Hello. My daughter receieved the dress she was so happy on how it looked. Unfortunately after a 3 1/2 hour prom the beeding was falling off. She felt a little embarrassed becuase her friend told her "hey your beeds are falling from your dress" for what I paid for the dress, I would have thought it would have been a little better quality. Feeling a bit disappointed...
I would like to purchase a dress for my daughter-inlaw but I'm afraid I'll end up with a really cheap dress and to have the hastle of returning it.

Cute stock but disgraceful return/credit policy. Seven days for refund is unrealistic... no return for merchandise credit after that is horrible. Will never purchase from them again. Can not recommend this supplier to anyone.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered my dress but I was sooooooooo satisfied when I received it. The quality, the price, the service... absolutely AMAZING! I'll definitely be re-ordering and also telling the girls for prom since I'm a high school teacher/prom coordinator.
After exchanging the dress to try a different size, still the dress didn't fit properly, had to invest extra $50 for a seamstress to fix it to be able to wear to the party. The company should at least offer free shipping on returns as well since their sizes are really off. Better off buying from a retailer like Macy's or JC Penney, at least returns and exchanges are guaranteed 100% refund.
In regards to size, you will need to compare your measurements to the size chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider your body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you. 7 days is a joke, I ordered 2 of the same dress because of size and they wouldn't take one back, even for store credit.

We were very pleased with all the options in prom dresses. The website was hmeady to navigate and to filter for choices. We ordered a dress latest night and received within 36 hours. We had no trouble with dress. It was true to size and color!

I ordered a dress from here, although the waist mesurments were off I went with my gut feeling and got the size I mesured in the bust and hips and the dress is perfect! Fits amazing! And it's just like the photo! I'm only 5 foot so obviously some alterations were needed but overall everything was amazing!

Prom girl has terrible customer service. Wanted to return a dress and before even asking any questions about the reason or situation, the person on the phone said no return was possible because i was a outside of the return window... never mind that I had tried to get a return authorization code on the internet and received message I had to call customer service because I was from outside of U.s. and customer service only available Monday to Friday so when I was able to call the number on a weekday the representative said I was " outside" of the return window. This dress cost nearly $500 with shipping and would have been fine if it had fit but it didn't. There was no other option offered not even store credit... because I would have considered another dress. To me this was unreasonable... the dress is still in pristine new condition, wrapped with the tags on it... guess I will try to sell privately to recoup a little of the loss. Will Never shop at prom girl again.

There are certainly a lot of dresses, but colors and styles all tend to look the same.
The prom dresses don't seem quite as unique, fun, or even trendy... almost boring and dowdy. We've had great Homecoming dresses from here before, hoping Senior Prom dresses aren't a big bust!
Shipping was very quick even though I'm from Canada. The box was not damaged and my dress fit perfectly!
Fit perfectly except for a few very small alterations which we knew we would have to do. Nicely made, worth every penny spent! Elegant and beautiful, just like the picture!
