These people quote you one price at the onset and say it's some kind of special deal. They take a deposit and then jack up the price of your booking. This site is a scam.

AMAZING experience
November 13, 2019

I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about. I booked two rooms at Bellagio Las Vegas and had an amazing price. Why? We are regulars to Las Vegas and I was stunned at the low rate. I then had to change my booking and Prestigia was only cooperative and accommodating and my rate stayed the same. So, what can I say? I had a stress free experience AND amazing rate. I'll be coming back!

Worst booking site

They advertise a great deal, you pay for it and when you get to the hotel it's nothing what you paid for. Then when you email them with your concerns they try and turn it around and blame it on you. I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1 and tried to say that double deluxe queen means 1 queen bed, and said this matter was resolved. What a bunch of goofs. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

I was searching online for hotels for a weekend trip to San Francisco. Prestigia had the best price by far and was almost half the price of other sites. I booked it right away, not really thinking it through.
A day after, I thought to look up reviews on the site and then p a n i c k e d. If I had seen the reviews beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have risked it.
So right away, I called the hotel (a Marriott) & asked them if they had gotten the reservation info... they didn't. My trip was still a month away and they said they usually get the online info sent to them a week or two beforehand... greeeaaat. So I waited, called about a week or so after, and they had it!
So, I guess I got lucky?
I just saw so much negativity in the reviews I figured I should let ya'll know that sometimes it works out perfectly fine.
I didn't have any issues or hidden charges at the hotel either.

Do NOT use Prestigia.com

I saw all of the negative reviews and I thought to myself "what's the worst that can happen?" Losing all of your money is it AND you will if you deal with Prestigia.com. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to ANY more reputable site or, better yet, go to your hotel's site and ask for a price match. You may be just as successful. Stay away from Prestigia.

Music Festival
September 5, 2019

I made bookings for the Golden Nugget hotel for a music festival 4 months in advance. We just got an email telling us the rooms were cancelled. Their customer service line is some dude's cell phone and he decided to turn to phone off for half the day. We also found out that the rooms were cancelled a month ago and we're just now being told by Prestigia.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I had a reservation of a hotel in another website and 3 weeks before me trip I found a better deal at Prestigia.
I made a new reservation, received the confirmation by email, got charged.
10 days before my trip I received another email from Prestigia saying
That my reservation had been canceled and offering other poor options instead in hotel not in the area I want
They didn't pay for their mistakes and leave the problem with the customers.
It cost me 1000 euros more to make a new reservation at the area I want out of the blue.

We used Prestigia to book a room at the Hilton in Daytona Beach. The rate was outstanding. We paid in full when we booked. Two days before we were to leave we decided to look into making sure our reservation was OK. I read so many bad reviews and was so worried that I had been scammed. However, the front desk at Hilton assured us that we did have a reservation and it was paid in full. We were offered an oceanfront room for an extra $10 a night. I guess we got lucky because we didn't have any issues with Prestigia!

On their website the fee you are charged at the time of booking is said to be deducted from the grand total. When I arrived at the hotel I was told they are unaware of any payment made prior and that I must pay the full price.
After speaking with the customer support and emailing them I received a revised invoice claiming that the booking fee is added, not deducted, to the total.
This website is fraudulent, do not book with them!

Worst company ever, booked a hotel threw them contacted company direct and they never received any confirmation of my stay, numerous phone calls and lies from them turns out they booked me nothing and have taken over £1000 from me which I'm still waiting on getting back

Watch Out!

Booked and paid one night, Sofital, Heathrow, One week prior to leaving received an email requesting c/c no. For payment otherwise the booking would be cancelled! This was resolved after numerous phone calls Australia to Other side of the world.
Had our overnight stay Heathrow Sofital and checked out! Next day received an email saying we had not arrived for our stay and they were using our card details to charge us for the night. Once again I had to contact them, other side of the world with our limited access. The person who sent the email was unavailable. I instructed them to take my credit card details out of there system after I was informed it was a mistake. I then receive 2 calls 3.30am from NY, of which, been an unknown number I didn't answer at that time of night. On awaking there was an email saying they had tried to ring me and my situation was resolved. I have never in all my years of booking on line experience such a mess, time and money for one overnight stay.
I would not trust this company & beware of giving out c/c details. These kind our actions effects all those reputable great online booking sights out there. One bitten!

Booked a room a week ahead for two nights, go to check in and the hotel said they never had a reservation for us?! I called the 24/7 hot line he repeatedly told me oh we tried to call and email you for the last security step you didn't respond so we didn't book your hotel but they still charged me $400? You took $400 dollars from me and my 3 kids on Easter and was left roomless. What a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've called many times since then they told me my money would be refunded 2-3 business days but STILL NOTHING. Now I call and no one will answer.

After struggling to find suitable accommodation for the Easter break I was delighted that Prestigia had the hotel I wanted and for the dates. After booking, I then excitedly booked our pretty expensive flights but safe in the knowledge, all was sorted... Or so I thought.
5 days later. 5 days. 1 day before we fly. I happened across an email that hit the updates folder of Gmail, saying that unfortunately, Prestigia could not fulfil my booking and my deposit would be returned. Due to the inconvenience, they offer a 10% discount code to use on future bookings.
Unbelievable.
How can it take 5 days for them to realise that the booking didn't work. And then to email, rather than call me?
If I hadn't checked and spotted that email, I would have turned up at 11pm, with my pregnant wife, at the hotel to find that I didn't have a booking.
I'm now stuck with flights to and from a location that no hotels have availability for. And I'm not exaggerating, literally no room anywhere. Especially the hotel I thought I booked. When I rang them directly, not only did they have no correspondence from Prestigia about me but the hotel been booked out for those dates for the last month.
I've got no idea how their booking system works but I think old tin cans and string is definitely involved.
Really excited to use the offer of 10% off my next booking.
Also, I've really enjoyed the complete lack of acknowledgement of my complaint when I emailed them about not wanting to be charged for the cancellation, which the next email suggested I would incur.
Be aware if you use them and probably best to ring the hotel after you've booked and double check that the string and tin cans are all in place...

Don't book

Saw them as a new partner at hotels.com decided to give them my business as it's hard and tough competition out there. Worst mistake I made is giving them my business. Not only was I unable to check in to the hotel I was unable to cancel the reservation either. Had to book through hotel directly and file credit card dispute

I used them only because they had a FREE REFUND policy. This turned out to be a lie, they would not let me cancel, I never stayed in the hotel, and they still charged me $80

I ignored the reviews since I'd had positive experience nearly everywhere else. Figured if they ripped me off, the cc company would step in. BIG MISTAKE. Quadruple charged, out thousands, CS never answers phone, cancellation times w/o penalty "move" and are not local to the hotel as is normal industry practice. Thought they were finally coming through, then get an email stating that since I began a contest to the charge with the bank, that they reversed and wouldn't refund! DON'T be fooled by the low prices... you'll regret it like I did.

I booked a three night hotel stay in Malta through Prestigia in December 2018. Despite only booking one room and only entering my bank details once using their online booking system, I arrived at the hotel to find that two rooms had been booked under my name on two separate bookings. I didn't realise that two confirmation emails had come through at the same time from Prestigia when I booked. Initially, Prestigia accepted this was clearly an error and a duplicate booking. However, when I asked for a refund on the extra room (the hotel had already charged me for one night), they took more than three weeks to provide me with any kind of feedback or explanation. Eventually, they responded by suggesting I must have entered my card details in twice, essentially accusing me of lying. They refused to offer me a refund for the duplicate booking. In hindsight I should have read some of the dreadful reviews on here before booking with them. I suppose they can only afford to offer cheap prices by stealing from customers.

I have a real bad experience with prestigia, we did the reservation, due to the system change automatically the reservation to the following day, there were not rooms for the day we wanted in the hotel. When we realize it was almost inmediatelly, 10 to 15 minutes after the reservation, the agent of the company did not do anything to change the reservations, we explain the situation, we sent an email. Even though we called the hotel and verify that the reservation was not in place yet, and we called them again, they did not put any effort to change it. I lost 150 dollars. The service was really bad. I do not recommend prestigia, the name of the company and its services does not have any merits.

Beware

Booked Pullman Danang Resort through Prestigia. On arrival found out no reservation had been made. I was able to get a room with my own effort but paid 150% fee for my stay. Prestigia 24/7 hotline was not accessible. When Prestigia responded at the end, they simply cancelled my booking and provided no further assistance. Beware - this company simply walk away when there is trouble.

Was skeptical when I booked via Prestigia and now I know I should have been skeptical. Hotel bill was paid to hotel and Prestigia also charged us $151 dollars. Use a proven site or better yet go directly to hotel. Also requested no feathers in booking - that information did not make it to hotel.
