I returned the dress was big up top and to tight at waist didn't make sense cuz the measurements we marched. The dress itself is poorly made and some beading fell off upon putting dress on. Very disappointed. I would like to know when my money will be returned
Some of the jewels were off and need to be sewn back on. Not something I wanted to pay extra for. Should have been sewn on much better.

I had never ordered anything online, it being my prom and wanting the best dress, I decided to buy this beautiful red dress on prom girl, I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of not knowing how it would fit, sizing myself was extremely easy. Anyway i proceeded and bought the dress, It was delivered to my door yesterday, I just want to say that I've never been in love with a dress before in my life! I was so relieved to open the box and see the same exact dress I had ordered. The sizing was Perfect and I have never been so happy with a purchase! This will definitely not be the last time I order a dress from prom girl.
I am 5'4 and 130lbs and bought a medium. I measure 34x26x36 and it was recommended by the website I get a large, luckily I didn't. I was very happy with this dress, but it was quite big around my waist and chest. It fits quite well around my hips, but there is some extra fabric there that is pretty noticeable. All of the complications I dealt with when I got the dress were very minor, and were easy to have altered by a seamstress. I am still very happy with my purchase, but definitely would've gone with a small.
The website said my dress would arrive anywhere from 5-7 business days, and I received it less than 2 days later! The packaging was perfect--no wrinkles. I loved the way the dress looked on me and I am extremely pleased with my PromGirl experience! Would definitely recommend!

The quality of the dress was great. The fit was even better. I knew it would be too long but the top and the waist fit perfectly. My daughter's measurements were between a size 6 and 8. We chatted with the online rep and she steered us toward the 6. The price was affordable for a one-time wear dress for a junior prom. Minimum alterations made it a better deal! Can't find any problems. Delivery was right on schedule too. Prom is Saturday night.
My daughter is 5'11" and it's hard to find a dress that is long enough for her to wear heels with. Many of the dresses on PromGirl lists the model's height and the size heels she is wearing in the picture. That was a tremendous help! We will probably never buy from anyone else! The dress fits perfectly as described!
I ordered a dress and it came a few days later. The color was much darker, and even a different shade, than how it was pictured online. The fit was very awkward and the material was kind of cheap. I went to return it and there is a bunch of hidden fees and I ended up losing almost $24 just to return a dress I didn't like. Wouldn't recommend using this site.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the color had a slight variance. I thought the top was cream underneath but turned out to be gold. Everything else fit beautifully. Quick shipping.
The ordering process was very simple to navigate through. Even though I was discouraged that the website stated my dress would not come for another 2 weeks, I received my dress in 2 days! I was not expecting this because I had not gotten an email with my packages tracking number. Along with that my dress came with a plastic cover and a hanger. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with my choosing Prom Girl.
