Worst return system, very poor quality of service. Obviously they are very good I taking your money. But when it comes to help they tell you so sorry we cannot help you. This is customer fraud by all its meaning.

I ordered an item from PLT on March 16th, says it was delivered at doorstep on March 27th by fedex, I haven't seen anything, this website has no number to speak to someone just an automated online chat service who says the same thing over and over, then they tell you to contact them through email which no one has responded to my email! Or Facebook, Twitter, or a bogus app called whassup, everyone doesn't do social media, this is crap, will never order from them again!

I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AT HOW HORRRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS.
I placed an order YESTERDAY on PLT I added my birthday code that they sent me in an email, It did not work. I emailed customer service to see if they would cancel my order, so I could resubmit it with the discount. They told me I could not cancel it and I would have to wait to get the package, ship it back ON MY DIME and ask for a refund. I AM APPALED. I literally placed the order LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO!

SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS COMPANY.

I want so badly to try and find a way to take them down. This is unacceptable, I am boiling right now. Pretty little thing is a scam site and I will do everything in my power to post bad reviews in every place I can find so no one else will be scammed by this SHAMEFUL company.

I reached out to a customer service rep who was of no help. I had a package scheduled to be delivered March 31st 2021 and the package has had not further updates from the distribution center since March 23rd 2021. Terrible customer service definitely wont be purchasing from this company ever again as they pretty much just tell you to wait it out after they have taken your money.

Bad quality, also even bigger issue you can NOT get to a real live person to talk to. Terrible, terrible cust service. I was never able to get my refund, now I'm donating brand new dress because of that. What a waist of money and time :(( (((

VERY VERY BAD

I ordered a pink satin dress and then decided to also get the same dress in another size on a separate order. The fabric is cheap and cut very poorly. Looks nothing like the pictures. They force you to buy a return label in order to return something. There is no other way to create a return in their "Portal". I can easily fit both dresses in one envelope but they will not accept a return unless I pay for another label. I asked the question on FB Messenger but was repeated the instructions you see on the website. NO customer service whatsoever. I should have noticed they had no reviews on their site. I now know why.
Every one would be negative. AVOID this company.

Looks NOTHING like the photos. Sizing is wrong. Return is almost impossible and they horrible customer service as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Fashion Nova is WAY better.

I order clothing from this site and clothing from another country both express on the same day and the clothing from overseas has arrived days ago while I'm still waiting on the items from PLT. Don't charge $20 for express and then not get on to it. Such a rip off and I'm not bothered getting a refund I'm sure they are incapable of it

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The quality of the items as others have mentioned is not good. Items feel cheap and feel like they are going to fall apart any moment. Also, the blazer I ordered from them did not look anything like the one pictured on their website. On top of everything, their customer service is unprofessional and slow and told me to wait 28 days for a refund. It has been more than 28 days and I still have not received a refund. I recommend taking your money somewhere else!

Got two pairs of jeans to try out, really big calf part and really long, I'm 5'2 and they were past my heal and even with shoes on they still touched the floor. Got really stiff and tight on the thigh, I am way more thigh heavy then anything so maybe that's why?

They never got me my items yet to me. First time said they were delivered they were to I was watching all day everyday. Still waiting on my 2 items I order and payed for. Thry said no refunds... so wrong if I don't get my items I paid for I need to be refunded. They said they resent out my. Packages still did not get. They keep giving me the wrong tracking n order numbers. Just trying to keep the money and not delivered.not happy with them at all pretty little thing. Do not order from them. I still have not gotten my boots n pants. Very unhappy with them..

I am disapointed with return policy and quality of your items. If you want to return 5 items you need to pay 5 times for each item. It is just a nonsense.

Worse company, I will never order from them again, I contacted several times for my refund, they asked me for proof of tracking number, I sent them everything they needed, still no refund, it's been over 2 months, they can keep my refund! Consider $#*!ty service before ordering

Wrong sizes

I got 2 pairs of jeans and I got 2 more of the same kind to make sure I got the right size. 2 pairs of jeans was waaayy bigger then the size I ordered and then I got a crop top shirt and I ordered a XL and it came as a small tarrible tarrible I hate PLT the only thing they got right was a T-Shirt

I have ordered from PLT on several occasions and each time the experience is THE WORST. The clothes are made or the cheapest quality, the stitching is horrendous, it's just a disaster. I have ordered a bikini that was totally see through, not lined. I order a few shirts, all of cheap quality. I ordered a pair of jeans which I will admit were quite cool and earrings that were good quality. Overall experience was awful. When I tried to return these low quality items the return system is a disaster so I actually ended up keeping everything because it wasn't worth the effort and hassles they were giving me. They fool people by using well known influences as ambassadors to make the brand seem me luxury than what it is. They use all that money into marketing instead of delivering well put together clothes. I will never order from them again.

My order cost me $250+. Including my shipping payment $15+ for the package to arrive quicker but $#*! the package arrived over 9+ days later, which was way over the line. I complained to them about the package since I PAYED for that $#*!, which they completely ignored and didn't kept their word. Their customer service sucks, quality is cheap as we can all expect but what is unacceptable is my dress was used by a $#*! and it had period looking $#*! on the tag inside the dress and the dress itself had dog hairs all over the dress, it was DISGUSTING. Their stuff smell like allergy, I sneezed more than I have over a year while trying on the order. One of my accessories missing. The package didn't had a box and it was ripped and obviously that's why my accessory was missing. Do not buy from that $#*!ty company. I hope this company go bankrupt. This company beats you down mentally while waiting for package cause their customer service sucks and even after receiving the package I ain't satisfied, they are full of $#*!. Ripped package, used clothes, worst customer service, horrible packaging, missing products, they have a smell which causes a lot of sneezing. They are unacceptable and $#*! that boondoggle. I don't trust to return cause, I don't believe they gon give me my money back since they cheap enough to not return me my $15 I spent on shipping.

Sizing is always off

I've ordered from them in the past but I will stop. I'm tired of the sizing always being off and it's not cheap/convenient to return/exchange things so I'm done with them. And yes, quality is an issue also!

I must say if you're looking for cheap quality and poor customer service then this is your ideal place to shop. I would avoid shopping here. I ordered a dress, wore it once to dinner as I was sitting and eating dinner the sleeve tore and even the back! I was shocked!
When I had notified customer service it was a automatic/robot who just repeats itself and doesn't refund you or send you a new dress.

Cheapest quality every thing is made in China. Terrible customer service. If you're looking to waste money and time then order from here. Not to mention their website is completely racist. Not a single white lady as a model for their clothing. Talk about division and ignorance. I suggest if you want people to keep ordering maybe be polite to ALL consumers and up your quality

I am surprised they are even rated a 2.

I ordered two corset tops which were cheaply made, so I returned them and they told me I would have my refund by the 12th of February, and I have still NOT received it (04/03/21) and they have made it a very difficult process to actually get the money back and at this stage I'm assuming I will not receive it at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Cheap clothes and you dont get your money back!
