QVC is a joke. I ordered some computers for my business. They call me the next day and tell me I can't easy pay because there was a limit to how much you can easy pay even though they were billing my personal credit card monthly? I asked what the limit was and lady said QVC doesn't give out what the limit you can easy pay is? I asked why and was told it was QVC policy. I asked what the policy said and she said they didn't divulge that information? I asked what her name was and she said it was Cheryl. I asked for a last name was told they don't give last names, so I asked to speak with a supervisor and was abruptly hung up on? What sort of shady business has a hidden limit on the business they are doing? Why aren't you transparent in your business dealings? What are you hiding? I will never do business there again

I paid for this item. I was emailed it would be delivered today. I checked the status, and my order was canceled. I can't go out and rebuy my sons birthday gift because they kept my money :) haven't bothered refunding me bank took my money and gave it to them. Cant pull up the order it shows it doesn't exist now. Thanks QVC

Incomplete Shipment
March 1, 2016

Ordered three wool rugs, main 7x9, entrance 4x3 and hall runner 2.5 x9 because we could get all the same pattern. Received main first quality was ok for the price, then they said they shipped the runner and entrance on same day according to their website. UPS's site only showed one being picked up the other waiting ready for pickup. Only the entrance rug showed up. After multiple calls was told to call back at a later date to give it time to show up even though it was showing never shipped by UPS. Upon calling back I was told they didn't have any more ( I believe they over sold and never had it) and could only get a refund. Now I have to decide about returning everything to get matching rugs elsewhere.

Angel, the presenter for Quacker never fails!
Tonite in response to Jane she said "me like-eeee", a clear slur of Asian Americans (watch those movies from 50's and 60's). She previously also made an antisemitic remark 2 yrs ago. FIRE HER!

Disappointed
October 8, 2022

I am reviewing Malden Mills Solid Polarfleese sheet set, TwinXL. While they are beautiful to the touch and to sleep on, there is not enough material to keep them from pulling off the corners. They do not fit snug. If you have a very shallow mattress then they will work, but if your mattress is larger or one that goes up and down by remote, they will not work. They simply do not cover the mattress even on the sides. :( Will not be able to use them, will repurpose.

QVC Statement
August 16, 2022

On my QVC July statement they show no items listed for Store Burger Master. My August QVC statement shows 4 Store Burger Masters. I only ordered two. The 4 shows they have all had at least 2 easy payment paid on them. So why didn't they show up on my July statement? Also I looked at my statement on QVC and it only shows that I ordered one Store Burger Master. I called QVC and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would call me back in 4 hours. It has been 4 hours. No call back I am done with QVC.

I recently attempted to purchase a PS5 for my son for Christmas. I wanted to do the pay in 4, upon selecting that option. They drafted from my account first, then made a decision afterwards. I wasn't approved for the buy now pay later, and have been waiting since Friday 12/16 to receive my funds back. I will never shop at QVC AGAIN. The company is terrible I spoke w/ a Jennifer, Diana, even a supervisor named Shantel. Services were all horrible, they didn't show any empathy whatsoever. Let alone it's Christmas and I need that money back so that it can be placed elsewhere. Before making a purchase with them definitely consider ALL of your other options FIRST! As I know the other companies will provide more of a superior service than this trash company has!

I am a long time QVC shopper, both online and via TV. Amazon has spoiled me with free Prime shipping and nearly instantaneous delivery, so by contrast, QVC's shipping seems slow and pricey, but their products are good and they also have great return policies and customer service.

There are limits to the time worth spending to get a bargain and for me QVC is too much time, and I fear a lot of its customers have simply become addicted to watching it and buying products they can't afford or don't need because of showmanship. I like my bargains quick and upfront with minimal sales pitches and QVC does not meet that need so when we had cable TV we took off all shopping channels.

Last yyear slow shipping, slower returns, even slower refunds no response from customer service, I am gone gone gone. Can get most items from Macys Philosophy Or hsn with better service and faster refunds

I wish for more stuff at the QVC! I love this place when find everything they have, great thing but I can't get to much it cost a lot I wish I could afford it but I can't I wish I could get more the stuff because it a great place to shop! I could only a little at a time!

I was suppose to recieve my item today. I called earlier said this item has been shipped. It just shipped on the 2nd. I was suppose to recieve this item today which is the 2nd. I said I won't be coming back to my house on the 5th. They told me to have someone pick up the item so I can return it cause I said I want to cancel it. The lady was rude. If that's the case they can go pick up the item. I'm not going to be home. I went home and sat at home all day because I ordered this item and was suppose to have it by the 2nd today, not the 5th. If that's the case I would've never ordered it. I'm so grateful I stuck with my 1st mind and didn't apply for their credit...

Nice and good choice items

I used the TV and site together when I bought 2 moulinex juicer and blender items and they came in great packaging and although expensive the quality of the items is superb, cant fault it. Recommended.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

They have the WORST shipping methods. A month after my "Estimated Shipping date", my item still says "in process." (This product was not on back order either). Customer service was less than helpful and I had to go ahead and cancel the item because at the rate things were going, I wasn't going to receive my order until 2020. Very disappointed and UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER order from them again! Oh... and they have a lot of the same products as Amazon has, only Amazon has cheaper prices and more reliable shipping methods!

New discovery
March 5, 2016

Just discovered QVC when I was sick with a cold for two weeks.
Really like the variety, really like learning about what the trends are and have ordered a Shark Vaccum (love it), a Denim and Co jacket (love it) and today ordered plants. What I do not like is the high shipping costs but, hey, I can avoid those. But I do like to see what is new and improved and trendy.

I purchased an item from QVC, I wasn't 100% sure I wanted it, so I made sure it was returnable. When I received the item, I definitely didn't want it. I logged on and it said it wasn't returnable, what? It was now on clearance, mind you it wasn't when I bought it. So, now it is not returnable. I tried to return it 1 week after purchasing it. I couldn't believe it!

Tsv tote for 69$ joke by ameri a snd beyond. Uses ametica in co name fool shoppers. Not made in america but overseas by little hands. Its horrid too big. Fill eith junk and hurt shoulder. Go. 99 cent store or thrift. Best. Junky toye not woryh $1

I ordered an exercise machine of Feb 22. "You should have this by Mar 10".
It didn't SHIP until Mar 10.

HSN.Com is much better for shipping times and items in stock.

Can't recommend QVC.Com.
