Ordered and received a radiator, fitted 3 days later, however found the radiator to have a manufacturing fault and leaked at the top of the radiator via a tiny hole. We photographed it and videoed the issue. We contacted them immediately to get a replacement or a refund. So far noting only saying an issue with the supplier. This is not my issue, Its been near 3 weeks and not help of sign of help from this company to get a replacement or refund. I recently purchased a shower panel from QS Supplies, but unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. While I acknowledge that this was my error, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance I received from QS Supplies in resolving the issue.
The shower panel I received is over 2 meters long and weighs 51 kilograms. It was delivered alongside other items by a QS Supplies in one of their own vans. When I inquired about returning the item, I was directed to their terms and conditions, which stated that I was responsible for arranging the return. QS Supplies suggested using a pallet company for the return.
Despite my efforts to find a courier or pallet delivery service willing to accept an item of this size and weight, I was unsuccessful. None of the services I contacted were equipped to handle such a large and heavy item.
In a further attempt to resolve the situation, I reached out to QS Supplies to inquire if they could assist with arranging collection through one of their delivery services, with the understanding that I would cover the associated costs. However, QS Supplies refused to offer any assistance in this matter.
Additionally, I asked if it would be possible to have the incorrect item collected at the same time as the delivery of the correct one, but this request was also denied.
As a result, I find myself in a frustrating predicament where I am unable to return the item without incurring significant costs, such as hiring a van and transporting it myself.
I hope that QS Supplies can reconsider their stance on this matter and provide a more reasonable solution to facilitate the return of the incorrect item.
They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.
They don't hold the supplies so had to source my vanity elsewhere which meant a 3 week wait.
The delivery never arrived and all the "supposedly" customer care people which is in Asia somewhere that the delivery is shown as sent out. Contact the police as we can't do anything for you! Ive been robbed £320 from this scam company. Will be reporting them

Purchased an overpriced flush plate after being assured by a QS Supplies member of staff that it was a matt black finish and would match everything in our new bathroom. Product arrives and I can clearly see that it's a glossy finish. I fill in and submit the online returns form, go about my life and don't hear anything for a couple of weeks. When call to chase to see what's happening have to email their support email. My email gets ignored for 14 days before chase again on the phone. Now they are claiming that the online returns form was never received and I'm being told by managers that it can't be returned as it's over the 14 days returns agreement. Firstly it was mis-sold to me, secondly most of the 14 days in the returns process were spent with my correspondence being ignored by QS Supplies and thirdly the product is in all the cellophane and can easily be re-sold. I would expect common sense to prevail in this scenario but instead they have lost a customer for life. Terrible experience! I'm out of pocket and stuck with a product that was described incorrectly by their staff.
After waiting for months for my goods, and phoning and e, mailing i am supposedly getting my order, if you can go anywhere besides this company for goods go, this is the worst company i have ever dealt with, use them at your peril
If you're lucky enough to order and receive a product from this company without issue then count yourself as having a narrow escape. I ordered a chrome bottle trap for a basin, simple enough but my first niggle was I had to phone and chase the order as I didn't hear anything after the initial internet purchase. Having then received the product I found it to be defective (welded seam had a gap). This I reported via email the same day of delivery quickly followed up by completing the complaints form on their website which included photos of the faulty item. The niggles grew! Several emails and phone calls later I still hadn't received information as to how I should return this for a refund. Their customer service is non existent, I was "fobbed off" on the phone and email replies were automated. I eventually gave up with QS Supplies and raised a claim through PayPal who thankfully sorted and refunded me after I posted the item back! Fortunately this was a relatively low value and small sized item. I dread to think what would have happened if this had been a full bathroom re-fit order. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!
Trying now to get a refund from this bunch of criminals. They do not have the products they are selling and now I'm trying to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Some items not in stock, despite what it says on website. Don't tell you until after you have paid. Despatched part of order. Told them I wanted to cancel rest of order as I didn't want to wait. Turned into a marathon of trying to get my money back. Different people or "S10" and "S7" as they call themselves, replied to emails every other day and it was like banging your head against a brick wall! Eventually (weeks later) I got a partial refund. They refused to refund any of the shipping as I had had part of the order and when they refunded the products it was 10p short with no explanation and no correction and no response when queried. If anything goes wrong, customer service is appalling. I won't be using them again.

They didn't supply some parts of my order, then claimed that they had and refused supply or refund.
While I was sorting this problem out, the project was put on hold and other parts of of my order remained in their packaging after a cursory post-delivery check.
This was a mistake, because when I finally was able to unpack and fit my shower screen it turned out to be damaged. Naturally, QS Supplies said I was past the deadline to report damage and refused to replace it.
I managed to reclaim for the non-delivered parts through my credit card, but had to purchase another shower screen at additional expense from a competent supplier.
Customer services were rude and disinterested throughout.

****WARNING****Please do not buy from this company. We paid over £200 for a bathroom mirror cabbinet and within 25 months the mirror just fell off the cabinet door, broke into many large shards of glass and caused significant damage in my bathroom. More to the point if someone would have been sitting on the toilet they would have been cut to pieces and most likely killed. Upon making a complaint and request for a refund I was fobbed off with the supplier saying its outside warranty with no recognition of the fact the cabinet is a breach of contract as it is clearly not fit for purpose as required by the Sale of Goods Act 2015. I will now be taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman and court if required.

Had a bath delivered, got a plumber a week later to fit, all inspected before hand fitted Thursday evening, fill with water and silicone around bath and 20 minutes later bath split opened and flooded bathroom. QS not interested, blame supplier only giving 3 days to inform of defects etc. Obviously oblivious to Consumer Rights Act 2015 which state's my contract is with them not the supplier and under this act I am entitled to a full refund within 30 Days. So now off to the courts to claim Bath flooring and refitting new bath, VERY BEST OF LUCK TO YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! The prices from QS seemed competitive but I really wish I had bought from anywhere else. I spent over £2,200 but then had over two months trying to deal with failed deliveries, broken items being delivered, responsibility denied, re-ordering, chasing up refunds etc. My installer left, the whole project ground to a halt. In the end I had to order a toilet from elsewhere and hand over 40+ pages of emails to my credit card company to raise a disputed transaction. This has been an incredibly frustrating company to deal with - you cannot telephone product support, managers will not come to the phone, etc. I have been without a bathroom for 3 months so far and am down nearly £700 as a direct result of choosing QS supplies.
As a result or now reading so many other negative reviews of QS I will follow the advice to also contact Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.
The title above says it all, attracted by the website which was clear and easy to find products, the prices seemed pretty good. So hence went to order and pay for 2 complete bathroom sets. Now after 3 weeks when they have promised a 14 day delivery an email comes to say one item will arrive in another 3 weeks. Next day another email arrives to say they have another problem with another item which will be coming in 4 weeks. They list delivery times which are not reliable and if you buy from here be aware of this and you will be fine.
