Horrible service

Horrible delivery experience. 16.30-22.00 is a ridiculously long period to be expected home just to receive a delivery. Cancelled my plan to stay home for a delivery just to be notified at 22.22 that the item is delayed and will be delivered on the "next distribution day". People have lives and cannot just wait around for your random delivery service. Never choose or shop on any site knowing that they use Postnord as a delivery company.

Postnord sent my parcel to the wrong place ON 3 YES 3 occasions. IT IS A LOUSY SERVICE

Över 1 veckas försening trots upprepade samtal till Postnord
Beställde hemleverans av ett paket som skulle levereras av postnord, skulle kommit Fredag för en vecka sedan. Fick sms att det blivit försenat. Ringer postnord på Måndagen efter helgen, gör en ny beställning och blev informerad att det skulle komma på Tisdagen mellan 12-16, kommer inget paket. Inga sms, ingenting. Ringer postnord igen och blir informerad om att det nu kommer skickas till ett utlämningsställe som vi kommit överens om. Det skulle vara där på Torsdag. Idag, Fredag, 1 vecka senare, har det fortfarande inte kommit. Ringer Postnord igen bara för att bli informerad om att paketet nu ligger på deras distributionscenter 1 timme bort. Eran oprofessionella hantering är fenomenal

Beware of PostNord: A Cautionary Tale of Deception and Lost Trust

I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with PostNord to warn others about their dishonest practices. I trusted them with something valuable—a mobile phone I was sending to the UK. They insisted I purchase insurance, promising protection in case anything happened. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a nightmare.

Two months later, my phone mysteriously disappeared. I reached out to PostNord, hoping they would honor the insurance I paid for. Instead, they refused to compensate me, citing a policy that my phone's value exceeded their insurance limits. This crucial detail was conveniently withheld when they convinced me to buy their so-called "protection."

This feels like a scam. They lured me into paying extra for insurance and then turned their backs when it was time to take responsibility. It's not just about the lost phone—it's about the betrayal of trust and the dishonest business practices.

I urge everyone to avoid using PostNord. Their promises of security are empty, and their customer service is non-existent when it matters most. Don't make the same mistake I did—protect yourself and your valuables by choosing a more reliable service.

Worst company ever.

Worst company ever.
You can't reach them. They only have a useless chatbot, which has a limited number of options to ask.
When it asks you to transfer you to a real person, that person replies after a day, and his second message is "Since you havent replied I will have to close the chat", one minute after his first message.

They couldn't find me at my place(or at least thats what they say), so instead of drop the package in the nearest kiosk/parcel shop, they decided to send the parcel back to Germany.
In general, it's the worst company ever.

I would give -3 stars, but unfortunately, 1 is the minimum.

Lost my parcel to Poland, didn't refund anything as they told me that wrong service was selected, even though that service was recommended in the post office departement. Terrrible-terrible service. Sending something through PostNord is like throwing it away.

They have stopped my shipping for 3 days now since March 10th, I have been calling them for help and every day they are lying to me that I will get an update but it still hasn't happened, I don't know where I can call to fix this problem or who to contact?! I will never use their services again

Never Again!

PostNord is by far the best-known delivery service in Sweden and by far the most incompetent. Perhaps PostNord's domination of the market has made them complaisant as their delivery men don't seem to have the wit or inclination to get into the locked retirement home building in which I live. A case in point is a packet I expected on February 14th. We have an access security system here that all other delivery service operatives seem to know how to use. But not PostNord's. I got a text message on February 15th saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed because I wasn't available. I was. I'm always available, charged mobile phone in hand. To get my packet I would have to trundle my rullator up the hill to the nearest convenience store where it had been dumped. I rang PostNord and that isn't easy. Getting through the menus of options and the inevitable long queue to talk to a human being was dispiriting to say the least. Dispiriting and futile. I sent emails and tried phoning again. That time I was told that I could order another delivery, but it would cost me 120 kr. I gritted my teeth and agreed. I wanted that packet. Several days later I got a new text message saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed … need I go on? I got my packet eventually as a young member of staff here very kindly went to pick it up from the convenience store where it had been dumped a second time. I've learned my lesson. And that is PostNord — Never Again!

Unprofessional workers

"I paid for home delivery and provided all the information they requested. The driver called me to confirm if I was home and said 'see you soon' after I affirmed. However, he didn't come and instead, left the delivery for collection at a parcel shop. I spoke with customer support, who apologized and said they would fix it. The following day, the delivery was still ready for pickup. Customer support informed me that the driver's company did not respond to the request to rectify the situation. After a formal complaint, they simply stated there was nothing they could do about it, even though the person I spoke with on the phone agreed that I was completely right, and acknowledged that the driver had been very unprofessional, for which she was very sorry.

They failed to deliver in December 2023 and January 2024 half of my Christmas presents.

Do NOT trust them for important documents or important mail. They sent my mails to a nearby convenience store, did NOT send me the notification to go pick it up and after 6 days they returned everything.

Postnord does NOT deliver! It's a gamble, if you're feeling lucky give it a try. You might get your package, or you might not.

Worst service in the world

Parcel was taken back with no proper feedback and explanations.
First they say doors were closed, unable to reach customer and So they have taken back the parcel. But below the description we have provided the contact number, but they never reach us at all at any circumstances.
Secondly they asked us to book another delivery date and time but when we try to attempt to do it, they said it can't be done and we need to wait untill we receive any feedback from them. Since we didn't any feedback from them we reached them again they say parcel is damaged and cannot be delivered. Unable to reach the customer were automated message.
Finally they can't even track where the exact parcel is currently. I lost so much money out of it. More than money First time even have seen such a lethargic, casual attitude ever in any field. I have been in to many countries this level of attitude is mind blowing. They simply revert back that i can't do anything and complain anywhere to get the justice out of it. They have the privileges to do wat ever they want.

Lost package

$#*!tiest company lost or stollen package after 3 days in swedish teritory. They don t want to recognise the fact that the package is lost and they offer $#*! compensation only for the purchase of delivery not for the value of the package. Worst company ever for delivery. You can just throw your package in the river it s safer to get to destination.

A lot of delay on International parcels, and the worst that it's too expensive. I advise people to pay a little more and send your International packages with International companies.

Incompetent

Ignored, no answer, rude and no delivery. Even with strikes Royal Mail is quicker.
So far 11 days and still no delivery even though I can track it. It is basically sat in their customs department who obviously can't read the customs form. Useless

First, it was delayed for 10 days, then the tracking status says it is delivered, BUT to the wrong address.
All contact sources are suddenly out of service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Out of 8 packages I ordered in Sweden Postnord was not able to deliver a single one to my door. I have to get it myself at the post office in ~10 min walking distance. Also it takes about 5-7 days until it is ready for pickup.
