I should had received a package from US. When It came to the customs in Denmark I had 10 days to pay the tax to receive it. I paid it after 9 days. Then 7 days after I paid the money they say its too late and they return my package to the US. Nothing I can do but wait 3 weeks before it returns to US and then I can wait 1 month again after that to get a new delivery.
I sent a package from Denmark to Finland. The employees at Føtex Postnord station in Esbjerg printed and placed the wrong label on the package and therefore my package was sent to a completely different address with a different sender. I have submitted several complaints on the Postnord website with no replies.
How is it possible that Postnord is aware that the package is going to the wrong address, and they are not able to stop the package from being delivered or they cannot ask the receiver to return the package? In addition, Postnord does not do reply to several on my complaints and does nothing, even though they are aware of the situation and the sending Postnord station has recognized the they made a mistake.
How is it possible that the sender and receiver can track the package but it is not possible to return the package when a mistake has been made?
Take note - Swedish government owns a large share of PostNord. 60%?
My children was expecting a gift package from their grandparents overseas ever since corona seperated us. We were to told to pay tax even though its a gift and the value is less than 300SEK. PostNord said the package is valued at 20,000SEK! We refused to pay the amount they asked, and when we ask for custom declare ID No. ( advise by Tullverket), PostNord refused to provide... Seriously?
They then send the parcel back even the case is according to them under processing time
I think this is a mafia company that extort money from customers.
I think all us should start a public legal action against this company!

I sent my recommended package to England 8 weeks ago. My dad has still received no package phoned postnord they told me I must ring around in England and find my package lol no idea who has collected my package there. You carnt track your package on there site. I filled out a refund form on thete home page still no reply. Phoned again they say i have not filled any form out. Well I have screenshot of my application. Oh fill another one out then absolutely disgusting way to be treated the konsument ombudsman has taken this up with there solicitors now. My package was insured for 1500kr plus 400 kr postage. Avoid this company like the plaque. You will get robbed absolut vermin.
I posted a birthday gift to my mum, and the package arrived to one of postnords depos and sat there for nearly 3weeks. Apparently one digit in the telephone no for the receipient was wrong and so they couldn't deliver the package.
For heaven sake is it not a postal service? Why couldn't they have sent out a note to the recipient saying you have a package to collect? Shambles and utter disgrace! Give the service we've paid for or it is in fact criminal activity you're conducting!

Absolutely the worst and most frustrating experience… And still waiting for my package! The updates were useless and gave no indication of when my package would arrive. After being home the entire week they claim to have not been able to deliver to my house, with no further information about where the package would be going. Suddenly the next day it seems as if the package would be delivered but instead, hours later there is a new update that the package was delivered to a post office. But there is no information which post office! Of course there is no way to find this information via their poor digital platform so will need to wait to contact their support tomorrow… But reading from the other reviews this will be another headache.
In short: avoid this company at all costs!
Update: waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up (within the support opening hours)…. No one picked up. Scam!
FINAL UPDATE (RESOLVED): Called again the following morning and someone picked up. They claimed to not have any more information for me but would connect me to another part of the company. However, he seemed to just hang-up instead of forwarding me. I called back and this time a lady picked up the phone and with the exact same information she WAS able to find the address where my package had been dropped off. I went to collect it and no problem. Big thank you to that one lady from support! Still, I would avoid this company for international shipping if possible. They should really work on their digital platform so it can provide more information!
I made 2 major shipments (each 500+ euros) with postnord. Both of them got lost and it took ages (1 month) to solve the issue. In the end it was delivered but that simply can not happen.
They deliver my package to the wrong town. How can a transport company miss such a basic thing? If you want your stuff do not send your things with them.
PostNord refuses to give me my package that has been delivered to them from the ICA bank, although I have provided my personal number and passport as well as a paper that shows my personal number from official Skatteverket in Sweden. I would like to complain legally and will pursuit this.
Went to open a box thing didnt open and it told me that i couldnt identify myself with bank ID when i litreally orderd it on my name and i was right next to the box. Terrible
PostNord is by far the best-known delivery service in Sweden and by far the most incompetent. Perhaps PostNord's domination of the market has made them complaisant as their delivery men don't seem to have the wit or inclination to get into the locked retirement home building in which I live. A case in point is a packet I expected on February 14th. We have an access security system here that all other delivery service operatives seem to know how to use. But not PostNord's. I got a text message on February 15th saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed because I wasn't available. I was. I'm always available, charged mobile phone in hand. To get my packet I would have to trundle my rullator up the hill to the nearest convenience store where it had been dumped. I rang PostNord and that isn't easy. Getting through the menus of options and the inevitable long queue to talk to a human being was dispiriting to say the least. Dispiriting and futile. I sent emails and tried phoning again. That time I was told that I could order another delivery, but it would cost me 120 kr. I gritted my teeth and agreed. I wanted that packet. Several days later I got a new text message saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed … need I go on? I got my packet eventually as a young member of staff here very kindly went to pick it up from the convenience store where it had been dumped a second time. I've learned my lesson. And that is PostNord — Never Again!
First, it was delayed for 10 days, then the tracking status says it is delivered, BUT to the wrong address.
All contact sources are suddenly out of service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I don't recommend, they don't deliver, they steal parcels, and they don't answer e-mails.

This is now the second time something I've ordered has been shipped via postnord,
And they just take way too long to process the item.
This is the second time that my parcels have disappeared without a trace at Postnord. The first time was a postcard. But this time it is stuff that is quite expensive. That hits my wallet very hard.
On the internet I come across statements that Postnord steals parcels. I am convinced that he does. After all, Postnord first said that the parcel was still in Sweden. When I contacted them again, Postnord said that the parcel had arrived in the recipient's country and that the courier from the recipient's country had lost it.
The parcel was sent insured. Nevertheless, Postnord does not want to compensate me because the courier from the recipient's country allegedly lost the parcel, even though I entrusted Postnord with the parcel. So Postnord blames the courier.
I have done everything possible. Already contacted PTS, contacted over 100 second hand shops. Finally, I had the idea to turn to the power of the Internet. The package contained games from my childhood. I bought them to surprise a friend as a Christmas present. Christmas is long gone. Thanks to Postnord, his Christmas was ruined.
I'm hoping for your help here. On the one hand, I hope that people here will help me figure out what else I should do. On the other hand, I'm posting the pictures of the games. It has serial numbers on it. If anyone has found the same game on Traedera or Ebay, I would be very grateful if they would let me know.

I had paid for home delivery and my supplier was using PostNord. I got notifications that the delivery would happen on 2021-10-21 between 17.00 and 22.00 (did not book these hours myself).
At about 18.50 on the delivery date I got a notification from PostNord saying my delivery was up next. I opened my gate to facilitate for them and waited until 23.00 when I gave up and closed the gate again.
I sent an email to PostNord letting them know that I never received my delivery. The following morning I also called their customer support and asked when they were going to deliver my parcel. They said they didn't have the time to deliver that day (day after the actual delivery date!).
When I asked them why my parcel wasn't delivered and why I was getting notifications (even that my delivery was up next) one PostNord staff said my area was inaccessible (not true of course). Another staff said it wasn't delivered because the hours were wrong (the hours they themselves had booked for my delivery).
Finally (2021-10-22) I had to go myself to PostNord in Veddesta to get my parcel. The staff were being cheeky and difficult and nobody even said they were sorry.
If a normal company has such bad service, it would be closed by now

Terrible experience. No Phone calls, deliver man came in the morning while am at work and failed to deliver my package at pickup Point.
Answer: I really did not choose Postnord. I would never do that (based on previous experiences). This time, I had to order some products online and the saler company only has contract with Postnord for home delivery.
Answer: Its bunch of criminals organized to stole packages.
