I previously wrote a review for RageOn that was less than a good one. I should have waited until their customer service team made everything right. I can not help that sometimes I act before I think... because my original order was not up to standards, I contacted the company. They acted immediately! My satisfaction was their main concern. They made up for my less-than-perfect experience by treating my experience as 'high priority'. Ryan Mazur, the rep who handled my case, made sure that I did not walk away from this unhappy. I cannot begin to explain how this company turned my experience around. I am so going to support this company in the future... and know that if there are any glitches, they will take care of it! After over a month I have never received my order! Never received any order updates. Every time I have tried to contact the company by email all I get is an auto-responder. They do not answer the phone either. It is completely unethical to take someones money when you know you cannot fulfill the order.
Ordered few T-shirts and Hoodie from this site,
Since i was bored from T-shirts i found at local stores.
The quality is good, Hoodie though have a small print problem with resolution,
But it's only visible at close look. The order was delivered pretty quick.
The only thing i was unsatisfied about that site - i can't take a look at my order history, it keeps telling me to re-login, though, i recieved the order, and quality is great, so, i'm pretty happy to use it.
I was worried with my first order of the Ruby Rose t shirt which I ordered for Pride, not only was the delivery fast but the quality of the t shirt was second to none. Good quality exactly like the picture, have ordered the pillow since and that also is fabulous.
I had the best customer service. I ordered a product and it printed wrong and Michael answered all my questions quickly and resolved my issues. Edwin was also a huge help on getting my questions answered in a timely manner!
RageOn worked very well with me to ensure that I got my order when I needed it (I was wearing the hoodies I ordered for engagement photos). Not once did RageOn get upset or irritated; rather, they kept helping me with a great attitude. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from RageOn. I would like to comment, however, on the sizes. I ordered a XXL, and it is almost too small. But, sending it in for a return is kinda tough, as the company is across the pond. I would have ordered a triple-X had I known (I generally wear an XL, just to put into perspective how the sizes differ).
I've gotten a handful of shirts from RageOn and I love them all! The fabric is great, the quality of printing is super clear, and I got them all within 10 days of ordering. Plus their app is cool! I've made a bunch of money already...
I bought a dress that did not fit, and I shipped it back for a refund. They gave me my refund and helped me pick out a shirt. The shirt is a bit too big for me, but that's fine because my dad now loves it!

I had an issue with one of my shirts I had ordered. Edwin, the customer rep, replied quickly. I was surprised. I was expecting a day or two. The issue was resolved quickly and I can go on about my life. Rageon definitely has great customer service.
I had a good experience with customer service when RageOn accidentally sent me the wrong size shirt. They asked me to send back the incorrect shirt with a prepaid shipping label, and they also sent the correct size to me promptly, and with no fuss. I appreciated that.
As a fan of Marcus Williams, I love being able to wear his art. I purchased a set of shirts just over a year ago for my family and the prints have not faded in that time. I just ordered another set which includes 2 jackets. They look amazing! It is my hope that in the VERY NEAR FUTURE more of Marcus Williams' designs (tuskegeeheirs / marcusthevisual) will be available in children's sizes. I have a lot of children to buy for!:-)
I love going to Rage On for the majority of my Palaye Royale items. They are amazing quality and they make sure you get the best savings possible. I recommend Rage On for their wide selection of products. Put it this way. If bands put their faith in a site like Rage On to sell their products. It is good stuff.

Love the shirt designs! Creative, funny, different. I ordered the shirts in a Large as I am in between a Medium and Large with most companies. The shirts were a little big and customer service was more than happy to assist with exchanging the shirts! Super happy with the company and excited to buy more product from them!
I would rate a 0. Takes forever but that's not even what's I'm mad at it's the WORST quality picture ever! Nothing like the pics on site! Blurry and faded. Sweater material was also the cheapest and thinnest material ever! When I tried contacting them for refund I couldn't get in touch and ever got reply! Garbage! Buy at your own risk! Wasn't jus the picture quality but the disgusting material!
I ordered a sweatshirt a little over a month ago and returned it right when I received it due to the cheap quality. I sent my sweatshirt that I ordered back a month ago and have not received any email or phone call pertaining to my refund. I have sent them FIVE emails throughout this time period with no response to any of them. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here, waste of time and money for cheap clothing.
First order received is a Vangelis shower curtain both of excellent workmanship and timeliness; fabric of nice weight, well sewn, on examination very good dye work. I haven't received the other two orders, yet, but (no pun intended) my twitter of a photo showing the shower curtain hanging made a big splash with both Boy George, Vangelis and many others. I await, with great expectations, receipt of my other orders. I see many things advertised by "RageO" and I am certain I will order again.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
