Beautiful gown which was even better in person. The pictures didn't do it justice. Perfect choice for Homecoming Court. The embroidery with beading sparkled and made this gown a standout. Measurements were accurate. Ordered a size 6 and fit like a glove.
I am just so amazed at both your customer order, receipt and return service! I ordered a mother of the bride dress online from prom girl on a weekend and it arrived within 2 business days. I found a dress in a bridal boutique for three times the price that I found the exact same dress online. I will admit I was a bit skeptical about ordering a dress on line as I wasn't sure if it would be the same quality or service. However after some research decided to order. Firstly I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. However I was disappointed in that the jacket was a different size from the dress. I decided to use the chat function and contact prom girl. Cynthia assisted me during this chat and by the time I got off the chat a replacement dress had been sent. I received it in two days. THank you prom girl for the excellent and speedy customer service.
This dress is perfect for so many occasions and fits just like it should.We ordered a size XS and it fits exactly how it should. Perfect length and is very tasteful to be worn to many different kinds of events.

The dress was just like in the picture, and the size was exactly what the chart says. The only problem was some of the gems were falling off really easy.
My daughter decided to attend homecoming the week before the dance. She found a pretty dress on Promgirls site. We paid extra for expedited shipping & crossed our fingers that it would arrive on time & be a quality dress. We were not disappointed! The dress fit like a glove & was gorgeous on my daughter! She was very happy with her choice!
This was my first time buying a dress online and it turned out great. Im a 4 normally, but i ordered a large because i didnt know how it would turn out because you can take away you just cant add material. The dress isnt flimsy or cheap looking at all and for the price i couldnt beat it. I do however have to get it altered because I ordered a size up, but if you are scared to order it, dont be!
Purchased the dress from the sale dresses which was still a bit pricey but the dress is gorgeous so I'd say we are satisfied. It was slightly big from the measurement chart but not sure if its because of the cut of the dress. If I would have time I would have returned for a smaller size. FAST and FREE shipping on my order! I usually wear a size medium and from any other clothing website I've ordered from medium fits me just fine. I decided to order a large this time, just to be absolutely sure the dress would fit. The dress turned out to be TOO SMALL. And the material was way too thin and cheap feeling.
I ordered one dress for my daughter in a size 8 (she is usually a 6) and the 8 didn't fit. We returned that dress, paid shipping and a restocking fee. She ordered another dress in a size 10 and it was too big. We returned that dress and paid shipping and restocking fees. In the future I wont buy from here as I lost a lot of money from my returns, I will order from somewhere with free returns and no restocking fees...

I ordered a dress from prom girl and what i received was not what i ordered. The material looked awful and to add the pain to the wound, they charged me to return the product, a whole $8! I mean come on. If you want to keep your customers you need to scrape that return policy. I dont think Ill like to shop here again.

Bought a $300 homecoming dress for my daughter. I've never spent that much money on a prom dress, let alone a homecoming dress! However, the picture on the website was very cute, so I made an exception. It is still a very cute dress, but for $300, we expected much more. The material is cotton and has a waffle-like pattern to it, making it seem casual. That doesn't show in the picture at all. We expected a fabric that would present in a more formal way. Also, for $300, I feel like the company should have faster shipping without having to pay extra. I paid for standard shipping and it took 9 days to arrive. Over all, I feel like I paid about $150-200 more than what this dress is actually worth.

When i got the dress it was beautiful but i had to get the straps taken up bc it hung to low for being so low cut. The dress in shipping also pleated really weird and i tried to have it cleaned and re pleated but no one could fix it. Overall the dress has just been a hassle.
