I order from PLT all the time. I would use express shipping if I needed the items sooner or Royal Mail if I don't need it too soon. But I order from PLT on Feb 12. It is now March 3 & my package has yet to arrived. It's very disappointing because I don't know why it's takes 3 weeks plus to get my package. I understand things happen during shipping but 3 weeks is a very long time to wait for a package. I spoke to customer service through whatsapp & Facebook messenger about the delay. Lucky, they refunded the shipping cost. I am a loyal customer but I'm don't know if I would order from them because this last order too way to long to get to me. And stop blaming on COVID.
I received a pair of dirty, worn shoes! Scraped up bottom... stained fabric. And dirty foot imprint in the shoe. I couldn't believe it!
I ordered a dress it looked completely different on the site, the dress smelled like Barbie doll clothes, fabric was cheap and thread was getting caught on my nails, dress was so tight and small I couldn't even get it over my head, I almost had an anxiety attack trying to take it off! The color and everything was off I was highly dissatisfied

Ik heb op 7-02 een pakket besteld voor 400 euro en heb gisteravond 21-02 heb ik een bericht ontvangen dat het retour is ontvangen bij PLT.
Ik heb het pakket NOOIT ontvangen en dus ook niet zelf retour gestuurd.
2 weken zitten wachten op mn bestellin en in m'n account staat dat het nog geleverd wordt op 23-02.
Nu moet ik het zelf nog maar een keer bestellen en bezorgkosten betalen, weer 2 weken wachten (terwijl ze ook een spoedservice hebben voor verzenden) en de kortingen die erop zaten kan ik ook vergeten!

Ik heb gezien dat jullie een 1 day Delivery hebben dus wellicht kun je zorgen dat het alsnog op tijd geleverd wordt gezien ik al bijna 2 weken op mijn pakket wacht. Ik heb het nodig voor mijn verjaardag dit weekend, dus het lijkt me wel zo netjes als jullie dit nogmaals opsturen en de bezorgkosten van een spoedlevering vergoeden. Dat is toch het minste wat jullie kunnen doen?
Er zaten ook kortingen op etcetera dus hoe wordt dit dan geregeld? En wat als het niet meer op voorraad is?
Ik verwacht wel iets van een coulance vanuit jullie gezien dit niet mijn fout is. Een sorry vind ik helaas niet genoeg...

Mijn excuses hiervoor, maar dit is verloren gegaan op weg naar de koerier en is automatisch voor u terugbetaald, dus dit wordt niet naar u verzonden om te ontvangen. Kunt u alstublieft uw volledige afleveradres voor mij bevestigen en ik kan de bezorgkosten terugbetaald krijgen. Als u de bestelling wilt, moet u op eigen kosten opnieuw bestellen en de diso$#*!s gebruiken die we ter plaatse hebben.

I went to the store on Collins Miami Beach and the guy didn't even let me come inside "just for influencers" he said. Very bad customer service and very disappointed on the "store policy". I will never spend a penny on this store again not even online.
Read the other horrible reviews and I'm sure you will get the point of how dog $#*! this store really is and save your hard earned money for something you can actually use or wear.
The clothes are not as advertised, I bought leggings which were lose and had no stretch also see through. I also purchased a medium shirt which was way too small it didn't even fit my friend who wears a XS. I wouldn't buy from here.
I'm not really one to write negative reviews however I think this store is so over hyped and an honest review is warranted. I Purchased 4 items in size 6 from the site- one formal dress, one cocktail dress, and two going out shirts. The fit was inconsistent across the board with some items fitting more snugly while others were baggy. That being said- the fit wasn't my main issue with the products. My issue is how cheap everything not only felt but looked. I would normally say "you get what you pay for" but the pricing on the site is what you would expect to pay in the mall so that doesn't really apply. Don't be fooled by the images on the site, the product is simply NEVER going to be worth it. I have learned my lesson: Never trust a store that makes you pay for returns, it shows they don't even believe in their own product.
I ordered from Pretty Little Thing once, and it wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. I didn't have any problems with my specific order, but I do feel like it's cheap quality for the prices they have. Don't buy anything unless it's on sale, as most things usually are. They also seem to price higher just to seem like they have better sales. The item I got fit well, but just seemed a bit overpriced. I can't say I would be confident with the customer service if I did have any issue though.
TERRIBLE customer service and not easy to get your money back for returns. Have to pay $4 just to get the return label and then make sure you get proof of the return. I purchased a few items but 1 of them did not work out for my daughter, the original cost of this item was $49.36 and I will only get back (if I get it back, still waiting) $39 plus I had to pay to ship it back. I sent the package back on 12/30/20, did some auto message on 2/1 which did nothing, finally got someone via messenger they sent me an email to send in proof of my return. I did that on 2/1 and here we are on 2/8 and I am still waiting. Reached out on messenger again but because I used the computer bot they don't want to help me on messenger because they "can see that you're being dealt with and advised on another platform, we ask to stick to one platform to avoid confusion." Really a computer bot over a person, just terrible! Will NEVER purchase from this company again.
I order a puffer coat and two pair of sweatpants from them on December 29,2020 & I also got express shipping which would allow my package to be here January 4th, 2021. It is February 7th, 2021 and I have yet to receive my package! I contacted the customer service through email and they told me to wait until January 24,2021 & they refunded me the money for express shipping. That date comes and goes, so I wrote them AGAIN in which they suggested I wait until February 8th. When I track the package it says it's being held in the UK and it's been saying that since January 19th, 2021. They have yet to refund me my money, the customer service is beyond horrible.
I will not shop on PLT's site EVER again! They do not restock like many of the other retailers I shop with. You don't even have the option to put your email in so that if they have a return in your size or they do get more shipment, you won't be notified personally! Also, the AVERAGE woman is a size 8.5-10 in shoe. ALMOST EVERY SHOE ON THEIR SITE IS OUT OF SIZE 9 and 10 to START! I have been checking on some boots for months and they have not had my size. I swore off forever 21 because of the same issue with their clothing and I DO NOT shop there. I will NOT buy another NOTHING from PLT AGAIN!
Ordered two items from PLT and only received one. They did not put my apartment letter on the package. FedEx put in the wrong parcel and someone else received a free dress. The next other item took 30 minutes to track and was found before someone else could get it as well. Customer service is terrible! I am out of money and dress!
It took a month to get my dress then when it came it wasn't even the right dress totally different then when I sent it back an requested a refund they only offered me a partial payment so the answer is hell no I won't order from them again!

I got two orders from plt because I was so exited and the clothing is always being promoted and although they had no reviews I trusted them because youtubers always promote them saying the clothing are nice so I went in with confidence thinking they were good like other brands only to be disappointed I order some white trousers and I kid you not this trousers where so ugly and made out of foam I also order a bandeau too which was also made out of foam and a got a dress that was ripped it came ripped from the strap needless to say I was so disappointed couldn't get my money back because the mail place is not available in my area but even if I wanted to return I would have to pay 4 dollar extra per Evey item that I wanted to return that's not including that I lost my 7 dollar shipping so my advice is do not order from them it's not worth it and you cannot give 0 starts but if I could I forsure would Give -0 worst experience ever they are too expensive for what you get honestly You are better off buying from shein atleast they don't lie to you #save your money do not buy from them
The customer service you guys give is absolutely trash. I ordered a package and it has yet to be processed and unfortunately added my old address by mistake. Any other online store this happens with you will get the help and they change the address no problem. HOWEVER, pretty little thing, says they cannot change it or cancel my order. Which is bizarre seeing as it hasn't even been confirmed or processed. They told me that I can't do anything about it and I'll have to wait and "maybe" they can help me with the courier. It's pathetic. You guys don't help at all. I don't get how you guys are still in business seeing as this seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Learn customer service or don't have a company. That simple.
Pretty little thing's clothing is terrible quality for the price your paying. Jackets as expensive as €85 euro come with holes in them, shirts which cost €20 are completely sheer, shipping is always off. Only good thing is shipping is fast.
Paralyzed they are not delivering the full order and not refunding.

Don't buy from here. I recently ordered two items. One was the complete wrong size and the other smelled so badly of chemicals it gave me a headache just to open the bag it came in. Both were terrible quality and the prices are not even that affordable.
