I was in POSTNORD in Ica in Mobilia 13th of August at 13:20 until 13:50, trying to pick up my parcel.
The woman called JENNY was a racist, not giving a damn, woman who kept telling me that I do NOT have a valid ID document.
I HAD MY DANISH POLITICAL PASSPORT WHERE IT WAS PROLONGED UNTIL 14th of January 2023, AND THIS WOMAN TOLD ME MY PASSPORT IS NOT VALID. Every countries' passports have pages to PROLONGE a passport. IT IS PAGE 2 and 3 where you have space to prolonge passport 4 times more. It says on my passport in DANISH, ENGLISH AND FRANCE that it is prolonged and valid until; stamp, date, signature, full name of person from the government who approved prolonging of my passport.
She tells me it is not valid. I show her my danish ID card, she says it is not valid EVEN THOUGH IT IS VALID UNTIL 15TH OF JULY 2024. IT HAS MY PICTURE, EVERYTHING ON IT. WHY IS THAT NOT VALID? I SHOW HER MY OTHER DOCUMENTS. I CAME WITH 5 ID CARDS AND ALL SHE DOES NOT APPROVE. IS THIS BECAUSE I AM RUSSIAN AND SHE IS RACIST? Pure discrimination. She gives me phone number of customer service and tells me to call them knowing that it is Saturday and customer service is closed. I tell her to write on a paper that my documents are not valid and she that's why does not want to give me my parcels. She does not want to leave any PROOF of her racist and discrimination on a piece of paper. WHY NOT WRITE IF YOU THINK YOU TELL CORRECT LEGAL RULES? I show her what it says on Post Nord website. It says valid and not broken passport, I have valid and not broken passport, so why she tells me it is not valid? I will never ever recommend this company to anyone anymore. I myself work in head quarters of a big international company and we use POSTNORD as delivery service but I will tell this experience to my colleagues. This company has extremely unprofessional, racist and discriminating employees. Extremely bad employee. Even her face shows she doesn't want to even bother to care. I spent 30 minutes feeling humiliated, needing to prove myself being right and being accused of being wrong even though I am right. I spent all these months using my passport to pick up my parcels and never had an issue in Denmark while living there or in Sweden when visiting my bf and friends, to pick up my parcels. Why does she wake up and decide that I am having invalid id.
PostNord's customer service and customer management are under all criticism. You were going to deliver a package to me yesterday, you have (probably due to limited recourses) subcontracted another courier company that came with the package.
The package was unfortunately very damaged in transport and the courier company therefore did not want to deliver it but drove it back to you (photos were of course taken on the damaged packaging).
Today I receive an SMS from you that the package will be picked up at your central warehouse. I will contact you and explain the situation, you will not show an ounce of willingness to support, the person I am talking to does not even know that you are subcontracting other courier companies and refers to the fact that I myself must come up to you and send back the broken package. You are 100% sure that you have not subcontracted any company for this delivery, despite the fact that I received confirmation of this via conversations with your subcontractor and they obviously also drove the package back to you because it is now with you.
Just want to clarify here, you are responsible for my delivery and the condition of the packages you are to deliver, that you have used a 3rd party is not my problem as an end customer, the problems that arise in your delivery flow you are responsible for in your assignment to your original customer (in this case Royal Design). In this case, your subcontractor has chosen to drive the package back to you due to transport damage. The management of the next step must of course be handled via communication between you and the company you have subcontracted.
You are then instead trying to get me to contact your subcontractor yourself to sort out your own mess. That is, the answer I get from you is that "we knowingly do not use any subcontractors, you must therefore solve this yourself in some way, you can if you want to drive up here and pay to send the package back to Royal Design, so maybe they can solve it later. "
This is just incredibly embarrassing and should not be in line with how such a large and "serious" company as PostNord acts in its customer affairs. Incredibly bad that in this you simply don't give a damn regarding the support of your customer in a case caused by your own negligence and really just say "solve it yourself".
