I ordered this dress for my granddaughter to wear to the prom. The shipping was very fast and the fit was good. No alterations were needed. She really likes the dress. For my part I think the price is high for a dress you will only wear once.
I got a black two piece dress for $99 in a size 3/4 because my normal dress fit is about a 3 in juniors. It fit amazingly well. The top is gorgeous and the bottom part is as fluffy as the photos, I'm quite impressed with the quality.
I will never order a dress from them again. The dress was poorly made; sequin, beads were falling off as soon as I opened the dress. This was 4 days before my event. $200 dress, was offered $20 to fix damages, and then offered $25. They wanted me to go through a whole process to get a quote from someone a day and a half before my event. I called a place and they charge $45 an hour. No way $25 comes even close to being reasonable. With proms around the corner there is no way I can get the dress fixed before my event. Support staff was probably better to talk to than the supervisor. No help what so ever.

We ordered the wrong size, but your customer service was awesome at getting us a return label. We were worried about getting the replacement in time and it actually arrived a day earlier than said. My daughter got many compliments on the dress. Thank you for making prom dress shopping so simple.

Dresses from the same order were shipped separately and received weeks apart. They would not allow a return b/c they said it was beyond the 7 days. It is very difficult to return a dress when it is received after the 7 day return limit! This company is awful!
Unfortunately dresses will ship separately if they have provided different ship dates. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, the 7 days to request a return authorization number would begin from when each dress arrives to the customer. We apologize for any confusion!
I ordered a dress and had to return it because it was a little to formal for the occasion. I sent it back with no problems at all and was given credit to order another one. I received my new dress and it's beautiful. However the eye hooks on the straps have to be sewn better in order to hold the top up. But over all it great. I would order again.

The dress is beautiful, and the quality is pretty great. I'm usually a size 14 and I entered in my measurements and it advised me to get a size 20. I decided that was a little ridiculous, and I got an 18. It was still huge, but there isn't enough time to send it back, so I'll just have to get it altered. Again, nothing wrong with the dress, just the sizing guide!

Dress did not fit even after following and taking measurements. The dress zip until the chest area and then there was approx 2.5 to 3 inches where the dress became very fitted and wouldn't fit. Dress did arrived the day before the dance which was awesome but when it didn't fit sheer panic set it. The fact that I can only return it for "store credit" stinks, I don't think I will purchase from here again since the return policy is so limiting.
Shipping was efficient. The dress fits perfectly! Prom is less than 2 weeks away. I can't wait to show it off!

I used the size chart on the site, she is 5'5 and 116lbs and the 5/6 was the perfect fit for her, we didn't have a problem with the length as her shoes was just the right height for the dress.

The zipper sticks on this dress and it cuts into my daughter's skin in some places. Yet, if we purchased the bigger size, it would be too big. The neckline is way to small which is an unusual place for something not to fit.
