Same as people above. Parcels seem to be shipped via vikinger boats, but not the fast ones.
Also their "track and trace" does not work at all!
The delivery companies (Post Nord and Matkahuolto) have obviously lost the order.
They received the order from DPD on 29th June.
Since that date, I have telephoned both of these companies on every working day (30/6,1/7,4/7,5/7,6/7). I have also sent 3 (unanswered) emails to each company.
Every time I have called Post Nord they have told me that they will 'launch an investigation' into the location of the item, which they claim is with Matkahuolto.

Neither of these incompetent companies will take responsibility for the package, and each time, they blame the other company.
Neither of these companies have yet told me the outcome of their 'investigation', even though their first investigation was meant to have been started on 30th June.
I have also requested to both of these companies that they allow me to come to their depot to collect the package from there, but they both tell me that it is not possible to do that.
I have also requested to speak to someone in their senior management to report this incompetency, but they refuse to allow me to do that, also.
I am absolutely sick and tired of dealing with these incompetent, unprofessional, idiots.
I had a return package that I needed to send to the company's address as there was no drop in option to any nearby agent for them. Hence, I personally went to the postnord counter, clearly stated, this is what I need and if they can send it in that address and not an agent. The Old lady at the counter said, no problem. Then I paid over 100 SEK for this (the return good price was only 82 SEK, but the respective company said they would refund for shipping cost as well when they receive the product). BUT THEN, THE PARCEL NEVER REACHED THEM! Because the Postnord send the parcel to a nearby agent and not to the company address! When I phoned them and explained it needs to be send to the company address, they said they will look into it, But afterwards they said they can not do anything about it and can not send to the Address! What Worse Is That They Won't Even REFUND me for their mistake and they are not even sorry.
SO Pathetic Service! I had to bear the loss for the product and for the shipping. Very bitter experience. Very skeptical for any future business with Postnord.
Packages from abroad spend more time waiting to get cleared by the customs than flying. I have spend more than a month many times.

De har ingen koll på vad packet finns, plats 239 på telefonkontakt och efter att vänta påstår de annat än verkligheten, avin kom med dagen efter de hade lämnat tillbaka paketet!

Mistet de pakken og så får jeg nesten daglig meldinger at jeg må bestemme måten pakken skal leveres. Ringer og be for oppdatering. Du må snakke med saksbehandleren din, men de kan ikke overføre meg til de. Be for å snakke med en leder etter 4 uker. De kan notere det men kan ikke garantere at lederen ringer. Vil gjør mitt beste for å unngå alle butikker som bruker postnord fremover
Finner ikke adressen min. Jeg har skrevet at: jeg er hjemme etter klokka 16:30. Huset mit står ved post kasse, de har tlf nummer, navn, adresse, MEN finner ikke… IDIOT
Mitt paket hade levereras till någon annan. Fallet är anmält till PostNord. PostNord beklagar fallet och påstår att de inte har någon ansvar för detta. Hade betalat Tull&Moms och nu är det allt borta. Vill bara säga till alla, Undvika PostNord. Fallet är polisanmält.

Answer: I really did not choose Postnord. I would never do that (based on previous experiences). This time, I had to order some products online and the saler company only has contract with Postnord for home delivery.
