If there is no star, i will give no star. This company does NOT deserve one star. Two of the items didn't arrive for THREE MONTHS so I contacted them. They said they just sent one of them and the other one is out of stock. They didn't let me know until I asked! And then, when I asked them to refund the out of stock item they said they will give me a coupon for 15 dollars. My order was over 15 dollars! Ha! So I said my order is slightly over 15 dollars and asked them to check my previous e-mail but they are keep sending me the same response that they can give 15 dollars coupon for my order of 10.92 dollars which is not correct! I asks them to re-check it and they don't. They are just sending me the same answers without checking. I am so mad and I was so shocked how irresponsible and not-smart this company is. The customer service person does not read the e-mail and just say the same thing. If they continue to do it. I may sue the company because of their irresponsibility and not refunding the money back when it is their fault for not sending the item!

I was very drawn in by the adorable outfits and placed a $60 order. I placed my order March 27th and it is now May 1st and I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. I have contacted customer service multiple times... they have given me multiple tracking numbers and I'm so regretful that I placed an order with this company.

Absolute scam

Ordered tools... got a pair of fake ray bans and a fake piece of jewellery.
They will entertain you with a few pidgeon english e mails then disappear

Hey Are LAIRS! AND THEY WONT SEND YOU ANYTHING. THE TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER WAS GOING TO GET TO THE WAREHOUSE APRIL 8 AND ITS WAS GOING TO SHIP BEFORE THE 10TH, IVE ORDER THE DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTERS PHOTOSHOOT. AND seems Like i wont be recieving it. I email them multiple times about getting a refund. But no answer. They just steal your money.

First, I tried entering a coupon as I was the first time?, And it did not go through. I contacted the company immediately, and they told me they were unable to help me. I asked for a refund, and they refused. Then, only 1/2 my order arrived, 1 month after I ordered it. I emailed asking about the other half, and was told it was shipped, and that I should ask my neighbors if they saw it. As if someone took it off my porch. I asked Julia for a tracking number so I can contact the USPS, and was given a number that is not legitimate. I asked again and received the same number. The post office told me I need either a customs number or number with letters in front of it, and without this I cant trackma package coming into the US. I emailed back-and-forth again, Julia told me she was not responsible for an order that was lost. Are you serious? Only one thing was of quality and fit, the other six items that did arrive are in poor condition, the colors have already bled on one another, and two do not fit. I still have yet to receive the rest of the order, and I paid something like $130 for everything. Thats an expensive cheap set I did get! Eek! Please beware of this company. I do not recommend you support them!

Still waiting on my products ordered on
The 10th of June, its now July 14 supposedly sent July 3rd have had 2 run around emails, with tracking numbers that dont work! Looks like my order ( if it even is an order or just a scam) wasnt even completely filled! Have lodge a claim with PayPal hopefully get my money back

Costumer service

So after I wrote the review here. I sent pictures of what I received vs what I ordered to costumer service. The reaction was very frustrating. At first I was offered a 6$ coupon for the next purchase which I rejected because i am not spending more money on a website where the core issue is quality. Then I got offered 18$. Which I was upset because they were not addressing the problem I had which is the quality itself but at the same time they are being cheap with how they are trying to fix it. So they come back to me offering me to refund 10% of my purchase which is 5$. So I was mind blown that after I rejected their 18$ their counter offer is 5$.
At this point I asked them to stop e_mailing me because this is getting too frustrating and wasting my time. So they apologize and offer me a full refund but only if I remove my bad review. Which again I refused because I shouldn't give them something for them to finally fix the issue properly. Plus it's not right and deceiving. Before I placed my order I read the reviews and that gave me the push to buy stuff from them but now I understand why they have such good reviews.

Worst company

I placed 2 separate ordered one for 2 Minnie Mouse back packs for my daughters 1st day of kindergarten in sept I purchased mid aug. Never recived them but in the mean time a few days after that purchase I ordered her a pair of shoes and a dress. Those came about 2 weeks later dress was ok shoes which I carefully picked the correct size came and was a toddler shoe my kid wears a 12 kids this shoe was infant 3. I had emailed about the bags I payed through the company the dress and shoes I used pay pal. They emailed back on the bags and said oh u only purchased one and the color u choose is not in stock ok a month later when was I going to be contacted and I was billed $35 so yes I purchase 2 bags. Looked at my PayPal I was charged $64 for a dress $12 dress and $14 shoes I also had free shipping but was charged $18 for that. Going back and forth with them they say if I close the paypal dispute they will ship the bag I didn't agree but because I did recive the to small shoes and dress PayPal closed that case so end of story I was robbed over charged and never recived my items. Don't buy from this company the honestly give China a bad name. May they burn in a fiery inferno forever I give them s ZERO

I ordered in March2019. When I didn't receive in May, I contacted the company. They told me the package was in transit and provided a tracking number. In June, I contacted them again and they told me it had been delivered and to contact my local post office. My post office had no record of the tracking number provided. Contacted company who gave me another tracking number which was also not found by my local post office so I asked for a refund. They told me I would have to wait until they received the items back. Later received an email that my items were returned and that I can reship them for $6. I sent the receipt for the reshipping fee and they told me that it was actually $10... then later said it was actually $12. I refused to send any more money and demanded a refund of my purchase and the money I sent to reship. My order was $118. They told me they could only refund $90... then, that turned into $76. Needless to say that I never received any of the money back. Each time I contact them to follow up, they just apologize and tell me to please wait some more. Given the chain of events, I believe they are not planning to refund my money, but instead continue to give me the run around. I tried to dispute with paypal who rated in their favor because they provided some kind of proof that the item was delivered... LIES! I provided paypal with the email where they told me they would process my refund, and now that the dispute is closed, I cannot appeal to send them the email where they told me that they received the items back. I am disappointed with paypal and extremely angered with Popreal. I'm now going through my bank which I hope can help me. Its not fair that they just took my money and are getting away with scamming people!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a matching dress set for my daughter and I and it never came. I repeatedly told them I did not get the item. They gave me a website and tracking number only they could track because when I tried to it said tracking number was not found. I went to my local post office 3times looking for my package which seemed to keep bouncing around. When it is finally found post office said it had no label on it and was being sent back to them.
When I informed them what wa happening they asked me to pay a $10 reshipping to receive the items. I refuse because I did nothing wrong.

On numerous occasions I was assured that my package was on the way to me (which was a lie). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY! I have asked for a refund and I have heard nothing. POPREAL IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I had the worst experience with popreal.com and their costumer service. I made an order at July (items were for summer) but received them only at the end of august, which means they are basically not needed anymore. They sent them in 3 seperate shipments, because as they told - it was faster since some of ordered items was not available. Then I received a letter that two of my purchased items are out of stock, they offered to choose another item for 17 or get 20 coupon, I chose another item, but didn't received it. Contacted them again, once again they said sorry and offered to choose another item, I was more than annoyed... But I chose another item again. And guess what? September 22 still nothing... Contacted them and told I will not wait any longer, and I want a refund, but they offered me a coupon again! I said I will never purchase from the shop again! And then they tried to tell me that it will take very long and I should choose a coupon AGAIN. I asked for a refund, and they told me they will refund 5... I was shocked, I lost 17 purchases items and they are trying to refund me only 5... I was more than angry! And somehow all the purchase history is gone from my account, so I had to make screenshots of e-mail they've sent me to proove it wasn't 5.
People, don't waste your money and time, the quality isn't worth it, if you're from Europe your christmas items probably will be there by the time of summer (and probably will be missing something).

I ordered off this website December 10,2017 and canceled it cause I found out I would be waiting forever for my order, I canceled the order like 2 hours after ordering it they told be it will take 15-20days to see refund of my credit card its January 16,2018 now, I wrote them back and asked wheres my refund they said they had some issues with computer system and I have to wait another 7-10days I want my money back and it should take this long!
