I guess I was sent the WRONG item I NEVER ordered (nor would I EVER order that crap!) because after my first recent order arrived, I was VERY displeased with it (as were countless others!) and posted a negative review. But honestly, my two cats can tell the difference between a wooden cooking spoon set (that had another person's name on the label underneath mine) and a keyboard and mouse! Quality and now service is going down the drain with QVC! Major disappointment dummies!
I recently ordered a toy from QVC for a Christmas present. Another popular retailer offered it online for a cheaper price, but was sold out, so I had to get it at QVC. The quality was as expected and shipping was quick. I was disappointed I had to pay a higher price for it than other retailers offered though. If you are paying in full for something you can probably find the same products for cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise it was a great experience.
I ordered four items on four different days and the gift messages did not get sent with the gift (even though I filled them out online). I emailed them and gave them the order number and the message that I would like to have added. They pretended to misunderstand for over a week and then asked for me to fix it online. Their software does not allow for this to be fixed online. The gifts were all shipped with no gift message. I will never order from this company again.
I have purchased QVC products. Quality of products are excellent. Delivery is fast. Price is affordable. Recommended to friends.
I wish every customer service department worked liked the one at QVC. No outsourcing to third world countries, just friendly customer oriented service like the good old days. Shipping is reasonable or free and if you aren't happy, send it back. Thanks, QVC.

Purchased a facial brush on credit from here. Really nice product and low monthly payments. What i didnt like was that they do not send emails when you make a payment not did i have an account to look up my order. So i had to keep track of how much i had paid for every month. I would buy from here again

Pay your payments on time every month and without written warning you wind up in collections. No email, no letter, no message on payment account website, no voicemail, nothing. Worst company ever, will never ever use them. Surprised they are not out of business or have a class action lawsuit against them judging from the many complaints online.
I have ordered many products from QVC and its delivery is quick. Quality of products are excellent and worth the money. Customer service is helpful. Exchange and return policy is too quick. I love QVC products. Happy customer.
Not quality as expected nor as marketed on TV. Sizing is so wrong.
As for customer service is fine and helpful. Once the return was done they took a month to do refund I actually had to call and they double charge the shipping of $ 6.99... I see I should have read terms and conditions. So never again...
Since 2013, I've ordered thousands of $ worth of merch from "the store w/o a door". Everything from Josie M's argan oil - which it ain't! Real argan is brown & stinky & can't be mass-produced - to diamond anklets. I'd rarely return items. All that shipping's too costly. Even when clothes were too big/small.
HOWEVER, on the rare occasions I bit the bullet & returned stuff, I NEVER saw a dime of my money back.
As if my return boxes were off in the ether. Upon discussion w/ QVC trying to work it out, it became quickly apparent that their customer service reps were not only rude, but they were equally & egregiously inept. So much so, one wonders if it's a clever, yet Machiavellian game designed to send the QVC customer running screaming to the nearest bottle of headache remedy.
I gave up & stopped shopping there.
However, during the COVID quarantines, QVC greatly redeemed themselves by kindly extending its return policy to 90 days. Cool! Right? Way wrong. Google it. Tons of irate customers got screwed. Turns out, QVC IS NOT HONORING THEIR OWN 90- DAY RETURN POLICY. Exchanges are touch & go too.
If you're lucky, they eventually return your clothes. If you're me, you're out the clothes and the cash Who wants that?!
After cooling my jets for four business days, a supervisor, who I had to request to speak with, called me only to give me... wait for it... ready? HOMEWORK!

Ya see, I'd ordered 30+ items, QVC demanded I provide THEM w/ the order # for each I returned. Hiccup: they were in the mail. Luckily, I took screenshots of each receipt before returning them; however, this is no way to do business.
QVC is a dangerous drug and must be avoided at all costs. Alas, as drug dealers, they don't guarantee their products. Happy to sell their crap for overinflated prices, but good luck getting your money back

I have ordered from QVC many, many times and have always been thrilled with my purchase. I have never once returned anything. I love the fast you can buy and pay over time and they ship things really fast.
My complaint is lately they seem to have ZERO selection and inventory. I have shopped for a computer or laptop on a few occasions and there were hundreds of options. I have shopped for speakers, there were tons of options, I bought a ninja blender a long time ago, and was looking to buy another one or possibly some other small stuff for the kitchen, and the selection is horrible. No Ninja blenders at all... Also, used to be so much stuff you could pay for 4-5 or even 6 payments. Now, almost everything is only 3 payments.
I will likely still shop here, I love the site but I won't be buying much until they get a better selection and offer more payment options.
I don't know what they did with the shipping but products arrive significantly faster than from other stores. Their support is kind and polite.
I CALLED ABOUT A LATE FEE I WAS CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT. TALKED TO WILLIAM HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME BECAUSE 8 MONTHS AGO I HAD ANOTHER LATE FEE PROBLEM. QVC SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS NOT RECEIVED THESE PAYMENTS, ALL MY HOUSEHOLD BILLS ARE BY MAIL AND NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. THE PROBLEM IS WITH QVC MAIL NOT MINE. ANYWAY, I ASKED FOR THE COMPLETE AMOUNT I OWE SO I COULD PAY IT ALL OFF. WILLIAM COULD NOT GIVE ME THE FULL AMOUNT. HE GAVE ME A PHONE FOR QVC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE A "LAWYER OFFICE". CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH CSR.SO AFTER 30 YRS, GOOD-BY, WILL SEND IN A CK FOR AN AMOUNT I THINK I OWE.

The shipping was quick and easy. I liked the prices andf the quality. I wasn't dissapointed about everything.
They have a wide range of great quality products to choose from. Also, have nice Black Friday sale prices to take advantage of. So I will be back for more.
Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
