If I could give this zero stars I would. This dress was the ugliest piece of fabric I have ever laid eyes on. Not AT ALL what was pictured in the photo. The quality was horrible, very clearly made somewhere in China. The breast pads were visible and sewn in crooked, there was very very visible yellow-white mesh on the entire dress holding the lace together, I can't lift my arms, the slit was too low and bunched from poor sewing, and worst of all, the customer service told me the dress "looked just fine" and refused to give me my money back. Not a single girl would ever wear that in public. WORST SITE IVE EVER SHOPPED ON

I ordered a size 4 and they sent me a 6. I told them and asked them if it would be possible to exchange. One person asked me for pictures, another for my size, another ( very rude) said that I got what I ordered and to go to a tailor, another even ruder said the same. I emailed with 5 different people that they mislead me asking for proof of what I needed and then they said no. They are Scammers and don't care because they think you will only use them once and then it will be it. The quality of the fabric is horrible. Be aware.

DO NOT ORDER! Terrible service and quality. I received a damaged dress with holes in it and incorrect measurements. I sent pictures and tried to work with them on how to receive a refund. The most they wanted to refund was 5% and I get to keep the dress which doesnt do anything. I cannot wear the dress so why would I want to keep it? A different person emailed me back each time with a generic, duplicated email response. I also received a reply email telling me I should ignore the problem. See the email below:

Can you believe it?! There were holes in the dress! I submitted custom measurements and they were not followed. There was never any ownership of their mistake or the poor quality of the dress. They do not honor their guarantee as stated on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!

I had nothing but problems with my dress. It was suppose to be jersey material and was not. I paid extra to have exact measurements. They made it 2 inches to small in the hips. I sent pictures of the dress on me with the measuring tape and also off me with the tape and a copy of the measurements displayed on my order. Like they asked but kept saying that it was right. What a f n disaster. They would not let me return for a refund. I had to get my bank involved and received a refund on my credit card 4 months later. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these jerks. Pay more and buy USA. These people are scam artist. Stay Away!

I don't even want to give this company a 1 for rating. It's more like a -10! Gown arrived 3 weeks late. Paid $30 for expedited delivery. Such a waste of money! Poor customer service. No phone number to reach them. Only through email and when they reply back, their responses were ignorant. They are telling me I can't get my money back. Prom was 3 weeks ago. When dress finally arrived, I was told I can't send it back without their prior approval. Had to fill out a contact report form for approval to return it but got the run around and won't provide me approval. Worst experience ever! I'm sending it back regardless. I opened it once I finally got it to look at it. It is NOT the same dress as in the picture. It's poorly made to resemble the gown in the ad. Not the same shafe of color either. Way too long and oversized. Why was I not surprised. Then they tell you it's custom fitted so no refunds. That's such a crock! It was a size 10 that looked like a size 14! It's custom fitted to appear like the dress in the ad but it is nothing but junk. I have never been so furious and thoroughly disgusted with a company as I have been with promsbelle. My advice: DON'T DEAL with this company unless you want to throw your money and patience away!

My teenage daughter was completely taken advantage of by this site. We ordered the dress EXACTLY based on measurements we took and their size chart. It was NO WHERE NEAR a fit when it arrived and a seamstress was going to charge $150.00 to alter it, but it would result in a completely different style. We followed their protocol for return via taking photos and measurements again and were ultimately told they would not accept the return. My biggest regret is not checking reviews prior to ordering.

The dress I ordered didn't fit at all. I had it custom made just to be sure it was just right. I measured everything on my body twice and I had my mom measure me a third time just to make sure. I followed all the measurement directions and looked up anything I was confused about, like hallow to floor. When the dress arrived it was completely wrinkled everywhere. Absolutely nothing fit. The back of the dress had snap on buttons. I couldn't even bend over slightly, I thought I had broken it when the strap snapped off. They couldn't have at least used hooks?!? The only good thing I can say is it was delivered on time. I had just enough time to have it tailored, for half the price of the actual dress, before prom. I'm never buying a dress online again. It was very disappointing. I thought it was great to get a 200 dollar dress instead of a 500 dollar dress at an actual formal dress store, but I guess I got what I paid for... a cheap, poorly made, uncomfortable dress.

This was a total scam and a sham! Ordered a dress according to my daughter's measurements. The dress came in and does not fit. After many emails requesting pictures, etc., the final response was:
Thanks for your mail but for standard size, there is no refund neither exchange
Because, you did not compare your measurements with our size chart before you placed the order
You can not take it for granted that your measurements will 100% match our size chart, in other words, you did not subject to our size chart so you should pay for the problem

Unbelievable! Stay far away from this company!

It was a mistake to order a dress from this company. The dress did not fit properly. It was way too long, even when wearing my highest heels, and worse, the rhinestone/crystal detailing on the back was PURPLE, not clear, as depicted in all the photos of the dress. Not minor problems as this company seems to think! Long story short, they will NOT be returning my money, I will NOT be ordering anything from this company ever again, and I WILL be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this company due to its poor products and terrible customer service!

Very disappointed in this online site, First was told I would get a email as to when dress was shipped I did not. Then when we recieved the dress the dress looked nothing like the picture we had ordered, as well as the whole left side of dress had not been finished thats rights the beads and sequence not on one whole side are u kidding me so had to pay another seemstress to finish what this company should of did from the start... flat out a joke company and would never recommend nor buy from this site/company again
