Easy to use, and easy to navigate through the Web Site. I have used other browsers and this appears to be just as easy to use as the other web sites that i have used, will pass this web site on to friends and family.
The website didn't provide information regarding whether the rooms have refrigerators and/or microwaves. Since I'm a diabetic, I have to have a refrigerator for my insulin and it's helpful to know in advance of making the reservation whether these are in the room. It also said you could pay an extra fee for breakfast but didn't say how much the extra fee was and I couldn't find anywhere on the website where you could add the extra fee to get breakfast. I'm awaiting a response but did make a reservation.

The ladies wanted to go on a trip so I booked it. I checked various websites and this one was the best in price and timing wise. So now all we have to do is pack and go.
I like this hotel and this time is second time to booked this hotel. It's very convenien close to many shopping centre and BTS station. And have many restaurant in the hotel.
Great and the payment was fast, the rate is also better than the hotel rack rates, now let's wait to reach the hotel and see whether the check in is smooth as Prestigia has to make sure that the booking is received by the hotel so the guest can have a smooth checkin process. I'll come back with a the updated review once I check in

I'm pretty sure they are running a scam with many hotels. I booked a room in Agadir, Morocco, with them. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they do not have my booking and have never heard of Prestigia, and they were fully booked. I was then told by Prestigia that the hotel had my booking but cancelled it as I am blacklisted from the hotel due to issues from a previous visit (I had never even been to Morocco prior to this trip). I was told by Prestigia that they could not refund my booking as it was under the non-refundable booking. Even though I did not cancel it, the hotel did. Absolute joke, do not use this company.
I tried to book a reservation on multiple occasions and you cancelled my booking due to wrong rate issue each time.
With Prestigia it was a quick and easy process to book my hotel room In Hobart. In further bookings i will use them again.

Very easy and quick experience. Very straightforward forward and it guides you through everything you have to do. Shows you cancellation policies and how to checkin as well as when. However, it doesn't let you see a picture of what your hotel room will look like.
After spending thousands, couldn't even get a soft drink after asking four people.
Needed a doctor, no one came after two days of them saying security will be up to see you. So I went and all they could say was to call an ambulance. I could've done that.
Offered a free meal and then couldn't get it because I'm Australian.
The service socks and don't play the pokies. They don't pay just the perception. The biggest win I got is $100 but it cost me $1000.
Everything is over priced and I wouldn't have cared if the service had been there.
