This is a US company, but has websites in other parts of the world - regardless where you order from however (I currently live in Austria and would order from Zazzle.at) the stuff comes from the US anyway. So you are stuck with high shipping costs and possibly customs charges. It is fine if you are in the US though, I assume.
The quality of the merchandise I bought was good, though a bit pricey, and adding to that the cost of shipping halfway around the world (for me).
As a creator on the site, having to fill out a US tax declaration is a pain if you want to get paid real money (I use PayPal). I get around that by just ordering stuff with my accumulated balance from the profits I made. Somehow, that keeps the taxman off my back.
But it has been a while since I "cashed in" - the photos are from the site of the stuff I had ordered then. One of them was a gift to my sister and it was what I expected. The quality was good. The other are business cards for myself and they too are good quality. I bought them just to use up my profit balance: if I would produce them locally, I could do so at 1/3 of the cost.
Fazit: good quality overall, but rather pricey. Shipping to the EU took quite some time, probably much faster within the US.

Tip for consumers:
Within the USA likely fine, outside it takes too long with shipping (and shipping costs), plus possibly customs.

I would recommend this company both to prospective customers, as well as to artists/creators!
I can rate it on both levels, since I had joined as a creator and produced a great number of items; but also as a customer because I had ordered several items for friends and family, and they were enthusiastic about the quality. I also had some customers that contacted me directly on social media (where I advertised my stuff) after purchases and praised the quality of the merchandise.
As a creator, I can say that this is the best POD company I worked with (and I had a lot of experiences in this regard). For one thing, their commissions are the best of any in the industry, and you do not have to wait to accumulate a minimum of earnings before payments: every sale, once final, the profits are immediately deposited to your account (I use PayPal, which is the easiest and safest).
I wish I would have found them before I had some fails with POD sites, which could have saved me a lot of grief.
PS: This is a Canadian Company from Montreal. I have family in Canada and had ordered for them twice. The shipping went smooth. I live in the EU, but never ordered for myself. But friends from France ordered Masks and they said they were satisfied with the order and shipping.

Tip for consumers:
production times are between 5 and 10 days, depending on the type of order, shipping varies: this is a Canadian company, and within Canada regular express post was fairly quick. For shipments international, it again depends what service you select, but also on delays in customs.

They've been dead in the water since February when Shopify deleted their account. I created numerous designs on there, all for nothing. While the site was still working last year, I bought some stuff of mine just for myself. I live in Vienna, Austria, so they must have farmed out the printing to some place close to me, because the tracing showed a Czech Printshop. They in turn sent my stuff to "Australia"! - It did get resolved though, they redone my order and the second time, it was right.
About their problems with Shopify: I don't think it gets resolved. They lost a court appeal. And now they are screwing around trying to get into the NFT market, which has nothing to do with T-Shirts and Apparel, and that market is already overrun and well represented by OpenSea for example.
Just follow their website link now and see what is up.
About myself - I still have a page for my now non-functional store on my website, where I outline the current problems: There you will also find links to further explain what is happening: https://www.artofthemystic.com/rage-on.html

Tip for consumers:
More transparency on how they will proceed in future, regarding their creators. It is April now, no updates since February when the problems started with Shopify. No contact, nothing. A mailing to creators would have been someting they could do as the very least. The Facebook site is not revealing much, apart from lots of creators complaining.
