This is the worst print I've ever seen in my life. The print is practically 8 bit. I waited for weeks to get this shirt and it's probably going straight to the trash it's so bad. I'm very mad
They have no consistentcy in their shirt sizes and their sizing chart is wrong. I have a few mediums from them which fit but are a little bit to big, the material on them however is quite stretchy. I tried ordering some small to see if they would fit me better. Not only are they tiny but they're completely different shirts than the others. I had issues before as they sometimes use asian suppliers who send weird sizes out and I ended up with utter trash from them. I think I'm done ordering from them any more as they just can't guarantee a consistant product.
I got what I wanted, and it came just as I expected it to. Most online companies will send something, and it won't look like the thumbnail picture. The sizes are accurate, and my shirt is really soft. :)
These are the most caring people I know I thought I was ordering one thing an order something Elsa. So they cancel my order an they didn't have to they did it for my child to have a smile on his face Christmas day. I will continue to order from them.
The shirt was printed on the front and not the back due to the way you order. One side or two sides. Being a new customer this made it difficult and really hard to understand the product purchase. Just sell a shirt in the colors you advertise and make it easy.
I like the quality of the product I've received from them, thus far. The website is intuitive. I had a minor problem with a product and they replaced it without any hassle. I definitely recommend RageOn!
This has to be the jankiest "company" EVER! I ordered a T-Shirt and paid extra to have it sent with the quickness due to it being a birthday gift. This piece of crap shirt that looks nothing like what's advertised arrived a month after I purchased. They are quick to take your money, slow to do everything else. I could've waited for the county fair to open for this piece of crap they call quality and spent ALOT less!
It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews first because "me oh my how we all sing the same tune!"
I had a really frustrating time ordering Christmas gifts from Rageon... I actually ended up receiving the wrong order twice. Eventually I realized I wouldn't be getting the stuff I wanted by Christmas so I cancelled and got a refund.
After the holidays settled down a bit, someone from Rageon reached out to me and was very apologetic about the whole thing. She understood how frustrating it was and offered to send my items to me anyway (free of charge). She was really helpful and wanted to remedy the situation as best she could. I'm a fan of good customer service, so Shana gets two big thumbs up in my book.

Everything i recieved has been phenomenal some of the items were even double sided which i wasnt aware of and thats awesome. The customer support is also amazing they responded to me in less than an hour which is insane. You guys rock keep doing what youre doing!
I was getting a little weary of getting my items in time of when I needed them and sent them a message about it. They were very quick with their responses and gave me the peace of mind I needed for this one and future orders.
I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter and when I received it, I was in astonishment of how poor the quality of the print was. I wrote a very angry email to the company figuring that this whole ordeal was going to cost me in more ways than one. That's when Edwin Hernando picked up my complaint and this man went above and beyond to help me out. He is the only reason I will ever order again from this company that my granddaughter constantly wants shirts from rageon. Thanks again Edwin and Rageon for making me a believer that there are still people that stand behind their company and believe in customer satisfaction. I will, and already have ordered again.
I ordered two pair of Custom Trixie Clown Hi-Tops and they are very comfortable and look awesome. You should order a half size bigger as they run small. The communication was excellent with customer service. I just ordered 4 more pair of Trixie and Cookie Hi-tops. Great way to promote Kim's Krypt Haunted Mill.
The designs are fun and current, and their orders arrive quickly. I ordered a TeeFury shirt the same day - still not here 3 weeks later. I see a few reviews of the double-side printing, and I can't speak to that, but the single-side printing I ordered looks good.
I ordered a t-shirt that, from the picture on their website, had a beautiful picture of the bonneville salt flats on it. The salt flats are blindingly white. On the t-shirt I received however, the salt flats are gray. I was going to return it for a refund, but after reading their return policy, where they want a 15% restocking fee paid through PayPal before they issue a refund, I figured it would be more hassle than it's worth. I don't understand why they need more of my money before they issue a refund. Plus the t-shirt material is so thin, you can see through it. All in all, a total disappointment.
Love the quality of the products and the app is so much fun! Unfortunately, people do not understand that each product is hand made on demand, you are paying for the quality of each product! Fabric is very comfortable and vibrant! Sometimes I get my products earlier than expected! Love the designs!
We have been having a lot of issues recently and when I email my concerns, it seems that Michael has always been the person that has came through for us. He shows that he cares for our business and makes us feel that our concerns is heard and gets corrected.
I ordered two shirts and a hoodie on May 16,2016. The order arrived in 5 weeks. Took longer than I expected but was well worth it. The quality of the clothing and graphics is outstanding! I would recommend paying extra for ultra premium if you have an all over graphic. The large hoodie fit perfectly. However the shirts were way too large. I called and spoke to Nicole and then Shana. They were both very courteous and super cooperative. I simply sent photos of the shirts and they agreed they were indeed made too large. So they sent me a shipping label to send the shirts back for the right size-free exchange and shipping. Let's face it-customer service is why a customer returns to do business and I placed another order for four more shirts that day. The only criticism is the long wait times but hey, if you want McDonald's don't expect a savory meal. Their clothing is well worth the wait!
The site boasts an ease of use and with an amazing color scheme is visually stunning. They offer features that aren't generally associated with the online experience, but should be soon, like the Ready to Ship section. The Ready to Ship section cuts down your wait time and also features item like a clearance rack. Love em.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
