Ordered a Davy Jones pirate shirt. It was never delivered by United State Postal Service. We filed a claim with USPS and they called with no hope. So our last ditch effort we called RageOn and they were FANTASTIC! Immediately jumped on replacing and expediting the shirt normally when there is a 10 day lead time with no red tape. We are getting our shirt for the pirate party on Disney Cruise all thanks to their great customer service! The United State Postal Service can take some best practices from their approach of friendliness, solution oriented, and awesome follow up with their customers.

They've been dead in the water since February when Shopify deleted their account. I created numerous designs on there, all for nothing. While the site was still working last year, I bought some stuff of mine just for myself. I live in Vienna, Austria, so they must have farmed out the printing to some place close to me, because the tracing showed a Czech Printshop. They in turn sent my stuff to "Australia"! - It did get resolved though, they redone my order and the second time, it was right.
About their problems with Shopify: I don't think it gets resolved. They lost a court appeal. And now they are screwing around trying to get into the NFT market, which has nothing to do with T-Shirts and Apparel, and that market is already overrun and well represented by OpenSea for example.

I can't say enough good things about this company! When I went to check my order, I found out I had deleted the email accidentally. I called and spoke to Shayna who was happy to find and resend the info. My girlfriend loved the shirt, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Detailed products are a little bit pixelated but quality is and remains awesome even after a washing it 100 times. Products are unique and satisfactory but takes long to ship because of perfectionism.

I had an issue with the size of a hoodie. And Edwin Hernando took care of the issue gave me the right size and upgraded my shipping for free. They are an awesome company I love there product and will keep ordering from them. Thank u again Edwin you are awesome.
I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my onesie and a matching hoodie but it is totally worth the wait these are amazing and there is colorful as they appear on your monitor beautiful quality quite an artistic product
Along with their amazing products, I noticed in my email that I had an old address for my things to be sent to. I was almost in a panic, but I messageed RageOn and got a reply almost immediately! They kept in contact the whole time and were able to fixe it immediately, before it was sent out. So many thanks and so much love to the company.
So disappointing. My son saved up his pocket money to get a Storm Trooper T shirt. I paid for it to be printed on both sides, it came only printed on one side, picture of Storm Trooper was so close up it didn't even look like one and the quality was really really shocking. We live in the UK and postage to the US us as much as the T shirt. Would NEVER buy from this site again. BEWARE,
Shana from RageOn is a wonderful person and is a great employee a real asset to your company. She truly has a caring heart to help my son Isaac have a wonderful birthday, he did receive his Hulk Hogan t-shirt on time, he was so excited his smile told it all. When a person is handicapped they are limited in what they can do, so when a Hulk Hogan T-shirt can bring joy for that moment, this is good. I've gotten a few things from RageOn but my most recent one had a misprint on it. I contacted them and sent them a picture of it, and they immediately got back with me and pushed it through to get the hoodie reprinted. They even sent me a picture of the reprinted hoodie to make sure it was what I wanted. Excellent products and really awesome customer service to not leave me hanging with something flawed!
The quality of the clothes are amazing, the designs are awesome and the service is great as well. There is no other company out there where you can design your own clothes, products and make money off of them too! It takes a little longer since the clothes aren't sitting in a warehouse collecting dust, but its worth the wait!
The shirts may be a little pricey, but they're the price. Shirt quality is amazing and the designs from different artists make it all the better. I usually buy around 3 times a year and with atleast 3 shirts a time
Ive dealt with a two reps from this website and ive never felt so comfortable in my life, the first purchase i made i was in constant contact until i re eived my package and i couldnt be happier!
Beyond that another package got lost and when i asked for a refund; without hesitation my money was given back to me, 5stars from me!
Absolutely awful service. I ordered a Christmas onesy in mid November to wear at two Christmas parties in late December. It is now January 6th, and it still has not arrived. On December 22nd I sent them an email asking to cancel and heard nothing back. I recieved an email yesterday, January 5th, stating that the order had been shipped and they cant cancel now. Are you kidding? I dont need the $#*!ty sweater/onesy anymore. I paid for expedited shipping which cost an extra $20. Expedited? It has been almost two months! Horrible service

Shirts are great quality but can be a little expensive and shipping took nearly a month when originally quoted 7-10 days.
I ordered an ultra-premium shirt (just a little more expensive than the regular shirts), and the material and printing are greatit looks exactly like the picture and feels great.
I ordered April 25th an over the hedge shirt for my son with autism. Someone wrote me and said I don't own the copywrite and license for the picture being printed o the shirt? Like why would I have it if I am ordering from here, Then they said oh we found the maker and we are just now sending it to printing? They will rush it to me when its done, but still nothing? Its May 17 and my sons party is may 27th so hopefully it comes by then because this is a nightmare
First of all, I have a hoodie from RageOn and FOUR people stopped me on the street to ask where I got it when I was shooting a music video in NY last week. In the past I've received items from RageOn that were imperfect due to a manufacturing error. Both times they offered to either replace and reprint the item or provide a gift card for the value of the imperfect item. I had trouble finding a hoodie I'd seen a few months earlier, and customer service located it for me right away.
I placed 2 orders over 2 months ago. After NOT hearing anything from them i reached out asking why the status was still in a pending mode. I was told that they could not process the order. WHY would you not reach out and tell me this? Nonetheless, they tell me they would send the product to another vendor to be produced. They have yet to give me a status of the production or tracking of the products. I was also told i would get a full refund for the items as well as still have them shipped out but neither have been done. When i reach out to them they avoid me by asking for the same information they already have. When i tell them they have it they stop responding. This company needs to stop scamming people and be shut down

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
