RageOn rages in excellence with products and service!

Recently, I relocated to an apartment. Furnishing from scratch, I had plenty of opportunity to engage RageOn. In fact, I planned a whole collection of art to bring my walls to life. But, I encountered a problem. Many of the art files that I submitted lacked the needed resolution. Fortunately, Mr. Loyal contacted me right away. We worked together developing a solution.

Now, my walls dance with color thanks to the art captured by RageOn. I very much appreciate Mr. Krilivsky, Mr. Loyal and the rest of the crew at RageOn. They rage in excellence!

I wanted people to know that my designs look fabulous on the All Over Designer Tshirts, my friends absolutely love them, they wear them every day, and will pass out my link for my store on a business card to every one they see that likes the shirt.

The material is nice and soft and the colors are GREAT!

You people did a fabulous job!

Rage on treated me extremely well! I was shocked how quickly their product came in the mail during the holiday season! They sent a free sticker as well, which I thought was a cool touch! High quality product as well!

The quality of the shirts and the images are outstanding! The delivery time takes a while. However, it's worth the wait! I'd rather them take their time making a quality product like they do vs making something quick, cheap,& wasteful.

Amazing customer service

I hadn't fully read the sites disclaimer about products taking ~13 days of production + shipping time and took my time before placing an order for an upcoming event. I realized my mistake less than 7 days before my event. I emailed customer service and asked if there was anything that they could do to help me.

CS emailed me back within a day with help and pieces that were in stock (ready to ship) and exactly along the lines of what I was looking for. The rep was absolutely amazing, quick to respond and got everything delivered to me with a couple days to spare. He also followed up with me after to make sure I received everything. I was really so happy with the help I received.

Awesome selection!

RageOn has one of the largest, most diverse stores to choose from as far as prints for hoodies. Many great designs you just wouldn't see anywhere else, I appreciate a varied selection that isn't just a name brand logo slapped on a piece of clothing - RageOn gear has personality!

Never order here again
January 8, 2017

Ordered 2 sweatshirts for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered on December 13 got email on 29th saying order shipped have got no swetshirts. Then i look up tracking info it wasnt very helpful at all if this place is in ohio my tracking say being shipped out of Poland?

I was getting absolutely no where with the customer service emails after my order had not shipped after ordering it a month ago. I was totally frustrated and lost. As a last resort I tried calling the main line assuming the worst but when Ryan picked up I immediately felt better. He was calm and collected and assured me we would figure it out which HE did. He went above and beyond and a similar item in stock to ship to me ASAP as I needed it for a gift exchange happening in 4 days. THANK YOU RYAN! I had given up hope for RageOn but you restored my faith.

Bea was courteous & very professional. With one email she had resolved the problem & a new item was being shipped to my home.

Terrible Customer Service
September 20, 2017

I would stay away from this company. I have been trying to order tee shirts for 4 out of the last 5 days their website has been down due to high traffic. You canny t contact them thru their help app as the webiste is closed down, there is no phone number to call in your order since eir website is closed. I have go e back to purchasing my tee shirts from my favorite store. This company has some pretty cool tee shirts but you have to really want to do business with them. In fact I got a discount code that expires in 48 hours but now since heir website has been closed the offer has expired

I was looking for a place to make a shirt that I could add custom background color to. I found the right place. When my shirt arrived it was just like I wanted it to be. I added a smaller picture as my background color, and the shirt still came out good quality

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to create the custom apparel that I wanted on the RageOn! Website. I wasnt met with broken tools and programs with a steep learning curve that makes other websites stressful to use. They make it very easy to find out which size photos will look good on the product you are customizing, which made me feel very confident that I would get exactly what I wanted. I was contacted by a member of the company while I was considering my purchase and I felt like that was a very nice personal touch. Production and shipping times seemed fair and the product I received was high quality materials and printing.

Sounds crazy, but I didn't realize the shirt I ordered was custom because it was already made on their site when I searched for the shirt. After going back in the emails and pretending to order the shirt again, I found that nowhere did it describe the order as being a custom order. On top of that, I paid $15 EXTRA for shipping and it was still late. So when I finally received the shirt the sizing wasn't accurate and the Medium actually fit like an X-Small. I am not able to return the item now because it is apparently a custom order. Very upset that I wasted all that money and can't get a single thing back. Never shopping here again.
