Ordered on 5/20, it is now 6/20 and still no product or communication as to where it is. Spoke with a rep on 6/5 and was told an additional 7-10 days. That has come and gone and so I sent an email with no response back...

Wanted to take a moment to edit my previous review. Was able to work with customer service, who went above and beyond to send another shirt. The quality was great and image looks good. My husband was thrilled.
Updating to 4 out of 5, because it felt a little harassing to get an update to review. Couple emails and a couple voicemails. I was going to make the update but life comes first.
Thanks again - the new shirt is really cool!

Shirt made of really cheap material. You can hold up the shirt and see through it. Sent something to customer service and they told me that is typical with standard, that I would need to go up to a more premium quality. Yes... because every man loves for his nipples to show through his t shirt.

Great customer service!

I had ordered a large. I liked the quality of the shirt and printing, but it was too big. RageOn contacted me asking about my satisfaction with the order. I explained that it was too big. Without me requesting, they offered to replace the shirt with a different size and free return shipping. I've got the new shirt, it fits and all is well. :)

The site and shop really knows what kind of style I like in clothing and the fact that the clothing I purchased looked better than expected is a huge plus. RageOn has definitely surpassed my expectations and made a very loyal customer out of me. I will definitely purchase from RageOn again in the future

Customer service, at best, is semi-responsive. I ordered one of their masks they're selling to monetize the Pandemic. Shipping was 10 days. By the end of that having not received my mask I began inquiring. When they finally responded they said they wanted another 10 days for "production" on top of the 10 days they already had. That wasn't the original arrangement so I ask for a refund - like pulling teeth but I got it. They said they would produce and mail the mask anyway. Ok fine. When the mask arrived after a month it was the poorest quality with blurry imagery. On top of that it was nothing more than T-Shirt material and you had to tie it like an apron to stay on. That also was not in the description of the masks. I would never have bought a tie-on mask.

Extremely disappointed in what I received from Rageon. Ordered the Iridescent T-Shirt for a concert because the picture displayed a shirt that was shiny and bright and "popped" off of the page. What I received was a shirt where the pattern display was correct, but the shirt looked dull and nothing like the material that was displayed online. Not shiny or shimmering at all and more like a run of the mill t-shirt. Would never purchase anything from this company again!

I purchased from them previously, the quality was not great, print job only so-so and decided I would not buy their T-shirts again, no problem. I foolishly bought a mask and that has prompted me to write this review. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, when someone buys a mask it is a serious purchase, a life and death purchase. A company has a responsibility, if it is going to sell this product, to sell a product that has use-value. The "mask" I received was a piece of a t-shirt with a print on it; absolutely non-functional. Now, I have to begin looking again and given that everything, at best, now takes two weeks to get to you, I am a month out, at least. Do not buy their masks. This is not about money, this is about the fact that you are buying this mask to keep yourself safe and this product will not do that. It would be irresponsible of me to not alert others to that fact.

Bought a range of my own designed clothes from
RageOn, found out that US sizes are one up from
The UK's, so I needed to buy an additional small for my friend who I bought medium for, but because the sizes are larger, it were actually large.

Emailed RageOn, they immediately were more than happy to refund the delivery for me to order that extra shirt.

Very happy about that, as the medium (really a large) would of literally drowned my friend.

Don't make the same mistake, realise that small/medium/large etc is different in different countries.

I saw so many negative reviews and I assure you my experience was the total opposite. I ordered a ridiculous cat shirt and immediately received confirmation of order. Was sent a shipping alert then received the shirt in less than a week!
So easy, timely and awesome as far as my experience. Even got a cute cat sticker to go with :)

Almost good

I think that it is very good with many interesting designs. I have a hard time finding what my favorite design is.
I feel that delivery is a little slow.
Customer support is satisfying because response was good and I was notified by e-mail about the current situation.

I had ordered two pairs of the Lisa Frank leggings because why not. My confirmation email was either accidentally deleted or lost in cyber. When I contacted customer service through the sight I quickly received a response and they were able to resend the confirmation and update me on my order. I have all ordered from RageOn before and this was my second order of many to come. THANKS

Honestly is totally worth it, i love the designs and the quality is not bad at all. Although they do need to check the package delivery service to mexico since usps is pretty unprofessional when it comes to my country.

I needed a custom shirt for an upcoming event, and RageOn delivered. The customer support helped me choose the product I needed, and I got my shirt way faster than expected. The shirt itself is super soft, and the design was printed very clearly. I cannot wait to wear it!

I placed my first order for a *ready to ship* item a few days after Christmas and received it within a week of placing my order. I live in the US, and used their standard shipping. I can't speak to shipping times for out of country orders or items that aren't ready to ship at the time of purchase, but for a domestic shipping ready-to-ship order, I was pretty pleased with the delivery time. The design looked just like it did on the website, and I've got another order in progress with them currently.

Amazing Quality

My experience with RageOn was great. I purchased the Bernie Sanders tee. The quality is extremely high, literally rivaling designer tees. During the course of the first day wearing it, I got three compliments on the shirt, and one girl asked where I got it and wanted to take a picture. The customer service is also on point... I look forward to being a customer again in the near future.

Super Impressed

I have always loved Rageon and their products and their site. I have ordered a few things and the quality is amazing, even though its a little expensive, you get what you pay for.
Recently I received an order, I had ordered 2 items but the package came ripped open and only one item was in it. I contacted support about the missing item and I got a response within 5 minutes offering me a re-print or store credit.
A couple days later I received the second item (turns out it was shipped in a separate package) and let them know that they didn't need to reprint and AGAIN I got a response in under 5 minutes.
So moral of the story, not only are the products super amazing, but the customer service team is super responsive and willing to help! I LOVE Rageon, thanks guys <3
