I attempted to reply to Request #315063: How would you rate the support you received? But it said "The request is now closed", however I wanted to pass along positive feedback regarding Michael Christian Loyal Customer Service Specialist handling my inquiry/issue quickly (he replied in less than an hour and offered reasonable resolutions). Ordered a shirt for my wife on December 2nd for Christmas. Called them the 17th because there was still no tracker showing. Received the shirt in January after they admitted they "forgot the order"--then sent the wrong size. Per site request, compared their woman's medium to other female medium shirts with photos. They then asked for photos showing shirt against a measuring tape. Completed that. 6 weeks later I got nothing. BTW, that sweatshirt in the background in the attached pics is an XL.
This site is great, I bought from it, the prices are acceptable and the service is comfortable and fast, as in the shirts with high quality fabric and I like them, I will buy again, thank you

Michael Loyal went above and beyond to assure my order was sent out on time and was quick with responses. I love RageOn!
I received some shirts or rather poor quality. When reviewing the return policy it looked a bit complex and I figured I would be out more money. The staff here gave me a full refund without the hassle of a return, would do business but the shirts are very form fitting not really for big guys.
My order was somehow delayed.
Michael Loyal was very politely able to rectify the issue and expedite the order.
I do wish that the measurements were standard, where a chest size (like 36") is used instead of a flat measure across (like 21").
The Tee-shirts I got fit perfectly. Unfortunately the sleeveless shirts are quite tight and small. May have to give those away as I can hardly breathe in them.
The prints, except for one, had great resolution. Time will tell how well they stay colorfast.
Kris Salem from Rage On's customer service team replied to my inquiry within hours of sending my email. She sent me tracking links detailing that all of the items in my order had been shipped, excluding 1 item that's still in the manufacturing process. Ordered a Camila Cabello shirt and had an issue twice but both times Edwin Hernando gave me nothing less than excellent customer service. He was quick to respond and understood my issuses so now I have no doubt I definitely will buy from Rage On again. Something Camila Cabello related because I love her. 5 stars for you Edwin.
Not only were these guys timely in getting me my first test print, the quality was fantastic. Anyone that got blurry prints probably just didn't supply a high quality enough graphic. Additionally, Michael and their customer service team have been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Cheers!
Took over a month to get any kind of an update, at that point I was told my shirts were just finished coming out of printing and this is without any confirmations or email updates etc.
At this point I had requested that the order was canceled and I was to get a refund back to my card.
The support agent tried to offer me free shipping and I declined and was firm on the cancellation.
2 days later I get an email, it states my order is on the way!...
I reached back out to support and the essentially said oops! It's to late and the best they can do is give me a gift card for their site (which I will never order from again) or I can keepthe product I tried to cancel and I would get a 30% refund after a 15% restock fee...
Wow, just wow... The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. Now I have 3 shirts on the way, still have yet to see them, despite efforts to cancel and I am still paying 55% of the order! By the time I see the shirts it will have been almost 2 months since I ordered these.
Avoid RageOn like a pandemic! Awful service and overall experience!
Was waiting a few weeks after the initial order. Spoke with Kris S. Over@ rageon and got a prompt response, explaining the delay. Have ordered in the past and love the quality of their materials and not to mention they have quite as assortment of awesome tee's. Looking forward to receiving my shipment soon. Thank you RageON.
Customer service was excellent.So many times nowadays Companies do nothing on their end if there is problem. Rage On was so very refreshing in the way it was handled and the options I was given. I will continue to buy from Rage On and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality product with great customer service.
Extremely disappointed in what I received from Rageon. Ordered the Iridescent T-Shirt for a concert because the picture displayed a shirt that was shiny and bright and "popped" off of the page. What I received was a shirt where the pattern display was correct, but the shirt looked dull and nothing like the material that was displayed online. Not shiny or shimmering at all and more like a run of the mill t-shirt. Would never purchase anything from this company again!

Recently purchased several items from this site. I experienced an issue with sizing. Contacted the customer service department and received some of the most timely and comprehensive customer service I can remember. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Rageon from here on out because of this painfree experience. Also, besides the sizing issue, the products I received were original and the printing was very well done.

Was excellent in helping me with the issue from start to finish. No waiting 2 days for replies back he responded to my problems in a very timely manner and came up with a resolution that was perfect for me.
Major issues with my item being help up at customs. Customer service promptly replied and kept in touch with me the whole time. They also made a huge gesture in heavily discounting the item as a make good for the delay which was beyond their control. Classy company that clearly values its customers!
You order something it comes looking nothing like what is shown and un useable. Try to exchange or return not a chance. I ordered a Subzero Mask they delivered a mask of something I don't recognize and to top it off the print is vertical. Scammers plan and simple, dont buy from them unless you like giving money away and getting nothing in return. Look at the attched pics to fully grasp the scam.
Any kind of shirt you want they either have or can make. That includes on your choice of apparel to have it on from shoes to shirt sweater, etc. Worth the wait and response to my updated wait was accurately resolved & CS was good overall. Next time I need a specific shirt I know where to go. Material is comfortable and don't find that quality in other stores.
I ordered a pair of leggings and when they arrived they were constructed differently from the picture on the website. I emailed RageOn and they responded very quickly and issued a refund immediately. I'll consider ordering in the future but would like to see actual product photos on their site instead of in accurate digital renderings. Their customer service is prompt and excellent.

I love the customer service they were very kind understanding and helped in a timely fashion with any and all concerns and also the product i received was OUTSTANDING! I love my hoodie i love the art work even more and i will definitely order again in the future!
I was skeptical at first when ordering, wasn't sure on how they were going to print an image so big and what the quality of it would be. But I took the gamble and was completely blown away when I received my item. I am 100% happy with their work, professionalism, and shipping speed. I will be forever loyal when ordering anything custom. Such a great company. A+ guys, on all fronts.
My custom design hoodie came with a hole in the back and not how I ordered, but the customer service was very helpful and sent me replacement right away
This company is full of $#*!, after some time, working with them we can tell one thing - you will get RIPPED.
At start it's all cool, with help etc BUT when you sell more they will "cut the prices" so you will get 0 royalties - ZERO or some spare change like 1,90 - they of course claim that it is item cost they cover - and they "build your brand" by that - yeeeaaaaah selling stuff worth 30USD MAX for 60USD paying us NOTHING, not even promoting items because WE DO IT OURSELF, and claiming it's for our "good"?
THOSE ARE THIEVES!
Would say much more but must post it at ALL POSIBLE PLACES to warn sellers AND buyers to avoid this scammers.
OH and all "so called positive" opinions under mine are made by themselves, No normal people would talk with so much anal lube!
I ordered a Frankie McDonald shirt. $46. It was not what was featured in the site. It's darker and is closer up showing less of the face. You can't really tell what it is. I immediately requested a refund and never heard back. I sent a second email and still nothing.
