I registered my card and registered a pin. Went to buy, blocked my card. No customer service. They stole everything.
Tip for consumers:
That everything about the vanilla company is a scam. There is no customer service and they block your card when trying to use it and there’s no way to fix the problem they just steal your money.

Im doing landscaping
Do not buy clothing from there ever if you value your life. I ended up hospitalized twice from their clothing. The toxic fumes are impossible to ever wash out of their fabrics. In California they even contain warning labels. They are knowingly killing people and if you ever call to question them about it you get hung up on. Whoever created this company belongs in jail for life. I'm going to open a lawsuit. I'm not the only one this affects. They are purposely killing people and causing severe illness and cancers. It's like a war.

On occasion I get an item of clothing that doesn't look much like the photos take this sweater for example. In the photos in the magazine and on the website, when it's on the model it shows it being a very lush furry type of sweater. Unfortunately mine looks like a hairless dog with a few little straight fur things sticking out of it. I still love the sweater but I'm just pointing this out. Also I noticed I have to order three hole sizes bigger when I buy closed-toed shoes. I just ordered a pair of booties in size 10 when I'm an 8 and 1/2 and they're still too small. With all that being said this is still the only store besides etsy that I buy clothes from. I will continue.
