The people at RageOn! Helped us replace our daughters t-shirt for Christmas. Even though it was through no a fault of their own. The package was lost through the postal service. They were kind courteous and helped us in every way possible. I would recommend anybody that wants to buy some cool stuff, to buy from RageOn! Thanks again guys!
I've been using this app for a few years and it's awesome, for the most part! I was frustrated at not being notified that my stuff wasn't being made and this wasn't the 1st time. But after staying consistent with following up, eventually they went above and beyond to make it right!
I ordered shirts that were not quite accurate in sizing. After some conversation regarding my concern, which the response was immediate, Edwin worked hard to rectify the mishap and make things right. I am appreciative of his efforts, and I hope that my input was helpful to him also.
Overall, I would refer others to this site on the strength that he put the customer first despite the initial disagreement. This allows me to feel comfortable in purchasing from here again.
This company has a great variety of products for gamers and those who love anime. My son asked me to order two shirts of Fist of the North Star for him for Christmas. He is very excited. However, I still have not received the t-shirt which was the item he most wants.
I've ordered from these guys a few times in the past. For the most part they have all been good experiences. There was one instance however that my package got misplaced. When I checked in everything got resolved quickly and made every thing right. All the clothing has been great quality and have not faded with washing. I will be buying more products from them in the future.

Waiting to receive you order is the hardest part but worth it when it arrives. Once your order ships a tracking number is emailed to you so you'll know when to expect delivery.
The T-shirts are hilarious, I have purchased about 5 of them now. I recently ordered a shirt, but could not get my friend to send me his address before the coupon timer ran out. Once he sent it, I sent it over to RageOn! And they were pretty chill about my mess up. It was much appreciated. I love their stuff, and will continue to get dope shirts from this company.
There was an error on their part in sending me the wrong T-shirt, twice. But they finally straightened things out and I got the Tee I wanted shipped to me very fast. All I can do is thank customer support for their excellent work!
RageOn is an awesome site. We bought some shirts for our son who LOVED them so much. Not many kids around with shirts like what RageOn has to offer. Plus I love supporting other artists way more than just another big brand. RageOn is the way to go.
Clothes are awesome, designs are unique and special. Compared to other in store clothing companies where I've seen multiple people with the exact same shirt I have. The material feels good against the skin. My only complaint is wait times but I understand that each shirt is custom printed, it makes sense that it takes a little while to make, then ship. Keep doing whatever you all are doing! Thanks, I look forward to the next time I decide to make a purchase!
I have purchased repeatedly from rageon because they deliver quality on time (yes its slow, but still on time). The website navigation, shopping and registration is hassle free, quick and intuitive.

Paid for an order on April 24. Month later still not shipped and no response from RageOn. Fake site they have a fake customer service number that doesn't actually work. Only way to communicate is email which gets no response once they have your money. Do not buy from these guys.
My kitty face mask was a hit. These guys accidentally sent me the wrong item and customer service really pulled through to make it right. They rush shipped the right order to me so that I would have it before my event. Super cool. I will definitely be ordering more items!
I reached out to the company on Facebook after having no luck with email (just generic responses with no real, helpful information), and finally got a prompt response. The girl gave me her personal email, told me to contact her directly with any other questions, concerns, or desire for exchange or refund. She also gave me a date to expect my order. She was very helpful and friendly. I have had good experiences with this company in the past. Don't know what happened with all these Christmas orders!
When the products arrived, none of them were in focus. I have gotten a shirt like this from another site and it was crystal clear. Rage on would not refund or replace a production error since I did not get it back to them in two weeks.
After having placed an order with Rageon I was very worried that my purchase would not make it here on time to give to my friend in loving memory of her son who was murdered a year ago. I had emailed rage on a few times but did not thoroughly receive an answer back however once I was able to message Michael I had received absolutely amazing services. He had gone out of his way far beyond to a sure that my products would make it to me as soon as possible so that my loving friend could have it in time. Any kind of shirt you want they either have or can make. That includes on your choice of apparel to have it on from shoes to shirt sweater, etc. Worth the wait and response to my updated wait was accurately resolved & CS was good overall. Next time I need a specific shirt I know where to go. Material is comfortable and don't find that quality in other stores.

She sent me tracking links detailing that all of the items in my order had been shipped, excluding 1 item that's still in the manufacturing process. I ordered a 50 dollar shirt, waited 3 weeks before I got nothing even remotely close to what I ordered. Sent multiple e mails with zero help what so ever... dont let these crooks steal your money too.
BUYER BEWARE! This company ships products overseas and their packages are held up in customs for an inextricable amount of time, potentially indefinitely. Their guarantee to deliver in time for the holidays was complete false advertising and their customer service offers no value, discount and continues it's deceptive practices. My package has been sitting for over a month in Poland customs with no movement. It's a pair of socks!
