A huge thank you to QS supplies for processing and dispatching my order so quickly, the sink was very securely and expertly packed and the quality of the sink has exceeded my expectations.
Communications were perfect and was kept up to date the whole process.
Initially had reservations upon reading negative reviews but very glad I went with them, competitive price and very reasonable delivery cost for such a rapid turnaround, ordered Friday afternoon and received Tuesday morning!
Will definitely be my go to seller for bathroom and kitchen supplies.
They don't hold the supplies so had to source my vanity elsewhere which meant a 3 week wait.
The delivery never arrived and all the "supposedly" customer care people which is in Asia somewhere that the delivery is shown as sent out. Contact the police as we can't do anything for you! Ive been robbed £320 from this scam company. Will be reporting them
Placed an order, paid, still waiting confirming of delivery over a week later despite being apologised to and told that the warehouse have it in stock for days. Avoid this retailer like the plague. Over promise and dont deliver. I feel for the employees who don't seem to understand what their colleagues are doing and have no management to refer to. Instead the end up fobbing you off with what turn out to be false statements. Their lies and delays have cost me money and caused me stress. Which consumer group and magazine need to do an investigation. Hope you benefit from my experience and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
We had a faulty toilet seat delivered on 24 November 2021 and despite numerous emails we have not had by today's date (14 January) a replacement.
Not able to use seat due to 4 missing screw shreds which should be imbedded in the toilet.
After buying a slimline backlit mirror to install in our new house from this company we opened the box to find the mirror had a chipped glass piece at the top held to the rest of the mirror by brown tape. Unfortunately the mirror remained in the box for months as the bathroom was not ready for it to be installed. Clearly this mirror was sold to deceive. Reading the other reviews i can only guess this company only sells defective products as its USP. This is blatant fraud! Avoid at all costs
Started a major remodel several months ago and, given the uncertainty of the supply chain, ordered as much as I could in advance. One item, from QS supplies was a 800 x 1700 shower pan. Imagine my surprise (and my neighbors) when it was delivered at 4:30 AM! That was just the beginning. I stored the shower pan flat, as recommended, and when I went to install it, 2 months later, it was quite the banana (see photo). First QS Supplies said I had installed in incorrectly and when I explained that it hadn't been installed (only an idiot would install something this bent) they said I must have stored it improperly. Bottom line - they have good prices, but who delivers at 4:30 AM - the same people who will sell you defective product and then blame you for it. Avoid at all costs.
Don't be tempted with the low prices on some items, great if there is no issue but if you have a problem they do not want to know.
I buy a lot of bathroom fittings on line and I can honestly say this has to be the worst company to deal with.
AVOID this company, if the items they send are damaged, tuff you will not get a refund or replacement.
They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.
Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong parcel (received a toilet seat instead of radiator valves), they would not send replacements for their $#*! up until the toilet seat was received back which could be up to ten days.
Please be careful if ordering from this company. Ordered a sink and vanity unit - the unit was fine, but unfortunately the sink arrived damaged. There is no protection between the ceramic sink and cardboard packaging. Unfortunately I was away and couldn't check within 3 days of delivery and therefore qssupplies have refused to replace - please consider elsewhere.
Ordered a toilet seat and, because of the Christmas break, the packaging wasn't opened until the end of the first week of January when the seat was found to be broken (see first image). Sent images and was told that as we hadn't contacted them within 14 days they wouldn't replace. No dispensation for Christmas. Flimsy packaging (as can be seen fro the second image) without any cushioning to stop breakage if dropped. Their 'cancel contract' within 14 days doesn't cover returns or disputes so their policies are totally outside UK Consumer law. Totally rubbish service; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Tried to order a radiator, which they then tried to supply on a random date, and nobody was in on the date they had chosen to deliver... so they took it back, demanded more money to deliver it on another date (which they couldn't tell us), or charge a significant restocking fee. Sending a notice before action to get money back...
If your purchase turns out to be defective you will regret dealing with this shady business. After 19 emails and telephone calls to them over a period of 2 months I finally received a part refund on a defective bath. The people behind the business remain anonymous and any communication that you receive will be almost nothing but misinformation and empty promises. Their returns and refunds policy is non-existent, they have no regard for the Consumer Rights Act and their claim of providing 'outstanding' customer service is an outrageous lie. What you do realise is that they just don't care about reputation because they must manage to suck in enough customers on their low prices.
The prices from QS seemed competitive but I really wish I had bought from anywhere else. I spent over £2,200 but then had over two months trying to deal with failed deliveries, broken items being delivered, responsibility denied, re-ordering, chasing up refunds etc. My installer left, the whole project ground to a halt. In the end I had to order a toilet from elsewhere and hand over 40+ pages of emails to my credit card company to raise a disputed transaction. This has been an incredibly frustrating company to deal with - you cannot telephone product support, managers will not come to the phone, etc. I have been without a bathroom for 3 months so far and am down nearly £700 as a direct result of choosing QS supplies.
As a result or now reading so many other negative reviews of QS I will follow the advice to also contact Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.
The company claims on it's website to provide outstanding service.
Ordered a mirrored cabinet on-line 27 Nov 13. No correspondence to say when it might arrive. The wrong cabinet arrived 3 Dec 13 and I immediately requested a replacement or refund. Was told I had to e-mail their support team and there then ensued a lengthy correspondence where despite me pulling images and references direct from their website, they were adamant it was not the wrong cabinet. They eventually gave in and uplifted it on 23 Dec 13 but I am now pursuing them for my money back without any joy. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with!
Never again. Be warned!
Horrific. They still owe me £300 from a non-delivery and an accepted cancellation made 10 minutes after purchase in October. Having promised to refund me, they haven't even responded to e-mails since November - it is now March. Do not buy from them
I agree with the reviews. Our faulty item had been sent to at least one other customer so suspect it was previously returned. They refuse to take it back and replace it. That seems to be a very consistent theme from other reviewers. There are far better suppliers offering better service that doesn't leave you hanging on the phone for an hour at a time.
I wish I'd paid more attention to the negative reviews for this company on various forums.
They didn't supply some parts of my order, then claimed that they had and refused supply or refund.
While I was sorting this problem out, the project was put on hold and other parts of of my order remained in their packaging after a cursory post-delivery check.
This was a mistake, because when I finally was able to unpack and fit my shower screen it turned out to be damaged. Naturally, QS Supplies said I was past the deadline to report damage and refused to replace it.
I managed to reclaim for the non-delivered parts through my credit card, but had to purchase another shower screen at additional expense from a competent supplier.
Customer services were rude and disinterested throughout.
Avoid.
Appalling service. 3 times taps arrived and I feel sure it was the same defective taps each time.
Had a heck of a job to get our money back. Numerous phone calls and emails later, they tried to hold back post and packaging price. So yet, more phone calls.

Absolutely shocking Company. Ordered a Hudson Reed shower screen and was then told it was out of stock and would take a few weeks. I then got a delivery of a completely different unbranded shower screen which I thankfully checked before the driver had gone so I could refuse delivery. I have since spent hours getting through to them on the phone but nobody can tell me anything or when I can get the screen. In the end I ordered elsewhere and I am still waiting for a refund despite numerous emails and calls. I am now dealing with the bank to charge back the payment to them to try and get my money back. As so many other reviews say, avoid at all costs.

Answer: I don't think they are dishonest. More likely not well managed with too few staff. If you persist they can be helpful but you have to put a lot of work into it
