Ordered a pair of shoes and received a cheap plastic bag from China. Customer service is shocking. It was my first order? Never again, a stressful experience and in the end I had to raise a dispute with PayPal
I returned my order 4 weeks ago I have not heard anything from them. I contacted customer services email after email I have not got the answer. I guess I will lose my money value of 150USD. They have the worst customer service. I will never order from this site again.
Really disappointed, ordered next day delivery (so I paid more) for nothing, my package didn't arrive. I contacted the customer service and same excuse as always. Not buying here anymore! It happened twice
I mad an order and my matching set came in two different colors.
I contacted them via whatsap and they had a different agent everytime. Everytime they didn't know what I was talking about and made me repeat. Went around in circles over and over. Got nothing resolved. It's such a scam. Def won't buy from them again and will not ever recommend. They don't have a direct number so you can speak with someone just a whatsap app that has random agents responding that can't see the messages from before. The biggest joke of all time/ they shouldn't be allowed to run a bussiness like this.
I usually have a decent experience with PRETTYLITTLETHINGS until a couple of weeks ago. I ordered 5 dresses and eagerly awaited their arrival. I was sent a message that they had been delivered but came home to zero packages. I began questioning everyone in my house and the unanimously stated no package was delivered. I returned to the website and notice one digit on the address was off; no problem I'll check with my neighbor. Looked for the address 2535 and to my surprise not one house on the block had that address however, there was a large empty lot across the street that is consider that exact address. I asked my neighbors when I saw them if they received a package and None of my neighbors( all older men) had received a package.
When I called FEDXThey gave me the run around and told me to contact PRETTYLITTLTHINGS to have them file a claim. I tried to find a phone number, didn't find one. So I submitted a complaint through Resolver. After telling the story and providing evidence They suggested I look around my property.
I am officially frustrated and irritated! I told them I would rather have the merchandise but if I couldn't then I would take a refund. I still haven't received either not to mention FEDX shouldn't have delivered the package to an address that wasn't on the package!
At the end of the day its PLT responsibility to ensure I receive my merchandise or refund my money. Go after them and file the claim.

Firstly, a bunch of racist people!
Secondly, I purchased 3 items in total and only 1 came. They claimed they refunded me for 1 items which I never seen any refund from them because they claimed they ran on the one item. I was expecting 2 items and 1 came. I reached out to them immediately through WhatsApp by sending them the item that I received. This foolish people kept asking over and over again what I had repeatedly told them. I was very clear on my messages. They requested for the invoice to verify if truly I got 1 item, I sent out the invoice and invoice OBVIOUSLY shows 1 item. They asked for address verification, mind you my address is on the invoice I sent them, I went to my account and sent them my order information which includes the address. This useless godforsaken company kept playing with me all along, one of the rep went as much as saying that I should ask my neighbor if they might have taken it. Are you dumb? How the hell would you give my package to someone without ID verification? Here they are again sending me a long $#*! useless terms and condition to confirm exactly what I told them from the beginning of my message. I was crystal clear on my message about me receiving one item.
They had a hard time believing me then went ahead to frustrate me by asking useless questions that I had initially explained to them.
I really hope this company burn in hell. Unprofessional set of human. Never again!

The items I received looked totally different than the pictures and were very poor quality! I have never written a review before but I felt compelled from this experience. The dress was supposed to be ruched bodycon but the material was loose and thin. It was like ordering from Shein except way more expensive. I do not recommend shopping here.
My dress was damaged and then they tried to mend the hole l was beyond angry and it's very hard to find the right size why would you send a damaged dress?
Should have listened to everyone who said not to buy from them. I ordered 9 things and when I got my package it contained 5 of them. Contacted them via FB and they told me as it says they sent it all on there system it's a "to bad so sad" kinda thing and they can't do anything.
I then emailed them and 4 days later received an email saying they resent some items (ones I already received) and I can expect them in January!
So disappointed. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
I accidentally put the wrong address into delivery address, and they are refusing to cancel the order or change the delivery address. Most useless company I've ever bought from.
The customer service is horrible. I placed an order via PayPal, PayPal confirm the shipping address and I submitted the order. Pretty little thing sent a confirmation with an old address that my order is being shipped to. I think it's horrible customer service that a customer can't modify the shipping address within five minutes after an order is placed. That is highway robbery.
I tried to give them another chance after they did this $#*! to me the first time and my items arrived in all different sizes. But they all were label a size small.
Should've known not to trust y'all. Out here robbing people.

Like it looked online. They never bothered to return a refund back till I contacted them, and even after I contacted them they wanted to issue me 50 dollars back when the dress I paid for was 65. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Customer service was horrible. Different people answering non sense. Just horrible overall. Order was a mess.
I purchased 2 hats from this company. The day I received the hats I tried them on and they did not look good on me. I returned the hats the same day June 25/21 having to pay another $18.68 with a tracking number. I also let the company know that I was returning them. All I want is my money back for the hats $49.99. They received the hats back but have not sent me back my refund. I just want people to know how disappointed I am and to think before ordering anything from PrettyLittleThing because they have a horrible return policy, and you will not get your money back!
I placed order twice with Pretty Little Things and both times it was garbage, cheap fabric and style never matches the picture on site, dont waste your money,

AVOID IF YOU WANT ANYTHING THE NEXT DAY ITS A JOKE
The dress I ordered is entirely too small. I wear a medium size 10 in US and the dress has the size #10 written on the tag, but it did not fit like a Medium or even a Small. More like XS. The material was also nothing like the material in the picture. If the material was stretchy, I would have at least been able to fit it, but I could not even get the dress pass my bust area and I have very small bust. Needless to say, I believe this company just plasters pictures of models wearing clothing, price it, have customers pay for it, then try to make the best replica possible they can. They throw the cheapest materials together with a sewing machine, no measurements or nothing, throw it in a bag and mail it out to us. What a total waste!
I recommend no one purchase any items due to sewing quality. I brought a beautiful dress made with great material but the dress was coming undone at all seams. I purchased another dress as well that had to be re-sewn together as well
