You need to make improvements to your delivery service. Took 2 hours for a 45-60 mins order. The driver was suppose to be at my apt by 9:21 and didn't get to me until 10:30pm. He went to another damn borough when my order was only a 10 mins drive away because he had other orders to deliver. How the hell did he end of in another borough 30 mins away from where I live. You need to make improvements immediately or you are not going to have a successful business. I will never use you to order anything again.

POSTMATES IS A PRICE GAUGING SCAM! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. CHARGED 30 dollars in hidden fees to deliver $70 of food 2 blocks! Totally bad service and they have no shame in stealing money from customers during pandemic. BOYCOTT POSTMATES!

I ordered from postmates because they offered free delivery. I ordered a small pizza and the website made me add 4 toppings to the pizza when I only wanted one. The price I agreed to was $13 dollars. My order came 2 hours late and was cold. I complained to postmates about this and they offered a $10 credit to my account that I HAD to use within 5 days. Two days later I checked my account and was charged over $32 dollars for the small pizza and also had a $13 dollar pending transaction, which was the original amount I was supposed to pay. I contacted postmates for a refund and they told me that the $13 dollars was a "ESTIMATED" charge! I would have NEVER agreed to pay over 30 DOLLARS for a small pizza! They NEVER informed me of the price change and NEVER got my authorization for this charge. I am DISGUSTED WITH POSTMATES AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Placed pickup order with postmates they never called to inform us they weren't able to deliver it. The restaurant actually called to let us know it was still sitting after an hour. Followed up with postmates and they said the order was cancelled because they had no one to pick it up.

Horrible service

I ordered food and a drink, my food was incorrect and my drink was tampered with, I asked for a full refund and they only wanted to give me a partial credit not even send it back to my card. I requested a full refund and for them to close my account. They kept emailing me a repeated message and wouldn't give me my money back, they have blocked me from using my account and still have not refunded me my money. They are horrible and you cannot reach anyone for help.

I wish I could give a zero. I need to file a formal complaint against one of your fleeters and also speak to a manager. I placed an order and she wouldn't go pick it up. When I attempted to contact her she ignored my phone calls and text messages. We waited 4 hours. The order just got canceled. I even attempted to place another order(while your fleeter claimed to be at the restaurant). She was not. I could see her location for the last 4 hours. She was miles away. My husband had to go out in a pandemic to pick up food. That's unacceptable. I had to wait over 3 hours to hear back from anyone on your support team. That's unacceptable. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience. They gave me a $5 credit. That's unacceptable. I have a 3 year old. And my husband had to expose himself during a pandemic due to the unprofessionalism and negligence of your fleeter. I cannot and will not take this lightly. Please have a manager call me ASAP *******515

I placed a $70 order with postmates, the entire order was messed up! I ordered a $30 container of ceviche, it was missing completely, I ordered tacos that were supposed to be plain (due to allergies) they had everything on them. I contacted customer service and they refused to give me a credit or refund my money. I will contact my bank to see if anything can be done. DO NOT USE POSTMATES, they will steal your food and your money.

I cancel my account with Postmates because I order food based on their menu price at $14.25 including $4.70 tax, & free delivery with promo code wannaeat totaling $18.95. Once my payment processed my order came up to $27.65 I was shooked. Customer service said the merchant charged me $22.99 plus $4.70. Despite Postmates wrong menu price they refused to pay the difference even though I went by their menu price. Never again.

Terrible. My driver picked up my food and drove all over Mesa so I couldn't even cancel it to get my money back. And in the option to talk to postmates they dont have a number in their app it's only by email. Now my driver stopped responding. I made this order after 3pm and now its after 6. So now I just paid for his meal write. Your business is a disgrace.

Cancel the food from panda express for 102. It says cancel and reorder again. Got bank statement it charge double even say cancel confirm. Ask a refund but 5 customers from postmates email say the same line it's already 5 days. Cant refund it. Here I am lost $102.14. Why confirm cancel from postmates but you charge me twice!

Ordered Delivery, they sent me a notification saying pickup. I immediately reported it to Postmates, and they said they can't do anything, but thanks for using Postmates. No credit, nothing. Pickup for my meal was 40minutes away, so I was not able to pick it up halfway through my work day. Stay away from Postmates! Use another delivery service.

Horrible service!

I have been a loyal customer for almost a little over a year. I never had a problem with them until this year 2020. Every time I order my food either my whole order is not complete or the drivers are extremely late. So I am always complaining to them about my order and the only option they provide is either putting it on my credit for next order free OR refund. Of course I put refund because I hardly now order due to losing my job from COVID-19 Pandemic. Today I ordered from Dairy Queen and it shows on the map that driver is 6 mins away. It has been almost 2 hours that it shows on the map either 6 mins, then 1 min back to 6 mins. I texted the driver and no response. I called the driver and he sounded confused and said he will check his phone. I waited for another 30 minutes and then I get a text on the app that he delivered my order and to tip him. I immediately emailed the company and said they will not refund me my money because of my accounts of refund. After emailing them back to back me being very upset, all of a sudden I get an email back stating they will refund me my money back. That's not the point! The point is they need to check what type of drivers they are hiring to deliver customers orders! They are the worse company to do business with! They don't even deserve a ONE star either!

This review isn't a complaint about the outrageous service fee that doesn't even include the delivery fee, and the unusually high taxes. I ordered on the app, and about 40 minutes later it says there is a delay at the restaurant. Then an hour later it says the the restaurant cancelled my order. Then it says no driver available, as the reason. When I call the restaurant, they say my order has been ready and is just sitting there, since they spoke to me earlier when I called. WHAAAAAAT? The restaurant had no clue that I used Postmates, and said that the order was called in. I went to pick up my food, it was the items I ordered on the App. They had my name spelled wrong and a phone number that I never heard of. The restaurant said that they don't even do business with Postmates. So basically it appears that Postmates May be listing restaurants without their knowledge or permission, then impersonating the customer to call the order in. This company is COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY! Thank God I used Apple Pay. I wonder if they would have impersonated me to use my credit card info as well. Scary!

PostMates somehow started charging us monthly a while ago. Sure, I accept partial responsibility for falling for their trap and not catching it right away. However, now that I have written them and asked for a refund and asked for the bills to stop and cancel my account, they are "useless". Its been 3 weeks and all they can say is they will elevate my issue to someone else since they cant cancel my account. Repeated e-mails and a few phone calls (but only got through once) has resulted in no answers or assistance. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... STAY AWAY FROM POSTMATES at all cost.

I ordered a pizza from Marcos last Friday night and never received it. We called Marcos to find out what happened to it and they had no idea. I called Postmates and they said since the restaurant had the order down as made and picked up, they couldn't refund our money. They could not (or would not) tell me where our pizza was actually delivered. I strongly recommend you never use Postmates.

This service is absolutely horrible! This was my very first time using this service and the very last! I normally use DoorDash or UberEats; however, on yesterday I decided to order from a restaurant online and the link directed me to Postmates! First off it the merchant did not have my items nor did the start on my order when I arrived! They cancelled my order! I watched them do so! I had to search far and wide just to find out how to reach any customer service for this service which is horrible for someone using the services! After learning I could only use email I emailed Postmates and advised what happened because the charges were still on my card and it was cancelled BY THE MERCHANT! Postmates has refused to give me a refund on a $40 order. I was out of my money and no food! Looking at these reviews I see that they are clearly a horrible service consistently! It's definitely not a service I will recommend to anyone I know! Overpriced and are a scam! Full of thieves!
