The website is set up so that it NEVER shows when the expected delivery will be regardless of which shipping option is chosen. While many complain about not receiving orders when promised, the fact is they promise nothing with this glitch and manipulative sales technique. Shame on them!
My "sweater" arrived today. No tags defining the type of material but all I can say is that it is a thin, cheap material with tacky printing quality and I can't believe they are charging this much for such poor quality products.
I would be nice if the different shipping methods gave some kind of time frame.
I ordered the fetish ball gag mask for laughs to wear at work. I received almost three weeks later and when I opened and looked at this horrid thing, I about died! Omg how they let this out of theIt facility is beyond me. Someone needs to be fired! It looks like it should belong to someone with an elephant sized head! It's not even close to being to form of the face. I looked like a pig with an apple in its mouth. I seriously never laughed so hard in my life. I'm going to request a refund and if they want this horrific thing back, they need to pay for that $#*! too.
I bought a sweater from Rage on for $50. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Poor quality and not worth anything close to the money I paid. When I asked if I could return the item they said they reserved the right to decide and they would not allow me to return it. Will never shop on this site again. Total scam.
Ordered a shirt for my wife on December 2nd for Christmas. Called them the 17th because there was still no tracker showing. Received the shirt in January after they admitted they "forgot the order"--then sent the wrong size. Per site request, compared their woman's medium to other female medium shirts with photos. They then asked for photos showing shirt against a measuring tape. Completed that. 6 weeks later I got nothing. BTW, that sweatshirt in the background in the attached pics is an XL.
Incapable of providing status updates, clearly didn't even process order after waiting past their published maximum standard time. Send your order elsewhere, there's a high chance you'll be waiting and never get yours from here. They always response quickly to a customer service request but its always the same "I'll look right into that and get back to you!"; But I assure you, they will never get back. Same thing every time. Incompetent.
Bought a hoodie from rage on tee and received a T shirt. I made the mistake when ordering it. Emailed them right away about returning it. They said since they didn't make a mistake they would not take it back. Should of ordered from more credible site.
I ordered a jacket at the end of Nov 18 and didn't receive it until Jan 19. It's nice and all but the shipping was ridiculous and on top of that they didn't let me know what was going on. I had to contact them to see what was up with my order. I don't think I'll order anything that has to be customer made from them again.
Production time took longer than stated but Michael from customer service was great at checking on it for me. If the product quality & design is good I'll definitely order from them again, even knowing it takes a while.
I bought these for my son and he love's them! He just can't believe I'm old enough to have actually only known this logo to be associated with the coffee cups at work in the 1980's! Totally iconic swim trunks! Quick service, fun shopping and immediate delivery... hassle free that's why I will shop here again!
After well over one month since ordering, my package has still failed to arrive. USPS reports it was lost in a truck fire in Ohio. I've informed Rage-On of this situation twice, but to no avail.
Fully half of my four past orders through RageOn.com have had shipping delays or other issues. Great products with lousy shipping equates to lousy service. I won't be ordering here again..

Not only were these guys timely in getting me my first test print, the quality was fantastic. Anyone that got blurry prints probably just didn't supply a high quality enough graphic. Additionally, Michael and their customer service team have been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Cheers!
This place is full of cat clothing, as well as other damn cool designs, but I'm in it for the cats. EVerything was delivered quite fast and is all in good working order i. E. the shirt hugs my body like a mothers embrace. Would definitely order from here again.
Colors of T-Shirt are so vibrant and they used A1 quality of fabric for printing. I don't know why other people are complaining about prices as my t-shirt was cut & sew so it can't be less than 20 bucks else they would definitely lose money. Just a thought... peace :)
Beautiful, comfortable clothes. Excellent at setting my expectations appropriately for delivery and v responsive customer service. They were even kind enough to give me a gift card when one of the shirts I ordered didn't print correctly. I'm looking forward to buying more in the future and I'm surprised by how smoothly they operate during the Holidays!

Absolutely wonderful people running the customer service department of this company. Alicia in particular is an extremely helpful person who got back to me within 24 hours. They answer my questions fully and even waved my shipping fee because of a delay in shipment. Great experience and wish more companies had customer service like Rage On.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
