I received a phone call from Mrs. Gurrieri of the hotel. She told me that the room I booked was not available and she was assigning me another one with an increased price. She also informed me that the buffet breakfast was paid and not free. I accepted this change, but I am very upset.
DO NOT use this company. I have been waiting on a refund since November (it's March). I didn't have heat in my room during a visit to Iceland, and I was promised a refund that I've never received.
Even though this was my first time with Prestigia, the process was easy; however, after I gain more experience, I can keep the rate.

Is clear and easy for the moment and now I am waiting for hotel services thanks. Why do I want to know why the charge was applied to my credit car now when it should have been applied after May 10th? I don't agree with that?
Rate is $250 higher than my friend who on same trip.

Experiences was easy, it just took a while for the booking confirmation to come through after the bank details had been released. I have asked for an email confirmation to be sent to me and after 4 days of waiting I still haven't received it. Not really great service after the money has already been transferred from my account

I found it easy to navigate through to find a motel that suited my needs & budget.
It was not difficult at all, however, I was not able to see a picture of the room. I am trusting that it is a King Bed and lovely.
I tried to confirm the booking of my room over 3 times and it was not registered, the 4th time was the charm, a code based bug in my opinion, sending this here for your information.

Website had detail on amenities, lay out of where the hotel is located, site made it my booking easy and quick.
