I booked a reservation on 5/20/20 for a room in October. They charged my credit card on 5/21/20. I cancelled the reservation on 8/28/20 well before the October 6/20 date to receive free cancellation. I have not received a refund. I can not speak with anyone. I waited on hold, as first in line, for well over an hour and thirty minutes.
Don't waste your time and money with this reservation system.
