks later (usually this is WAY more than enough time to receive an order from any other online store I've ever dealt with.) It did not arrive in time for my event and I had to purchase another costume. I wrote three emails asking when it might arrive and didn't receive a response for more than a month. They promised it would be shipped soon, so I waited. We exchanged a few more emails, they kept saying it would be a bit longer... It is now September. My order still has not arrived. They tried getting me to change my order... Finally I simply cancelled it. Horrible. I would never, ever place an order with RaveReady again.

Ordered 10/1/15 and after 3 weeks emailed my concerns to the "fast response email line *******@raveready.com. $ emails later and no response. Spent 15 Minutes of my lunch re-calling because the automated service drops you saying all reps are busy, call back or email. Already tried, imagine that.

Also found that if when asked to dial an extension, 102 or 103 got me to a voicemail, which I will continue to call until I can get a verification of my cancelled order as I requested in the voicemail I left for "raymond" if that is a real person.

35 days without a response, stay far away. The person(s) running the instagram will also remove you comments pertaining to where your order is as well, and not respond on there either. They can run, but can't hide.

I ordered an item online and it's been longer than two weeks. Their office is located an hour away from my home. This is a scam do not shop here they don't even send you an email confirmation of your purchase. It's obvious that the reviews below are written from RaveReady themselves too many postitive reviews at once. Definitely going to write reviews on their social media accounts to inform the rest of the online shoppers watch them delete it.

This company is pathetic when it comes to customer service. I ordered two items over a month ago. I get no response when emailing support and when I call, no one picks up and they tell me to email them. I will never order from this company again and I hope they go out of business. Apparently this is a common practice for them. I now have to go with another plan last minute. Thanks for nothing raveready.

I was curious if they delete customer's comments on Instagram so commented on their post, asking why do they take so long time to ship orders.
Then they deleted my comment. Lol
I live in Japan and there's not many rave clothes shops here so I'd been excited and waiting for my order to be delivered. Unfortunately my order haven't been shipped yet.
If I've known these reviews before I ordered... my order state never changes from "processing". How is it possible for them to being disrespectful to customers? I am very disappointed and sad. I don't feel angry because I'll never expect them again. Haha I'll find nicer shops.

I was one of the lucky few to have absolutely 0 issues with my chips, however, the guys at RaveReady.com have been willing and able to help out with any and all technical issues that arise ranging from quick and competent responses in the Facebook group (OSM Mode Swap) to troubleshooting issues over video chat with customers 1 on 1. I must say that I'm highly satisfied with my purchase of 10 chips with the programmer which also came with 20 free batteries and a pair of slim gloves. I would recommend this product to any technologically illiterate glovers as well as those who have coding experience because the community is growing and everyone knows how to at least copy and paste ;)

I've been shopping at raveready since I was in highschool and now I'm in my final semester of college! That's how great the prices and products are. I haven't had any issues since I've shopping here. I do ask of just thing from you guys - your sizing should be a little but more clearer. Everyone isn't slim and everyone doesn't automatically roll over to the plus sizes either. We're in the middle. Other than that, I love your site!

It is a scam! Me and my friends spent $400 on this website and purchased 11 items, only received 7 in the post. Despite all my efforts I have not been able to get in contact with them, I have not received one email from them. It has now been 2 months since my order was placed. The only communication I had had is through their instagram but that person claims to not work at the office - clearly they work for the company why wouldn't they take a customer complaint seriously. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and shop elsewhere
