Your t-shirt sizes seem to run small compared to banana republic for example: http://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/sizeChart.do?cid=35401 is a 27" chest really XXXL? b/c that's a XXS in mens at BP

Thanks for your question! The sizing chart is measured in inches and works by laying the garment down and measuring across. The measurements are just for one side not circumference. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
