They don't cancel orders, respond to emails nor do they call you back. Customer service is horrible. They will take your money and won't give you a refund. I was missing 2 items out of my order that I paid for and they refused to help me in any way. But they sure did take my money. One item had a hole in it and they sent the wrong color.
PYT has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! I purchased a dress for my birthday and it arrived damaged! Was unable to receive a refund however was given a coupon code that didn't even work for a replacement item! After 2 weeks of trying to get aide I kept getting the same round about request of "send me a screenshot of the code" each time I sent in the screen shot they indicated the code wasn't valid for my item! Why provide a promo/ coupon code due to the inconvenience of receiving a faulty dress if ot wont work?! Horrible Horrible Horrible service still no resolution and I'm stuck looking for a new dress weeks later I am so disappointed!
I placed an order with PLT on 5/22/21. The order number is **************513. The order was split into 3 parcels and I was only able to recover one. A person named Jenn signed for 2 of the packages, I did not authorize anyone by this name to sign for them. However upon reaching out to PLT, they refuse to refund due to a "system" that detects refund procedures. Please advise prior to this I placed 2 orders which were refunded because I had a PO a BOX address and used express shipping (UPS) which does not deliver to PO Boxes. Naturally, they were returned hence the two back to back refunds from PLT. Also, this order was placed with a new address as I recently moved last month. Please help. They refuse to respond to anymore of my queries.
Don't waste your money in this online store. They have Bad quality in their product. I will return my complete order today, I was trying to leave a review in their website, and I couldn't.

The quality of the clothes in itself is good in my opinion. Whatsoever, if you happen to have any issue with your order, good luck with the customer service, they are very hard to reach. It's disappointing and frustrating. Therefore, I will not buy from them again.
I bought an item 2 years back & recently bought it again in a different size. It looks completely different from color to style. It is cheaper and they claim it's a new manufacturer which isn't the main issue. The problem is they are still advertising model in the old style which is false advertisement. Plus there was a little snag on the skirt which they completely ignored and keep saying new manufacturer and made me pay for return. I've had 25 emails back and forth with them. It's like arguing with an incompetent advisors. Waste of time and money, never shopping there again.
Im very disappointed with this last order. Usually they do great but I ordered something May 10 it said it would arrive May 20 and i'm thinking great because I go out of town the 26. The 20th came and went! No updates on the website about my package it was stuck in the same spot since the 17th. I tried contacting just to see where it was and got no help. I went on my trip and the day before it was over there package was delivered. The communication was very poor and I understood that with Covid there may have been a delay but anything else I ordered came the day they said or before or at least communicated so that I could know where it was.
I've waited nearly two weeks for my package to arrive (which hasn't moved for nearly THREE WEEKS). Any time I reach out to customer service (which I've gone three times) they tell me to "wait 72 hours". They will not refund my money nor send me another swim suit. This was my first order from them and I will NEVER order again. A total disaster from start to finish. Wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE.

Je déconseille fortement. J'ai effectué une commande chez eux j'ai payé une livraison express chez moi vue que je devais voyager et pour ne pas me déplacer vue que je faisait du télétravail. Au finish ils ne m'ont jamais livré m'ont renvoyé des liens UPS comme si m'a commande et mon achat était chez ups et pour couronner le tout ils ne veulent pas me rembourser ses voleurs. J'ai créer un litige via paypal et j'attend la résolution de ce problème mais en attendant je déconseille fortement ce site c'est une arnaque et le service client est pourri.

So I made three separate purchases in a few days apart. They have nice looking stuff. So I keep on ordering items. (Never thought of doing a review background check before, kinda wish I did)
Well the first item came and it was too small. I even checked with the size chart. I was going to do a return, but after paying for shipping to return it and the restocking Fee. It would cost me the same to ship it back. So I chalk that up to a loss. I am just going to have to resell it at a resale shop and hope to recover the loss money
The other two orders never came. This case one is even worse. It's been close to month now fighting with PLT. All I get is the run around red tape. I am going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I say if your in a dispute with PLT take lots of screen shots and save all e-mails. Because your going to need them
Major Red Flags with PLT
One thing they have no phone number to contact them. Red flag right there any company that doesn't have telephones. Should not be in business, unless their are Amish based business.
Second thing I get the run around with their stupid robot message system and get no where.
Third thing by the time I reach them. They ignore my e-mails or their response is sorry for your troubles. Let me send this to my manager and that all I keep getting.
Literally just received my order from PLT and this will be the last time I ever order from them. There is Makeup all over the top I ordered and have reached out to PLT on 3 different social media's with no successful reply.
These clothes are extremely poor quality and they also seem to be made cheaply. They also sent the wrong item to me. They were a pair of tan shoes that I ordered and they sent red. I will not be ordering from them again.
I paid for fast shipping to USA, order date April 26th. 2021... it's May 9th & my package is not even to the USA yet. Worse customer service. Not worth headache

I order 5 dresses with 2 separate orders. Had to pay shipping on both. They said my order would arrive on or before April 29th. I was attending a wedding on May 1. Wasn't sent any emails but when I track the order it just said running late. Finally the dresses arrived days after I had attended the wedding but I didn't have any use for them. Not only did I have to go in stores to look for a dress last minute. I had to spend more money. I also had to pay shipping back because I didn't need the dresses. It's a waste! I just sent one order back. I figure I'll just keep the other one maybe another wedding will come up. Also I think they're over priced!
When I didn't receive my refund after a month, I contacted customer service and they ended up refunding me the wrong amount. I was then asked to inconveniently create a PayPal and send the money back with a screenshot. I did that at 9am this morning - sent a screenshot to their "customer service" account on twitter, and since then I've had 7 different representative ask me about the screenshot and then disappear. I literally have had to repeat the entire mishap 7 times only to be responded to by an entirely different person one hour later. It's horrid and I'm not hopeful.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Returned my parcel over a month ago and had no email about a return. There is no direct contact for customer service only an online chat bot & they make it impossible to talk to real person - and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Starting to think I'm not getting my £200 back.
After paying $78 for 2 bodysuit and waiting almost a month their excuse is the parcel is lost, I now have to wait 2 more week to see if they find it, can't refund me, can't cancel my order just wait and reach them again after, first and last.
They don't refund you for your tax of item and charge your for return. Do not order from here unless you know exactly your size and measurements and you're not returning. They basically make returns super complicated and costly
I ordered 2 dresses from this site first and last time buyer - the straps on the dress are so stretched out its pointless... 60 bucks for trash from China - do not buy from this site!
