Since my last review on Rage on, I have been e - mailed. They have apologized, refunded my money and sent the item as well. I was very pleased with the item. I do understand mistakes happen so I will give them a five star based on the quality of the t-shirt was excellent. They refunded my money very quick and I received the item very quickly after the e - mail.
I ordered a shirt it was a little off from what I expected. I let them know and they offered to fix it for free! I was willing to pay for a new shirt or shipping but they offered to fix it for free! I am so excited! The shirt is for a friend battling stomach cancer! I am so glad they stand behind the products they make. I will order again!
I have been shopping with RageOn since the days of snapshirt! I love this company and love it even more since they let everyday people have their own line using RageOn! Never had a problem with customer service and they have timely responses if there is an issue. Just wish there was a customer service line that's all!"
It took from Jan 12 to Feb 4 to get here from Poland. However I am quite happy with the Hoodie! It has very nice artwork and is printed not painted on so I expect it to last if I am careful. There was no tie on the hood but otherwise the fabric was nice. I like it a lot!
I made an order less than 24 hours ago, I noticed I ordered the wrong size case for my phone after I had already made the purchase. I emailed the help desk and less than two hours my situation was solved.
I had a question about the status of my order. I contacted customer service and within 30 minutes of my original message my problem was resolved and was given a 30% discount off a future order as goodwill.
Recently purchased several items from this site. I experienced an issue with sizing. Contacted the customer service department and received some of the most timely and comprehensive customer service I can remember. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Rageon from here on out because of this painfree experience. Also, besides the sizing issue, the products I received were original and the printing was very well done.
I purchased a few shirts for myself at Rage On and was so happy with the products I went back and purchased more cool stuff for Christmas presents for my family that I know they would not find D anywhere else at any price! Service was excellent!
Initially there was a problem with our order which was very time specific as it was the shirt my fiancé was supposed to wear for our wedding. We were pretty upset and thought it wasn't going to happen. Fortunately after a few emails, Edwin (an amazing customer service person) picked up the dropped ball and ran with it all the way to the finish line. We received the shirt 4 days before the wedding and it was perfect. We were so grateful that someone cared enough to follow through. They probably need to work on production issues so this doesn't happen to others, but in the end it was a raging success. Now that's the way to do business!
I waited about a month to get my new sweater but when it got to me I ordered a 3x it took a month to get here from Ohio? Well Needless to say it fit like a xl. Spent 110 on this $#*!ty made sweater with 2 stupid $#*! logos on it. The material was horrible what a joke company this is please ppl don't shop here it's a waste of money
Ordered 4 items recieved 2 the blanket that i ordered i thought would b decent for $65.00 it is a thin sheet blanket Very disappointed! 2 items i ordered i still haven't received sweatshirt & socks have sent e-mails no response Never again!
I own 3 hoodies from various artists and always get compliments on them when I wear 'em. The quality is great. I especially like how they print some of the pattern on the inside of the zipper so that when you wear a hoodie open it looks consistent. Customer service has been great as I exchanged a hoodie that someone got me for Christmas.
I placed an order on December 8th and it is now January 11th and I have not received my order. I have sent over 10 messages contacting customer support asking what is going on with my order and all I have ever gotten back is "we will check on it" and nothing else after that. I have also sent messages asking for a refund (money has been taken out of my account since December 8th) and I also got the same "we will check on your order reply. Not even addressing the fact that I requested a refund. I don't know what else to do other than file a report against them. It seems that they have no intention of refunding me or getting my item to me. Worst online shopping experience I have had in my whole life. And seeing all these other reviews of similar things happening to other people, it is shocking that this company is still in business.
I ordered a shirt for a very good friend for Christmas from RageOn. There's no other shirt like it on the internet--and it seems like the bulk of the merch offered at RageOn fits into that category. We're always looking for new, odd, strange clothes. The shirt was excellently constructed and so, so very soft. (And that was my main concern ordering it sight-unseen.) There's a hoodie covered in tentacles I have my eye on, and I'm hoping it's the same excellent quality that the tshirt was.
I ordered two 90s cartoon shirts and both of them came in the mail a week later. I open up the package my shirts are peeling and fading the shirts was going to be a Father's Day gift now I have to find something else
Ordered in May and I still haven't received the shirts I ordered. I'm so mad at myself for not checking the reviews first, which I normally do... UGGGHHH-automated email saying shipping delayedsince May? No tracking, nothing yet. I just want my refund at this point, but after reading other reviews- that's not happening.

I ordered a huge order for Christmas Gifts back in November 2016 and still have not received order - The excuse I was given is "it is stuck in customs" and they have no idea when I will get my order. Shipping from Poland! WTF! - Just horrible service and customer service.
Disappointed about not receiving my full order but after dealing with Michael I would recommend RageOn to everyone! They stand behind their products and exemplify extraordinary customer service every step of the way!
Ordered a pair of onepiece Luffy swim shorts over 5 weeks ago. Money taken immediately still hasn't shipped. Several emails to customer service with no response of course.no responses fr voicemails. Do not use this site, don't get scammed for items you will never get.
Keep getting same bs reply from customer service. Order is already late and theyre guaranteeing Xmas delivery by placing an order within the 10th of December. I've placed mine and got it confirmed the 28th of November and still no further updates. I thought I'd be safe ordering almost a month before Xmas, but at this rate it looks like people are going without presents. All of their guarantees and deadlines are lies... If there isn't swift resolution I will call for a refund, this is 2018 and customer service/satisfaction should be key.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
