You will order items and be told exactly a month later that your items are out of stock and your money was already debited out of your account! This happened to me. I ordered March 1,2018 was notified just before April 1,2018 that my items were out of stock and I am STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!
Terrible wouldn't wear there items for free been trying to get a refund and no one will respond. This is fraud they are going to be reported to the BBB and my lawyer this is ridiculous DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY
I ordered 3 items over a month ago and was charged shipping, I finally today received ONLY ONE item that I ordered, mine youbit was nothing like what was advertised. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered an item and received after nearly one month. The item was low quality and missing parts that were as described in the item picture. I emailed the customer service and they kept offering me $3 coupon and 5% discount on the next buy. The fact they told me that they never had that part in their store and asked me to buy to from my local store. What a crappy experience in online shopping.

Having received one item out of four, we asked for a refund for the missing items. The customer service with different names replied the emails like robots. No matter what we wrote to them, they offered coupons and claimed that processing a refund takes around 25 days. It's been more than two months and not any news on refunding our 60 something euro! Read the below email out of many we received from their customer service on July 27th. Its been two months since their last email and we believe our money has been stolen!

If zero was an option that's what I would have given them. I bought a dress for my one year-old to wear to a wedding and the dress that they sent was extremely poorly made and did not represent the dress I found online. The flowers on the dress were cut jagged, torn, and poorly placed on the dress. Contacted popreal regarding the dress that was sent to me and they told me that customers have reviewed the dress well and the dress is fine. I included pictures when I contacted them to show the poor quality of the dress and they just dismissed it. And the next email replying back they said I could have a 10% partial refund and keep the damaged dress or I could pay for shipping to return the item. Paying for return shipping it would cost more to try to get a refund. I would never recommend this company based off of the quality of item and Customer Service. Popreal is taking advantage of customers.
Update- I have emailed back and forth with customer service and they have refunded half of my money, but refuse to refund the rest until I remove my review. Awful awful company and would strongly advise people not to buy from popreal.

I just ordered my daughter a dress for Christmas and I accidentally ordered The wrong color I wanted it from pink to red and I said at least five or more emails message them on Facebook and I keep getting a response from an automatic machine saying that they will reach back to me one of the messages said that they are on vacation and will be back soon what kind of crap is that how are you on vacation your a business you don't get vacation either respond or cancel my package order number: P******* I don't want to be waiting two months to receive a package that's ridiculous you guys need to get this fixed

I was told in March (2018) that my order from Feb 1,2018 was partly shipped and the last item would be shipped once it was "in stock". April came and no package arrived and the tracking kept showing "not valid". Contacted customer service and was told my remaining item was shipped Apr 24. When I asked about my other items, I was told they shipped in March and to "be patient" for the tracking to update. After going around with them for a MONTH and getting the same blanket email of "It's shipped, be patient" or "Your item shipped in April and were delivered" I gave up and filed with PayPal. I receive ONE of THREE items I ordered, and the company did nothing to resolve the issue. I even sent them a copy of the packing slip which shows only one item was in the "April" shipment and not the three I ordered. This receive the reply that my other items shipped in March and to wait for tracking to update... yeah... it's the middle of May. I'm not holding my breath. I will say, the ONE item I received is well made, but I will never order from them again.

We ordered four pairs of shoes all the same size. Three pairs came a month later, the fourth a month after that.
Of the first three, one was too small (marked 21 on the sole) and the other was defectively designed so that a human foot would not fit inside the opening (marked 23 on the sole). I was told by the company that the bottom markings were the sole size, not Popreal's size and that they had sent me the correct size, so if I returned them it was on me. I showed them a picture where the shoes were obviously 1 cm different. They were adamant that they did not make a mistake. Nothing I got was properly labeled for sale in the US, so it isn't like I could show them the tag.
The last pair came and was lower quality than I would have hoped, but the graphic (which I could not make out in the picture) stamped all over the shoe said "FAIRY."
I returned all three pairs together. I wasted a lot of time trying to get them to make my order right. It cost $47.80 for return shipping, per Popreal's instructions. The three pairs of shoes were $95 or so. I asked them to split it with me; they offered me a $5 coupon...

These people will not refund you when you try to return the bad quality with incorrect size product. They will refuse the return packages to avoid the refund. Do not shop here.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I ordered a few matching outfits for my daughter and I in early February (about 10 weeks ago) - for her birthday. I STILL haven't received all of it - and it's April 15th. After multiple attempts to contact the company with no response- I finally received one item of my order in the mail. And another 3 weeks after that, I received part of the second item (just the adult dress - not the matching girls). I am still missing two items. I have asked to return it for a refund since my daughters birthday came and went almost 2 months ago - and I simply didn't get a response on the first try. On the second try, I was asked to submit a copy of my order and they would give me a discount on my next order instead of a refund (what?) - Try #3: They said I could pay to get the pieces of the order sent back to China on my dime. It's been MONTHS of waiting for my orders... and still I haven't received the entire thing. And you want me to pay to return the items that you promised would arrive in 7-14 days?
I created my own shipping label to return the items I had so far, went to UPS - and found out it would cost more to ship the items back then I would reasonably consider paying. Ugh.
I don't have time for hassles like this. Bummed and disappointed. In an era where you can get an item from Amazon in a few days, and returns are simple, this just isn't worth your $. I have never left a negative review for a company - ever. Wanted to share in case you were hoping for something in a timely manner.
I was alerted that POPREAL are using my Images from my Brand and trying to pass them off as their OWN! This is an absolute disgrace, not only do they steal money from people, they rip of small brands too.
90% of the images you see on their website which are with people wearing clothes are NOT THEIR images!
Do not waste your time or money on their CHEAP BAD QUALITY ITEMS!
Buy from small brands, which offer beautiful handmade quality items!

I ordered 2 dresses on 2/21/18 have checked in over 4 times every week or two. They keep telling me that it will be here in a week and it has still not come. Today I got an email stating that my refund will take another 20-25 business days doe a refund. This company is absolute garbage DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
