Usually fly super late or early and their hotel deals great! Their name your own price on flights isn't what it used to be deal wise.
I have bought plane tickets from them several times never had a problem. In fact on two trips I was upgraded to first class. Very enjoyable service.

Today for the first time booking with this company. They took my money. I saw a around trip and booked it right then. The company processed the first trip and then not the second. When I tried to reach some one to help me their automated service would sent me to the online chat and the online chat people sent me to automated. After about 3 different chat people one person just called me. They then began to tell me even though I see the flight on their website for the last 4 hours after I book the it was not available and money money would be refunded in 3 to 7 business day and for now I could just try to book again. When I expected to him I didn't how money to rebook until they released the money they have on hold I would told that they were sorry and they couldn't do and thing about it. This money was to get me to my son's graduation on Monday May 22 and now that can not happen. Now I don't know how I'm going to get the money to see him. The agent simple told me to get in touch with the airline when I have no conf. Number and see what they can do for me. Can someone tell me is this how price work all the time?
Beware when using Priceline, they use Booking.com who is riddled with problems. You will get a foreign country if you call for help.
Booking for hotel reservation from priceline is very easy and reliable too. I had an amazing experience over here. I will come again.
Even you call to cancel a flight, they don't do it and they just steal your money. I regret doing service with them.

Absolutely the worst experience booking a vacation/ honeymoon ever! Just to get this out of the way I am on my 33rd international vacation. It starts out with delta canceling our flight. I then contact priceline to book a new flight they tell me "I can't because Delta has a very strict cancelation policy"... um they canceled my flight. After 2 hours of being on the phone they finally agree to refund my $915. 00. 5 weeks later here I am writing this review with no refund. I've called and emailed the company CEO down to customer service. Honestly have better things to do other waste close to 6 hours of my time chasing my refund. Then it gets even better... ready for this... priceline bait and switch BS. I book an all inclusive resort. Priceline webpage and the emailed itinerary state all inclusive resort. When get here they tell us no you only paid for the breakfast only plan! Horrible experience never again. Also please be aware that they also own and Booking.com, Priceline.com, Agoda.com, Kayak.com, Cheapflights, Rentalcars.com, Momondo, and OpenTable all under Booking Holdings. Book direct pay a little more safe yourself the headache!

Worked for several weeks with price line and then suddenly I received the greatest price we have ever negotiated in 20 years.
I called Priceline about a nasty curtain and since hotel would give me anything Priceline said they can't do anything about it no refund to everyone stop booking with Priceline because if a problem accords they is not helping us I'll rather pay an extra fee an deal with the hotel these is foreign barely speak English no customer service skills or feelings my room curtain was dirty missing items, was stuff after my second night didn't see the curtain until that Sunday which I check in on Friday night at 11pm got up at 10 was gone all day until 10pm on Sunday was looking for my daughter sleepers an tablet just to find out how bad Quality ibm curtain in fort pierce fla was filthy with mold spots on them an they wouldn't help me because I had book thru a 3rd party. Price line is a ripoff n a big joke ants on the floors dirty curtain had me congested on Saturday didn't figure out why until Sunday because the curtain was over the ac unit just blowing around
The website is ok for me, but the senoir LYNN is very RUDE to customers... i am not sure why she is able to get in this position... ERIKA AND MARIO are much better service than her! Please, the website manager, if you want your customers come back to you, please remove LYNN OFF her position and dont ever let her talk to customers... she doesnt have maners of a senoir. She was screaming yelling, and argueing with us while ERIKA AND MARIO tried their best with very PROFESSIONAL maners... please, take LYNN off her position
This website is an absolute headache and waste of time and money. Twice now I have had what seemed to me to be a very simple paperwork error has turned into having to wait a while business day for a refund due to their neglegence in stating the hotel didn't serve local patrons even after I entered my local address. Unfortunately with the covid I don't have the financial means to get a hotel room every night nor did I prepare to have this insident occur resulting in having to stay in my car in a not safe town full of homeless tweakers that approached my car more than once as well as the police shining there lights at me asking why I was sleeping at 3am in my car. Obviously people in this town are either drugged up and nodded out to where they are forced to make sure people are still alive or simply their way to make quota... that's neither here nor there. This website neglected to even offer any kind of compensation for their mistake. I would not recommend this website to my worst enemy the people they have at customer service barley speak English and are very unpleasant and blatantly as unhelpful as they could be. I'm a 23 year old women now forced to sleeping outside in the cold due to choosing a third party helper thinking I'd get a good discount... lesson learned.

Last night I checked in and it was great! Then I heard loud $#*! bikes with music blasting around 9pm all parked in from of the entrance right below my room. Then they left. 12am come and here they come again with all the bikes and music. The hotel does nothing! After they all park I was so lucky to have a few of them stay in the room next to me. "Sarcasm" $#*!ing loud for a few hours. I finally fall asleep around 2am. I was then woken up at 7am by them again blasting music on their bikes. Once again no one at the hotel does anything. Where the $#*! is the manager! I'm pissed. The photo I posted was this morning. After two days of Priceline trying to reach out to this hotel they finally got a hold of them and the hotel denied my 70$ refund. I am not talking to a manager at Priceline in hope they can help. This hotel manager and status by far the worst. All I wanted was a good night sleep!
Answer: The agreed to price is inclusive. I would look at dollar's website before renting from Priceline. There is no layer of protection from prcln.

Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
