The dress we ordered came in 5 days in perfect condition with a near perfect fit. Excellent quality and a fair price. Won't hesitate to order from Prom Girl again.
We used the sizing chart and gown came perfect just as pictured. My daughter looks amazing in it. Ordered it and it shipped the next day. We had it in a weeks time.
We ordered my daughters dress 2 weeks before prom so decided to pay for 2 day shipping. We measured her using the prom girl website and went by their recommendation as to what size to order, even though my daughter NEVER wears that size in anything else. I was concerned but figured maybe the dress ran small. The dress arrived and was close to 2 sizes too big! The dress would have had to be completely reconstructed. So we had no choice but to order another, pay another 2 day shipping fee AND a $35 restocking fee for the other dress that was too big! Keep in mind that was the size that prom girl said to order. The smaller size came and still needed alterations but nothing like the recommended size would have needed. Really disappointed about paying a restocking fee for the dress and size that was recommended by the website itself.
The dress i ordered was exactly how it appeared on the site. It came in next day. However, it did not fit. I tried to see if i was able to have it tailored so it would fit, as well as find a back up dress. Within this time, their 7 day return policy [which I was unaware of] had passed. I called because the online return was not working. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful. However, the companies policy on returns is not great, nor accommodating. She was able to let me return it and receive some of my money back... 10% less than I had paid, with additional $8 removed from what I paid to cover shipping. I appreciate the representative, its not her fault the companies policy is like that. I wish I had known before I purchased. Otherwise, good dresses... if it fits!
I was really worried about purchasing a prom dress online, but the dress is STUNNING! I will definitely order from PromGirl again.

Second dress I have ordered from promgirl and dress is exactly what was expected! Beautiful and deliverd to my door two days after ordering
I am in the process of trying to return a dress that is unwearable. The lace is cheap and itches and scratches my daughter's skin to the point where it is painful to wear. Also the skirt is made out of material to heavy to flair. The dress is just not suitable and you have told me to get it tailored. If it was just a matter of having it tailored I would do so. I spent good money on this dress and it is unwearable. I am very unsatisfied and would like a refund.

My dress ran small and didn't fit, they wouldn't let me exchange the dress for a larger size, and customer service was not nice on the phone. Won't be using this site any more.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Prom Girl, I am a little disappointed. The fit isn't spot on, like the first, it's a little snug. Several of the beads and spangles have fallen off already. I will keep because my daughter loves the dress, and the color is stunning. We chose the blue. Delivery was a little longer than the first dress, but arrived in plenty of time for prom and was packaged beautifully.
Not as soft as I was hoping for, but still really good quality and it looks just like the picture. I'm 5'6" and the medium is a little bit long for me, so I have to get the top shortened, but it's a great buy for the price and the back is very flattering.
The dress we received came in a damaged box covered in dust. When we took the dress out there were loose beads in the box, as well as falling off as my daughter tried it on. When I talked with customers service they were fast to refund without letting me explain. My daughter loved the dress despite my dislike. We wanted to exchange for another but they wouldn't because the refund was already entered. As long as they refund me my money minus their fee all will be okay and I will order a new dress. But if I get met with issues I will be filing a bigger complaint. Customer Service needs to be more accommodating to the customers complaint. And not fast to put in for a refund. Thank you Tammie

This is the second time I've used Promgirl for a school dance. I don't think I could have been happier. The dress looked exactly like the picture and fit me really well, no alterations!
