In all countries I have lived no delivery company has been as bad as Postnord. I think 75% of my drliveries to door has been changed to "Could not be delivered", so I have to go to a service station of their choice. Never told me why nor contacted me to see if I could help (give directions, door code etc.). Either they are incompetent or lazy... or both. Just glad I am able to walk, what if not and that was the reason for home delivery...
Worst company ever, my daughter was sending a birthday present to her boyfriend in Sweden, she could not go there because of Corona! It was addressed to me! But we were sending letter and copy of ID to boyfriend, but post nord refused to hand out the package without my ID, a copy was not enough, I have been on the phone with them and written several times, no they could not change their rules!
I have been trying to reach PostNord DK by phone for two days now. Their customer service line +45 70 70 70 30 rings but no one answers. Yesterday I was on hold for over 90 minutes until the call hours closed at 2 pm and I was cut off. Today I called at 10am when the line opens and am on hold for over an hour. Emails are not answered.
When I was young we had as tourists in Yugoslavia sea coast lot of Swedish guests. As small children I admired honest cultural ethical mentality of Swedish people. Today after 40 years this is awful shameful that can happened that someone steal in packages and management of Postnord cant stop this mafia. I know it will be mostly immigrants you will say employee in delivery drivers ect but at the end we dont care from where this people is but you need to select and place in prison all of them. I promised gift to one person and now im shamed that package missing. Lot of shame. Package sent on 25.Aprile 2023 still didnt arrived in Slovenia. Of course we make complaint but useless. Its need complete fire all management and logistic organization from 0. This mean all staff fired. No matter of position. I was in Africa in Ethiopia and package from Europe with DHL arrived in remote part of project in Ethiopian hydro power plant in 4 days. From US also 3 months ago one small package of car injectors from Texas to Slovenia arrived in 4 days. Sweden had in 1968 -1971 first IT and computer IBM technology and this today in 2023 is big big shame that tracking is big big BS.
I am writing this after waiting over 6 weeks for a package to Canada. Still haven't recieved package as of today. There complaint department are very inefficient and rude. So bad that Canada Post is beginning an inquiry to where delivery is because Post Nord is not willing to accept accountability. I ever purchase an Ebay item coming from any where using Post Nord I will request Fed Ex as other option no matter the cost involved. Or I will not purchase item. Avoid Post Nord at all costs.
Pathetic service never have been more disappointed than this in my life, they returned our parcel bAck to Germany after delaying the parcel for a month and after asking them why have you returned we have been asking why have you returned (we cant tell you this) that was the answer
My package went off the grid for 5 weeks while being shipped from Sweden to Canada. I asked them to help me locate it and just repeated all the information I could already see on the tracking info that wasn't being updated. I urged them to call their branch and find out what was happening and they told me to basically do it myself. Then when Canada post told me it delivered they told me that it had been shipped back to the sender in Sweden and that he already had it and would have to ship it back because of incorrect information... it was in my mailbox. Nobody knows a thing about what they're doing, I talked to a new customer service person every day and they didn't extend their arm to help me in any way. At least I paid nothing on duties.
I no longer mail to Sweden. Over half packages disappear and they start charging $20 for the receiver to release the package in Sweden. Being Swedish it is embarrassing how awful the postal service is
This joke as postnord is, they accuse me of give WRONG info so my parcel cant be rceived by me? After talked to their service and support still on zero result, my packet cant be collected by me! Total fraud liars! Hate them
I have ordered from BG alot. The first one was handled by China post and the item arrived in 23 days(picked it up from local post office 4 days later). The next order was then handled by Postnord and to my dismay it took them like forever just to process or sort or whatever it is they were doing. And when you track the item thier tracking would not even update. Just tracking or web error which does not happen to other sites. The package arrived to my country more than a month later and i waited another 2 weeks to get it from the local post office. I am still waiting for another package again handled by Postnord (this post is really, really slow, our local post is better) i hope they shape up or shopping sites dont ship through this postnord.
Parcel was taken back with no proper feedback and explanations.
First they say doors were closed, unable to reach customer and So they have taken back the parcel. But below the description we have provided the contact number, but they never reach us at all at any circumstances.
Secondly they asked us to book another delivery date and time but when we try to attempt to do it, they said it can't be done and we need to wait untill we receive any feedback from them. Since we didn't any feedback from them we reached them again they say parcel is damaged and cannot be delivered. Unable to reach the customer were automated message.
Finally they can't even track where the exact parcel is currently. I lost so much money out of it. More than money First time even have seen such a lethargic, casual attitude ever in any field. I have been in to many countries this level of attitude is mind blowing. They simply revert back that i can't do anything and complain anywhere to get the justice out of it. They have the privileges to do wat ever they want.
The sender of the parcel, paid extra for an express and tracking service. The parcel is lost and after calling and emailing, different customer service agents have lied to me. They have no control when something is lost. Horrible customer service. Mixed messages every time I call and write an email.
They should be held accountable!
Three months and still no package. The worst of the worst. All of the management should be fired. Total incompetence. Read their complaints which are more numerous than the stars in the sky. Lost packages. Stolen packages. Discarded packages. Do not use them. Let them close down. A worthless company and worthless group of people working there. Shame!
Why make things so complicated? Why you are not allowed to choose a pick up point instead of home delivery? Why every time I call you you don't have my contacts and even my home address? How it's even possible? How it's possible that 40km delivery takes 11 days? Why I should be on the phone for 15 minutes while someone picks up the phone? Why you don't reply on social media? Why if the package gets lots you won't notify me?
I sent 2 package the 17th of December is now the 14th of January and one of them haven't arrived. The one that make it arrived broken and full of mold! I send everyday emails to the company and they take 2 days to answer every time. When I call(being abroad for me is super expensive) they never answer. Try to avoid their service
This company has lost my packages twice. Once a package was delivered empty and totally damaged. Two times they sent my packages to another country and once to another city. Like literally how could you do that? I am always tracking my packages and I can see that they are moving pretty fast when they are abroad but when they arrive in Sweden -pouf- they magically are sooo late. Why? Please if you want to be considered a serious company get together
Post Nord is definitely is one of the worst postal services.
I am living in Sweden. My friend sent me a small package less than 2 kg that was one video game from väröbaxka varberg to Jönköping but I never receive it.
I contact the Customer service and explain the missing letter but they just apologized and they said they are not able to help me because it does not have any tracking number and nothing happened.
It seems the postman stole the video game or something in the distribution house happen.
I am so sorry for such a big name "Nordic post" for an untrusty company and irresponsible workers.
I hope they take consideration of all the negative review about them.
I don't understand if the package is expensive they keep it and pretend like took so long and stuck somewhere in transit. If they run courier service can't they get information through driver which place they have reach. Do business only with honesty not with by stealing customers object. I read reviews of postnord within a month becuz i'v waiting for a month for my fuxking parcel. All they earned bad review and through stealing customer Package. Learn to earn with the honesty excuses of covid-19 last only for few days not months. Shame on you postnord. Non of customer gives good review. This is what you deserve. Steal it how much you can because you are loosing your customer..
They consistently mess upp deliveries, and have started the habit of NOT delivering to your address, even if you have paid for it, and you need to find a pickup-point. I'm confidently pleased that that their complete lack of customer focus will kill themselves in the long run. I ship packages in sweden yearly for a budget of 500KSEK, and avoid PostNord as the pest.

They don't repsond to FB messages, email requests or phone calls and provide 0 update on the status of the parcels. Avoid like the plague. Prefer any other method including placing your parcel in a bottle and throwing in the sea. It is still more likely to turn up faster than with PostNord
Answer: I really did not choose Postnord. I would never do that (based on previous experiences). This time, I had to order some products online and the saler company only has contract with Postnord for home delivery.
