I order clothes for vacation and never received a confirmation email. I waited for the package to come for well over a week. The package never came and the customer service rep told me to go look for it. I couldn't get a refund or a credit.
First of all let me begin by telling you guys that you should not order from these people. Not because they're a scammer but because they are so unorganized, they are not reliable and neither is there express shipping and their packages are always going missing and most importantly their sizes are completely off. I've ordered from them probably three times in my entire life, the first time I ordered with them I got my usual size and when it came in the clothing was smaller than small can be. So I thought that it was maybe my fault I just didn't get a right size even though it says the models were a size small and I'm way smaller than them but anyway the second time I ordered I went to order two size up and it still didn't fit me so after that I promised myself I was never going to order from them. A year goes by and I thought maybe they speeded up their processes or got better in terms of being a business so I ordered my birthday outfit on June 2,2021 and my birthday is on June 28. Regular shipping said that it would come in on June 18 or before that so I gave it the benefit of the doubt because that was still almost 2 weeks before my birthday so I thought even if it was a little late it would still come on time. It is now June July 6 and I just received my package today, I have been tracking it down since June 18 up until today and it has been saying that it is lost in Montreal and that they had no update on my package whatsoever. Horrible horrible horrible I will never order from them ever again, guys do not repeat my mistake. Not only are you paying almost C$30 to ship but it took longer than it was supposed to and I'll top of that they gave me the wrong stuff in my package and the sizing was incorrect again
I ordered my items over three weeks ago. I got an email saying my order had shipped. I paid over a $100 for my order and I only received a skirt. I hadn't ordered a skirt and it wasn't my size. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me my order is showing Delivered... I want my money or my items! They are horrible!
I have been ordering from PLT for a couple of years now and have never had any problems with shipping which I loved because if you shop online alot you know how long some things could take to arrive. Well my last order, I placed it in June 6th, by June 25th I contacted them to fund out why my tracking info stopped on the 16th. They told me I had to wait until July 7th after an investigation was done b4 they could do anything about my items. I then said nevermind I would just like a refund because I didn't want to wait an entire month for an order. They said I couldn't even get a refund until the investigation was done. The moral of this story is " I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PLT AGAIN"! Customer service sucks! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who likes to get thier orders timely.
I placed an order to be Shipped to my Skybox on May 1st 2021.
The order was subsequently split into two shipments. Unknowing to me. The only confirmed tracking information provided was for one of the packages and it took over a month to be Received in my home country. Only to realize that part of the order was missing. Out of the 24 pieces ordered we only received 4. Calling pretty little thing to find out about the shortage. To be told that queries can only be made 14 days after ordering. Hi, sorry to hear this
I can see 1 package was delivered on the 10th of May and one was delivered on the 10th of June, please could you confirm if you received both of these?

When I clicked the link above it shows the package was not sent to my Address hence the reason we never received the Package. Furthermore I explained that I can't track a Shipment when I wasn't provided the tracking information nor that my order was split into two Shipments.
PLT Thanks for letting me know. I can see this has been delivered to the address on the order. As this is now over 14 days we would be unable to look into this further at our end and would advise checking around your property and with neighbours for the parcel.

I would not ever reccomend taking such a risk to spend hard earned money only to be Taken for granted when it comes to the company that has no care for their Customers.
Extremely disappointed. Ordered few items for holiday last week. The estimate delivery date meant to be 28th June. Yesterday I contacted the company about my order and they told me that my order has been cancelled because of some warehouse issues and that they will refund the money. Poor communication and the fact that i spend few hours going through their website to order few items that I like and it's getting cancelled… don't know what to say. I would advise not to order from the companies like that. Never had an experienced anything like that with none of the other clothing companies.
Pretty little thing sucks no matter how many times I reset my password it doesn't let me log in saying my password is incorrect when I try to make a new account it doesn't actually give me an option to complete the sign up! I had to order something just as a guest and now I have no way to track it! But that's just the beginning, will definitely have to address this in a YouTube video if i can't figure it out!
I got send an incorrect item (totally not my fault) and talked to multiple customer service reps through email. They were all unapologetic and unprofessional even after being provided with proof. They asked me to send the item back at my own cost if I wanted them to ship the correct order or a refund. I'm fuming!
I ordered a pair of boots and was sent a XL body suit. They mix up orders all the time and their quality is $#*!. Better off going to shein or any other website. Do not order from eee
I ordered shoes on 06/07/2021 they said it will arrive on or before 06/15/2021. Today is 06/18/2021 nothing came. They don't have a phone to contact them. The e-Mail google provided does not work. You can only contact them by Twitter, WhatsApp or Facebook. You will only get a responds from a robotic chat box. Good luck getting a concrete date for your delivery. I call fedex and fedex stated pretty little things printed out a label for fedex shipment but never shipped my stuff at all. Now the chat box is saying my delivery might arrive 07/06/2021. It not guarantee. A whole month later. I'm traveling outside USA for 2months starting 06/19/2021 and I needed these shoes for the trip. I won't even be here IF it even arrives. By the look of everyone else comments it might not even be the right size or good quality. I'm disgusted with these people. The COMPANY is TRASH.
My god. Where do I begin! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The material is awful, cheap, and tacky. Looks nice on the site but in person looks like it will break apart in 2 days LOL. Also! I am beyond disappointed, the clothing materials are cheap and see through and delivery is terrible. Ordered one dress in may, and i still haven't seen the dress.
I loved this store until they scammed me with $1,178.54 back on last December for Christmas. I placed in an order only some items arrived and some not. After this giving me a refund of 288.00 they charged me $1,178.54 for no purchase only because they wanted to steal my money they also have horrible customer service. I tried to reach customer service and never responded to my messages. Horrible experience I'm disappointed with this company I was once so excited about. Shame on them by stealing money of hard working people.
I never leave reviews, so you know this place is trash. I placed an order a few weeks ago and accidently used the wrong email address. I quickly realized my error and tried to get in contact with customer service and it was a complete $#*! show. After weeks of back and forth emails my package finally came, but it was not even what I ordered. I was going to just keep what they sent even tho it was wrong, but it was too small. I already know getting a refund is out of the question based on everyone else's reviews. I went ahead and filed a claim with my bank because I clearly got scammed! Don't waste your time, energy or money.
They sent me a dirty, used dress with body fluid on it. I sent a picture to customer service and they told me to just wash it?! Is this a joke? This is not how you run a business. When a customer orders a new item, you told sent them a dirty one and tell them to wash it. What is this?
This company is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve 1 star but that is the only way I could have the option to write a review. Sent back 1 pair of shoes BRAND NEW and provided ALL documents and never ended up getting a refund which I was fully entitled to. 6 different customer reps from this company gave me the run around over and over again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS. THEY ESSENTIALLY HAVE THE GOODS AND MY MONEY. NOT SURPRIZED THAT THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE RATING SEEING THAT THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
I've been refunded the wrong amount $45.76 it's supposed to be $61.35 so please refund my money rest of them
I am very upset that I did not read the reviews before shopping on this cite. They should receive zero stars. I ordered two items since January 2021 and was disappointed with the quality. Both items were this. And looked like it would RIP easily. I returned the items the next week and still didn't receive my refund. They are a bunch of scammers. Their customer service is poor and they are an overall horrible company... I will never ever shop from this company again. No one should go through this again. Please do not fall victim to these scammers.
It has been 3 months i still haven't received my package, when i talk to the staff they just say to keep an eye on the tracking before they can do anything. The tracking service hasn't also updated for a long time now! Lol only order from plt when u want to received ur order 4+ months after.
The most horrible customer service. I ordered items on 200CAD, they never send clothes to me. Only in 2 weeks, I got a 59CAD refund for a sports costume, which I didn't cancel. After a long email conversation, I got my refund, which they "forgot" to proceed with. I don't know what's going on with them. I wasted my time and will never recommend them to anyone.
