Thieves

Do not shop at this store! If you have a refund, they will try to keep your money. They have a stupid return policy designed just for that purpose. I returned 2 items by mail on 13 June 2022 and they have received them on July 5 2022. FedEx agent called them twice to verify and they said they were received. 10 days later, the money has not been refunded back to Klarna. I called 3 times today, and they told 3 different lies. I was told they had to redo the refund from the 5th earlier this month. I called back and was told the supervisor was still looking over the notes. I told them that they have their merchandise back and they need to refund the money. This can't be too hard. This is only a scheme to steal people's money. I hope they eventually close down these stores especially where the clerks and managers are clowns and just as stupid as the policy. A few weeks ago, I went to one of the stores in Savannah, Georgia to get my money or items back and the clerk called the security guard. I started to call the police because, they are the f#$%% thieves who have my money. I like their nerve. If they want to get clever with me, they could be staring down their noses at a lawsuit. A messed-up place to shop. Please do not shop at these stores.

Bought some boots, not only did I pay for priority shipping and received it way later than expected. But they were also entirely not the right size, I ordered a 10 in womens and the pair that came had to be atleast a 6 or 7. Then when I tried to return it, found out I could only get store credit SURPRISE I also used klarna to pay and found out that rainbow had charged me more than what they had listed on their website. Had to file a report and after all that I still had to pay for those $#*!ty $#*!ing shoes because I used their shipping label. Called customer service many times and was met with an employee who was very stuck up and $#*!y, hung up on me everytime. ALWAYS READ THE RETURN POLICY. ALWAYS READ THE RETURN POLICY. I received a broken earring and found that I had a pair of two left earrings. I asked for a replacement but was told when I called in that they don't give replacements only refunds. That's not my fault and if I reorder I'm taking a chance at getting another pair of broken earrings and have to pay another shipping charge and wait for them to come in the mail. This isn't the first time I've received broken earrings from Rainbow, it's just the first time I've complained. It is my last.

Jealous employees

So I came in here on my birthday, shouldn't have, but I just wanted to treat myself real quick and buy me something small. So I'm shopping, as always, the employees are running their mouths about my body... Ya know, california so use to fake stuff. They've never seen real booty before. I'm shopping for about 20 minutes and the employees down to the guy fixing the light had so much to say about MY body. Weirdos... lol, I just turned around and returned anything I could returned that I bought and just got my money back. Will NOT be returning.

Have a good one. And stop hating.

Won't buy

Saw a friend ordered a clothing item from Thai company. It did not fit her properly, she wanted to return them. They asked her if she had a friend to give them to because they didn't fit the way they should have. Then went on to say they would refund her $5.00. What a joke this company is. I will never buy from them and I will let anyone who asks me about them, know what happened with my friend. I'm writing this review because that is the worst customer service I have ever seen out of any clothing company. "Don't you have a friend you can give them to"? F%^* off.

Although they have a refund policy stated on their website, they are not responding to my efforts to return two items that are too small. I should have checked reviews before ordering with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed. They are located overseas.

I have been a loyal customer at Rainbow for many years but after my recent purchase, I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a size 10 shoe and they sent me the wrong size. I'm really irritated. What a waste of money! Their clothes are also very poor quality. I will never ever purchase from Rainbow again. I'm very disappointed.

If you expect Gucci at Walmart prices do not shop at Rainbow. I have clothing from Rainbow that is 6 years old. Rainbow clothing will last if you take care of it, I. E. do not dry on high heat. Hang it up straight from the dryer. I LOVE RAINBOW! Take care of your clothes and they will make you a Fashionista

Cheap Quality

Rainbow does sell nice clothing, but it isn't at all good quality. A lot of the material is too sheer and see thru... nice for people who want to go out looking hooker chic... if that's your thing.

I love Rainbow shops

I love rainbow jeans and shirts. I love how thier shirts fit and come in multiple colors. When my package came open they were quick to address the problem and refund me. I ordered again, no issues and shipping was quick. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE RAINBOW SHOPS. I never had issues like other customers have said.

I ordered a T-shirt two months ago and despite repeated emails to this company, the product was never delivered. Their repeated replies said the this item was on the way and gave us a bogus tracking number. I'd give this company a ZERO if I could. Best you shop elsewhere and avoid this company like the plague.

On the site the clothes look so cute but when you get them 2 months after ordering them because they come from China, the products are cheaply made and feel cheap. These sites don't tell you where they are being shipped from until you receive your tracking number. Lesson learned. Buy from known companies!

I like shopping rainbow but, I do have an issue with them not providing detailed info about products. Boots I've ordered were suppose to to have been WW but the site doesn't give you dimensions and cust Serv has no idea either. Your site needs to upgrade and provide better info on products specifying dimensions, high stretch, no stretch and etc. And having to pay for return shipping or having to get store credit is not cool. Although a label is provided, shipping is taken from your refund so you're still paying. I usually shop online and because of lack of detailed info, I have to return items. It's pretty much a chance taking experience. To prevent this in the future, you should provide more info about the product because the return process is not a great option in my opinion.

Cheaply made

I made a significant order some months ago and everything I purchased is now pilled to the point that there isn't any way to wear it. It's cheaply made, poor quality fabric. I know I should have expected this but after such little wear and tear, you'd figure it'd hold up a little. The dye also rubs off on your skin on black shirts, and can stain other clothes in the wash.

Rainbow clothing store, is permanently closing their fitting rooms.
They closed They're fitting rooms during Covid…they must have thought, that trying close on inside of their fitting room, contaminates them MORE.
Instead…they want people to purchase them, put them In their car, taking them inside their house, try them on and then bring them back to the store lol what a joke. Do they wash them, when we bring them back? Lol no, they don't…
Now For some reason (hopefully it's not because of Covid lol) they are permanently closing their fitting rooms.
Almost Everything inside of the store is tight, and form fitting. Myself and others, including the employees of the store, understand that Women have to try on clothes like this before purchasing.
From a business standpoint, This will only cause them to lose sales. I saw 4 people put their clothes back and leave because of this.
I also heard one person say, " they might as well close completely and only sell online, what an inconvenience."
I will no longer shop at Rainbow stores if they decide to close the fitting rooms permanently.

Closed fitting rooms

This is absolutely ridiculous that the fitting rooms are still closed and we are in 2021. There are stores that allow us to try clothes on except them therefore covid can't be an excuse anymore! OPEN THE FITTING ROOMS!

Do not buy clothing from there ever if you value your life. I ended up hospitalized twice from their clothing. The toxic fumes are impossible to ever wash out of their fabrics. In California they even contain warning labels. They are knowingly killing people and if you ever call to question them about it you get hung up on. Whoever created this company belongs in jail for life. I'm going to open a lawsuit. I'm not the only one this affects. They are purposely killing people and causing severe illness and cancers. It's like a war.
