Disaster! I ordered two prom dresses. One, a two-piece outfit came with a mis-matched top and bottom; the second doesn't look anything like the picture. After a number of emails to their "customer service" people, the last one telling me to take the dresses to a tailor to remake them, I called my bank and asked them to reverse the charges.

The dress we received was terrible! Too big! The beads on bodice falling off. I should have done better homework on this company! It is out of Hong Kong. Do Not Buy FromThem!

I see the owner of this business is located in San Francisco and had other problems in their product line. It seems they like to scam people hi i need to know why i never got my item . i paid 157 dollars for a dress but you never sent the dress Is anyone out there interested in finding a way to out these guys and screw them as they have screwed us?? I tried writing a bad review, however it is "under review" much like my dress is 'under tailoring". Any ideas from anyone what we can do?? I am sick of this kind of crap going on! These are our daughter's dresses they are messing with! I am going to go on Facebook and send a note out to the public and ask everyone to share to never buy from PROMBELLE.COM. Anyone else interested in doing so? Was anyone able to get their money back if they paid with a debit card?? I was looking on the website and found a dress I liked. I tried to buy it and the website had an error right as I pressed "pay order". I tried again and it kept doing the same thing. I was charged for a different dress and twice for the dress I wanted. the third charge was cancelled from the credit card company, thankfully. Is there any way to cancel for one of the dresses? I only wanted the one. hey i ordered a dress yesterday and got expedited shipping so when should i expect it ? Would like to order from PromBelle but haven't been able to get a lot of info about them as a business - I mean I don't want to get stuck for the cost of a dress or not have a dress for my daughter when it's time. Any help would be great!
