Love the designs and the quality of clothing is exceptional! It may take a little longer to make but it truly is worth it to see something you design actually turn into something you can wear and make money from. Not too many companies out there that you can say that about.

I placed an order and waited for two weeks just to be told they could not make my shirt! now I am waiting for a refund / money back! From my experience I would not advise anyone to do business with them and I will not be doing business with them in the near future....

Problem solved!

I recently purchased 6 T-shirts from Rageon.com and unfortunately one of them didn't quite live up to the design that was shown on the website. Emailing Ryan at Rageon, I detailed my issue with the T shirt. Ryan was great! He promised to get another T Shirt made correctly and ship it over to Australia by FedEx as I needed it by the 18th of February. I received the new T within a week and it's fantastic! Thanks Ryan and the team at Rageon for understanding and solving the issue!

Nightmare
February 3, 2021

Worst mail order company I have ever dealt with. They have more excuses for not delivering your order than you could imagine. Then when one item out of a 6 item order is sent, they email you that the entire order was sent. And of course they charge you for the full amount. A nightmare to deal with.

RageOn! attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Ordered smth which looked heavily different from pictures, support was nice and helped me out pretty good.
Other stuff amazing, will definitely order again (even if smth. Went wrong)
Quality of Shirts is pretty good (except this one, but wasn't their fault, was the picture)

Can just recommend

Great customer service

I ordered a sweater for my daughter's birthday but it ended up being too big. I had ordered her the smallest size so there wasn't an option to exchange it for a different size. I emailed the company and explained my situation. They responded right away and refunded my full amount, including the cost I paid for shipping, onto a giftcard for me. I was very pleased with the communication and the way they handled everything so quickly for me.

Love the leggings!

I own three pairs of Lisa Frank leggings and I love that they are available in different sizes! Definitely great sublimated material; the colors are vibrant and it is not see through (just be mindful of your underwear color).
My legs are the envy of all of my friends, highly recommend! You won't get kicked off a plane for these stunning beauts.
Processing and shipping wasn't bad, longer than prime but quicker than cheap leggings from China.

I spent lots of money on several of this company's t-shirts and they turned out horribly. Super pixellated images on some, lines across another, head holes are too small to fit your head through, one image was upside down, wrong unmatching fabric used around a collar, there was crooked sewing and hems, they took WAY too long to arrive, customer service never got back to me when I tried to contact them. These shirts are complete garbage and I am warning anyone considering the site to avoid at all costs.

Had an issue with our first order, it did not show up at all. Called & emailed to figure somn out. Some time ha passed a month or so. But rage on contacted me directly & went over & above to make it right. I recieved my order & made two more orders I love the product & the people are solid at RageOn. I recommend this site to anyone looking for hype clothing.

I got myself 4 shirts as a birthday present to myself (yeah, I'm lame, so what)... and they are FREAKING AWESOME. I love them. They are so soft and vibrant. Came in about 3 weeks from the time I ordered just like the site said they would.

The only bad thing about RageOn is that there are too many awesome designs. I want everything and I just can't have it all.

I have 4 outstanding orders from RageOn. Love designs, they look good and are more unique. Read that it could take months to receive so I waited patiently and made the extra orders. First order was on June 28th. Didn't hear anything about it so I contacted RageOn. Service rep said that order probably got lost in picking and packing and that I had three options. Refund, store credit or wait another 17-25 business days for them to ship out. This was after I got an email regarding another order that contained 2 items they apparently no longer had the art for. I asked about the other 3 orders (2 from July 17th and one around July 25th) and never got another reply. Tried to contact them again and got nothing! I'm not sure this is a legit company. If so, they are terrible! I would never recommend RageOn to anyone.

I needed pants for a party in 3 days! I contacted customer service to see what my options were. They were confident about making sure my selection would reach me in time. I selected pants from "ready to ship" and received my pants in 1 business day!

Ordered the cat face ski mask because it matches my cats face.
Site was trippy and fun and easy to navigate, even if you happen to be shrooming!
Found the item that was pictured in an Instagram ad with no problems.
Easy and painless checkout process, shipping was 2 days faster than expected.
The ski mask is dope! HD print, picture matched up at the seams perfectly. I've met many new and interesting people through conversation started by this item and occasionally DJ under a pseudonym thanks to the new cat face :) LOOOOVE IT! Will purchase many more items through RageOn.com! Thank you!

I absolutely love the variety of designs on RageOn. Really cool stuff. I get compliments all the time on the hoodie I bought for myself, and people love the gifts I've given them. I've ordered 3 times now. This last order at Christmastime had a couple of item that i didn't think the printing was up to par, but customer service was just great and made everything right for me. I do suggest that you order about 2 months in advance though. A lot of thge printing is done overseas and it can take up to 6 weeks to get your order. My Christmas gifts were all really late. At long as you know this you will be fine.

The website wasn't very clear on shipping when ordering so I reached out to a rep directly to ask. He said most orders take at least 8-10 days to process, and I needed my shirt within 7 days! Edwin made it happen for me, the shirt made it on time for the show on Saturday and we had one VERY happy birthday boy! Thank you RageOn!

I have called and left over seven messages during operating hours. Nobody has picked up or bothered to call me back. I was charged for a purchase over a month and a half ago, received a confirmation email, but never received my product. This company does not care about their customers-----I wanted to follow up on this review. After writing this review, the company called me immediately and worked VERY closely with me to remediate the situation. I eventually received the item (even though it took awhile) and it is perfect and exceeded expectations in terms of design and quality. I have therefore changed my rating from a one star to a four star. Thank you Shana!
