Crap company

Don't use them. No sign of my purchase after 4 weeks and still no delivery date! No help from the customer services. I'm sure they are not UK based! Awful company. I wouldn't even give 1 star!

Awful Customer Service

I recently purchased a shower panel from QS Supplies, but unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. While I acknowledge that this was my error, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance I received from QS Supplies in resolving the issue.

The shower panel I received is over 2 meters long and weighs 51 kilograms. It was delivered alongside other items by a QS Supplies in one of their own vans. When I inquired about returning the item, I was directed to their terms and conditions, which stated that I was responsible for arranging the return. QS Supplies suggested using a pallet company for the return.

Despite my efforts to find a courier or pallet delivery service willing to accept an item of this size and weight, I was unsuccessful. None of the services I contacted were equipped to handle such a large and heavy item.

In a further attempt to resolve the situation, I reached out to QS Supplies to inquire if they could assist with arranging collection through one of their delivery services, with the understanding that I would cover the associated costs. However, QS Supplies refused to offer any assistance in this matter.

Additionally, I asked if it would be possible to have the incorrect item collected at the same time as the delivery of the correct one, but this request was also denied.

As a result, I find myself in a frustrating predicament where I am unable to return the item without incurring significant costs, such as hiring a van and transporting it myself.

I hope that QS Supplies can reconsider their stance on this matter and provide a more reasonable solution to facilitate the return of the incorrect item.

No customer service

AVOID these people. 2 months I've waited for a tap that was supposedly in stock when I ordered, they took my money and contacted me a couple of days later saying it was out of stock and would be about a month. After 5 weeks I contacted them to ask where my item was, they said they didn't know I hadn't been sent it? Said it would be another further couple of weeks but that they cannot guarantee. A very scratched item, poking through the packaging arrived 16 April (item ordered 23 Feb). I have no doubt the item was in that state prior to them sending it out. They then said I should package it well?!, print off label they sent and asked what day they should organise collection, bearing in mind they wouldn't send a replacement or refund until they had received it and checked item - I sent pics straightaway obviously don't believe me - saying it could take up to a week for refund. DHL were supposed to collect Monday but didn't, now I am sitting around waiting for another day for item to be collected... I have no trust that the money will be refunded. Customer support do take calls... I wonder why. The way I have been dealt with makes me feel that the problem is mine. Go elsewhere.

I wanted to place an order for a shower cubicle and tray to adapt a bathroom for someone with a severe disability. The DWP has guidelines which state that a company can deduct VAT. It's a simple process of the company asking me to fill out a form with my details, and charging the reduced rate when I place the order. The DWP then checks my claim is legitimate. When I tried to place my order, QS Supplies said they could not deduct 20% VAT. I have emailed them on SIX occasions asking then to let me know what the correct procedure is to be exempt from VAT. The only response I have had tells me to ‘place the order'. I asked one of their "customer representatives" to put me in contact with a manager. After various excuses to not connect me, he took my details and said a manager would call me. I'm still waiting! Whilst I've been waiting for responses to email/phone(3 days) the cubicle has gone up in price by £92!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS!}

Damaged item
April 13, 2021

The experience with QS Supplies has been negative from the start! Firstly we placed an order for 10 items only to be told that items had been discontinued and no alternative was available. We then had to return items purchased to fit with the discontinued items AT OUR OWN COST! We had a delay of 1 month for the final item to arrive. Our bathroom fitter was booked for a month after delivery so we checked the outer packaging and items inside as best we could, but didn't completely unwrap because we didn't want to cause damage ourselves to unwrapped items. When we finally opened the shower tray it had a big chunk out of the corner. Contacted QS Supplies and we were told that we had not reported the damage within a 'reasonable time' and that they would not send a replacement item. I argue that the outer packaging was in tact and so how would we know the item was damaged unless we unwrapped completely and risked damage. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!

Be aware of this company. You could end up only wasting your time and money.
I hope everyone see the review of this company before you order it.

Shocking service indeed,
Online order takes always time to decide because you cannot see it.
I ordered one with QS supplier. There was a stock when I check the website.
I paid them directly. I was expecting my order is coming soon.
But I received an email from them that they do not have stock for 3-4weeks. What?
I am sure the company shouldn't take the money if they don't have the product to sell.
But nope! So I complained about that and asked for the replacement for something else. Because I didn't want to spend money on another. NOPE! What they said they need to refund then I need to order another.
And they don't normally do but this time they will refund the cost of Shipping charge.
What? Excused me?
Shipping charge which even never started yet?
This company actually want to charge me the shipping. How lucky me!
I did complain so I can get a refund of the shipping charge.

After this conversation, I look for the company's review
I found this company has lots of negative reviews and they don't really care.
I am leaving this review because I want no more people fooled by this company.
Please let people know about this company.
Be aware of this company.

Don't buy from them

This store has practically not a single product in stock.
Everything you buy from the website will reach you in about a month.
In my case, the product came wrong and the store is not responding!

Blatant liars, rude, unhelpfull, was a big mistake being caught by their nice web site, i called hotline to check items in stock was assured they were and delivery promised 2-3 days, paid with debit card over phone, no email reciept/conformation recieved, called again, still no conformation, money had been taken from my account so assumed order was in transit, how wrong was i, still waiting, trying to get refund, call them and they just GRUNT at you. Please AVOID!

Horrendous

I can't explain how dreadful this company is. I ordered some items and
After they didn't turn up on the date agreed I called them to find out
What was happening. They said the items would turn up in a week or so.
Therefore I cancelled the order and used another supplier as I had a
Plumber booked for a specific date. When I got the refund (weeks later)
It was much less than I had expected. I asked for a breakdown of the
Bill and was told 'it wasn't company policy to provide this'. What? So I
Pushed harder and eventually got a breakdown. The refund was for 3
Items rather than 4. I explained several times that I couldn't have the
4th item as none of them arrived! They wouldn't have this and have
Refused to issue a full refund. Upon closer research it appears that I
Am certainly not the only person experiencing issues so I will be taking
Legal action and informing trading standards about QS Supplies. Also, I
Am told most of the positive reviews on this site are written by their
Staff (ask yourself which company only have 5 star and 1 star
Reviews?!). Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of them.

Avoid at all cost!

If you're lucky enough to order and receive a product from this company without issue then count yourself as having a narrow escape. I ordered a chrome bottle trap for a basin, simple enough but my first niggle was I had to phone and chase the order as I didn't hear anything after the initial internet purchase. Having then received the product I found it to be defective (welded seam had a gap). This I reported via email the same day of delivery quickly followed up by completing the complaints form on their website which included photos of the faulty item. The niggles grew! Several emails and phone calls later I still hadn't received information as to how I should return this for a refund. Their customer service is non existent, I was "fobbed off" on the phone and email replies were automated. I eventually gave up with QS Supplies and raised a claim through PayPal who thankfully sorted and refunded me after I posted the item back! Fortunately this was a relatively low value and small sized item. I dread to think what would have happened if this had been a full bathroom re-fit order. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!

I placed an order for a bath, bath panel and bath waste, however, the wrong bath was delivered so I arranged for the items to be uplifted for a refund.

The first uplift did not take place as they did not provide sufficient time to allow me to arrange for someone to be in the property. I. e. I received less than 24 hours notice

As I received no information regarding any further uplifts, and no paperwork was provided by the driver, I was unaware which items were to be uplifted during the subsequent uplift. However, the driver chose to uplift all three items at the same time.

Several weeks later, I received a credit for only one of the items (the bath) When I enquired about the credit for the other 2 items (the bath panel and waste) I was told that these had not arrived back in their depot.

QS Supplies have advised that I should have been given an uplift note from the driver detailing what should have been uplifted and that this would require to be signed by me at the time of the uplift. I can't recall any paperwork being shown to me at the time of uplift and have requested QS Supplies to provide me with a copy of this but they have failed to do so.

I have expressed on several occasions that I cannot be held responsible for the failure of the driver or the warehouse staff in identifying what happened to the items after they were uplifted from me.

However, QS Supplies have advised that nothing further can be done.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT DEAL WITh THIS COMPANY

QS Supplies Fraud & Scam Company... Be Aware!
Ordered a Bathroom ceramic basin & vanity unit and had to wait approx 21 days from order to delivery. Phoned up to track order and was spoken with very arrogant attitude After Sales support agent, terrible customer service, zero communication apart from initial order email. Nothing they could do because they were waiting on a supplier. Poor Communication. Bathroom sink refit was put on hold awaiting for sink costing more money for the builders. Finally it arrived, opened it was terrible shocking as its completely black scratch marks all over the white basin. Absolutely crap and very very poor quality product. Tried to contact the customer service and was repeatedly told to raise the fault through their company website portal which is again a crap, as it is accepting any faulty/damaged mail and picture due to their software issue. Phoned customer service and spoke to support agent and asked to email the pictures to support desk. Did that, now they are refusing to replace the product nor refund it. Now, they are Blaming the manufacturer for their mistakes. Such cheap practices and a scam company. We are now left with a damaged item, I paid £247.44 for the sink unit. All gone. QS Supplies is a fraud company. Never ever do business with them. A complete farce, unprofessional & shouldn't be in the retail business. You can only determine how good or bad a retailer/e-retailer is once there is a problem because anyone can sell something but how do they resolve an issue? The biggest insult for me is that they couldn't be bothered. Reported to Trading Standards and involving Financial Ombudsman.

I ordered some shower heads on 26th of April for a job I was starting on 8th of May. When the delivery did not arrive, I emailed QS 'support' address to enquire but received no reply. I followed this up with a call and spoke to an extremely unhelpful person who said the delivery will arrive on Wednesday 9th of May.
When nothing arrived on Wednesday, I called again to be told that the the delivery was sent to Scotland (?!) by mistake and that I will definitely receive it on Thursday 10th May.
Unsurprisingly, nothing arrived on Thursday and after another unhelpful phone call, I was told it will arrive on Friday.
Friday arrived with yet no sign of a delivery, I called again and spoke to Des who said that the shower heads were never dispatched at all (he didn't know why) but he can dispatch them immediately for guaranteed delivery on Monday 14th of May.
I said it was too late and requested a refund. I was told to email *******@qssupplies.co.uk to request the refund which I did. Because I previously had no reply from that address, I also copied in *******@qssupplies.co.uk and myself.
I did not received a reply or a refund and when I called again today, I spoke to the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with who said that I was wasting my time and will never receive a refund. He said no emails were ever received from me and refused to let me speak to anyone else. He made insulting noises over the telephone and mocked me when I said I could not believe how he was speaking to me.
This person's name was Zane. He said he was in charge and refused to give me his surname.
Do not use this company!
