Major issues with my item being help up at customs. Customer service promptly replied and kept in touch with me the whole time. They also made a huge gesture in heavily discounting the item as a make good for the delay which was beyond their control. Classy company that clearly values its customers!
This company has some of the best choices for any occasion from daily life to festival wear. Definitely also plenty of unique items that will make you stand out from the crowd! Fast shipping and great customer service.
RageOn has $#*!ing awesome products. I didn't even know how badly I wanted some of these designs until I saw them. I got a bunch of full print shirts, a sweater, some face masks, and a bathing suit. All the products are high quality and look pretty much exactly like the pictures. Shirts are hella soft too.
It's also super convenient that they let you pay with Amazon pay instead of giving them your credit card directly - yay for security!
Unfortunately, I could not check on the status of any of my orders and they only use USPS, which is always a $#*!ing hassle. Support was helpful and prompt, however.
I also ran into some weird issues with logging into my account since it seems to create one for you automatically if you use amazon pay before signing up. But you have to reset the password before you can log in and it uses the email attached to your amazon account.
The most astounding thing about RageOn is how they can offer custom designs at the same price as their pre-made ones. Most companies would charge a 20%+ premium on that service, but with RO it's no charge.
Other websites have great things to pick from, but RageOn! Has the most unique clothing line that makes people want to know where you got it from and at a reasonable price! Definitely recommend to any friend.
I just found about this site 2 months ago and their products look really awesome and I need to see and try it for myself, a bit skeptic at first because of some bad reviews (who doesn't have one?) but finally ordered my first tee. My overall experience was indeed A. W. E. S. O. M. E. - from their product down to their customer service! Good job RageOn!
Seriously, where else can you find a tank top with Nick Cage's stupid face on it... and an endless array of other hilarious items? In all seriousness, my items were delivered to me when they said they would be and were of good quality. I'll continue to order from here, there's just no other site like it; it's awesome.
I've been ordering from RageOn for a little over 2 years now. Takes a few weeks depending on what you order but it's worth the wait. This had everything that suits my personality. I got my wife ordering from here too. So many designs to choose from. I'm a huge fan.
Good quality shirt and was printed nicely and your website has an amazing variety of really nice prints.
Only downside is printing/shipping time which is fine for the quality, but is a little long, taking around 2 weeks unless you spend extra.
My order fell into some shipping delays, and normally this would be a big deal but Michael Loyal answered all my inquiries throughout the whole process in a timely, sensitive manner. I'm impressed and felt cared for-which is the essence of service.
I ordered the fetish ball gag mask for laughs to wear at work. I received almost three weeks later and when I opened and looked at this horrid thing, I about died! Omg how they let this out of theIt facility is beyond me. Someone needs to be fired! It looks like it should belong to someone with an elephant sized head! It's not even close to being to form of the face. I looked like a pig with an apple in its mouth. I seriously never laughed so hard in my life. I'm going to request a refund and if they want this horrific thing back, they need to pay for that $#*! too.
I bought a sweater from Rage on for $50. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Poor quality and not worth anything close to the money I paid. When I asked if I could return the item they said they reserved the right to decide and they would not allow me to return it. Will never shop on this site again. Total scam.
Not only does this company have a ton of awesome shirts they also take care of their customers really well. One of my orders didn't come out right and they had me handled and happy within like 18 hours, if that.
The quality of the shirt is great as expected. Even though I had a bit of issues with the shipping, it was expected and not surprising due to the pandemic. But the RageOn staff came through and assisted me and resolved my issue. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs custom apparel.
I really enjoy their wide selection of unique clothing, but their shipping time is simply not on par with any other online clothing retailer. I understand they make the garments when you order them, but even after my order was made and "shipped," the tracking still showed that it was being prepared for shipment well past the alleged shipping date. This is a bit dishonest in my opinion and could be devastating for anyone trying to order in time for Christmas or a birthday. Only order if you are willing to wait several weeks.
"Best customer service! Super polite, and if a shirt has an error your team is so professional and replace it without hesitation. Colors and always perfect as well! One suggestion, would be create the option to lay one photo over another. For example, I would place my bands pic first, then be able to add the logo over top somewhere over the band image. I brought pillow case and duvet cases, with beautiful, elegant art designs printed on them created from artistic imagination. Made by 100% pure cotton, very soft and fine material, especially cool and comfy cases to use on your bed during hot, sweltering summer time. I love their products, they have real splendid artists making great designs and most of their products are made by natural, authentic materials.
One of my new favorite shopping sites. Not only can you buy rare clothes, but you can also customize your own clothes, pillows/pillow cases, shower curtains, canvases, shoes, mugs, just everything. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it. And if you create your own designs and other people buy them as well, you get paid some money too. There's a ton of unique items in this store and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be using RageOn again.
I was skeptical at first when ordering, wasn't sure on how they were going to print an image so big and what the quality of it would be. But I took the gamble and was completely blown away when I received my item. I am 100% happy with their work, professionalism, and shipping speed. I will be forever loyal when ordering anything custom. Such a great company. A+ guys, on all fronts.
The people at RageOn! Helped us replace our daughters t-shirt for Christmas. Even though it was through no a fault of their own. The package was lost through the postal service. If you receive a tracking number and it says "preparing shipment" that is because USPS is clearing it in customs. That is out of RageOn's hands sadly as we cannot have them release packages early.
