I ordered an item and received after nearly one month. The item was low quality and missing parts that were as described in the item picture. I emailed the customer service and they kept offering me $3 coupon and 5% discount on the next buy. The fact they told me that they never had that part in their store and asked me to buy to from my local store. What a crappy experience in online shopping.

Do not order from them! I went through the checkout process just to get shipping information and it submitted my order without a confirmation. I emailed to cancel immediately and it took 48 hours for them to get back to ask how they can change the order for me. I told them again I wanted to cancel and 24 hours later they asked again how they can change it. I responded that I wanted it cancelled immediately and still have not received a response. I am livid and will never try to shop here.
For anyone thinking about ordering through Popreal, DO NOT. It's been nothing but issues from the beginning! I ordered my son 3 pairs of shoes, shipping states that it will take 4-7 days for processing and 4-7 days for shipping. With that being said, I ordered these shoes on July 8th, I have been in contact with them via email since July 18th because the tracking was not updated since. I have been very patient with this company until about a month ago, track was still not updated and I have asked for a refund for the 2 pairs of shoes I haven't received. In one email the lady (Alice) states that they must have been lost in the shipping process. There for I ask for my refund and I no longer want the shoes, due to my son growing like a wild weed. She states that she could do the refund and then later emails me again saying they will reship them, I tell her I do not want the shoes I want my refund it has been over two months. I also ask for someone higher to contact me to help me solve this issue since I'm getting no where's with this lady. I am then told by (Alina) that they were not lost and will be here shortly, I then receive and email stating they are sorry for the inconvenience and I will be getting them shortly, upon checking the tracking of the shoes that I have made known I no longer want, THEY HAVE RESHIPPED BOTH SHOES, that I clearly have asked for a refund for!
The clothes are adorable. That's about it though. The sizes are never the same or what you'd expect. The material is poor quality. And don't even get me started on the shipping. Don't even bother paying extra for quicker shipping it doesn't make a difference. Things that should have taken 10 days MAX I didn't get for about 25. Oh and if you email them about it asking for your expidided shipping fee back all they will say is " thank you for the email customer" It's a joke. Save your money.
Customer service is terrible. I requested an order be cancelled BEFORE it was shipped and the stupid lady emailing me ignored it and then after it was shipped told me there was nothing she could do! So I got stuck with one order. She finally cancelled the second order and promised me my money in 3-7 days. It has been 12 days and still no refund! Customer service ignores what you request. The dress is super cheap. I paid like over $30 for it. On top of that, I am without my money and the other dress I paid for. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this rip off Chinese website. It's a waste of money, stress, and time. All of the people on here satisfied with their orders obviously don't realize they are paying a high price for a cheap piece of fabric. Awful awful awful.
Very poor Quailty and shipping. U never know when u will get ur parcel. No tracking number. Better to stay far from this POPREAL Chinese site...
It took 25-30 days for shipment, that too after countless follow-up emails. Finally it arrived and now it is even worse! Poor workmanship and very low quality material. Not at all worth the money. And these guys offer you coupons for your next purchase if you tell them that you want to return. Who wants to buy again from these fraudsters after such an awful experience! Worst thing is, if you are not in China, it will cost you way too high for return shipment. So, you'll lose your money even if they refund you after returning the items. Would not recommend buying from these guys. And definitely, the five star reviews are fake!
At first I was very sceptic to order something from abroad as I live in Switzerland but there are soo cute outfits for the kids on the webpage that I couldn't resist :o)
I was very surprised about the very friendly and helpful customer support who gives you a feedback within the same day. This is something you wish for here in Switzerland. Therefore I felt really comortable.
I received my packages after 2 week approx. I couldn't wait to open it. I was very surprised about the quality of the dresses I ordered. The dresses look as great as on the webpage! The quality is perfect. It looks so cute on my baby girl :o)
The issue here in Switzerland is that you do not get such cute outfits anywhere for a reasonable price. Popreal has these very very cute outfits for low money but the quality is still great and even better then from some other shops around here!
I placed my order on June 16th and went with the super saving service which promises you to receive your order within 30 days.
It's August 31 and my order is still in China.
I did receive "part" of the order and the quality of it is VERY LOW. It's one dollar store quality. Nothing like the pictures. The ribbon of my baby's shoe is almost ripped and it's glued in a way that a 6 years old kid can glue it better than them.
The customer service is extremely useless. After I sent them the pictures of the clothes and the shoes, they said "We are very sorry, we will offer you a 6$ coupon"!
I placed my order on 8/1 and didn't hear anything after 2 weeks, so I sent them an emily twice and post on their fb community to asked about my order, never got any response from the email and also say delete the message I post on their Facebook, I finally got my order today, which is 8/30 ( almost one month) and I'm realized they shipped from china directly to the state, The order I received is completely different than the picture On their site, very cheap quality not even worth for $10, never ever order again!

I have ordered 3 products and paid for all 3. Got a confirmation mail too. After 15 days on enquiry i have been told that 1 product is out of stock. Shipping took exactly 1 month. At first i was provided with tracking number which wasnt2 working. Later on frequent calls n mails i was provided with another number which worked. My question is if the product is out of stock why dont you show it like other sites does. The quality of product is terrible. I cant even say its a 3rd copy. Why showing the mesmerizing images and fooling the people. Show what u actually have. Finishing of the product was too bad. Even in my craft classes i have made better than the one i got from popreal.
The shipping is terrible! I selected express shipping, which guarantees you the package within 13 days. Not only have I not received the package, but the tracking information they finally gave me after asking for it twice, still shows that the package "is not found" with the number they gave me. Either it still hasn't shipped or it means I will not actually be getting anything. If I ever receive anything, I will write another review regarding the quality, but I guess I'll have to keep my fingers crossed to even do that.
I have had the worst experience with this website. The clothes didn't fit. It took much longer than promised to get the order. You have to pay for shipping back to china which is very expensive and you have to chase them for months to give your money back. Never never never again. What a waste of money
This is the first time and the last time to buy clothes from them. Super bad service because I can't receive the tracking number at all after made a payment. No reply from customer service email and finally reach the staff to check my order status by Facebook. Finally I got my tracking number and finally received the parcel after 35 days! Bad quality clothes and it doesn't worth the price and super incredibly long waiting time!
I had very bad experience with this site, they are just stolin your money. The order is coming if you are lucky in 3 months and the quality is very poor. The size very small. They are China not UK. Stay away from them.
Beware of these scammers! Their 5 star reviews are fakes! I nearly purchased two dresses from them but when I saw the currency conversion I decided not to continue with the purchase. My card was charged anyway even though I did not complete the payment process. When I asked for my money back I received a $#*! and bull story about the difficulties of their financial department in processing refunds. When I challenged this I was informed that I wasn't charged as they don't have my PayPal password! My bank account suggests otherwise. I seriously doubt that I am getting my money back from these scammers!
Was placed order on 11 Jul and received on 3 Aug. Very disappointed when received the order. The clothes quality are not worth of the money that paid. Some of size even not correct. Won't buy from this site again!
