"You have successfully paid for order P*******." They are very capable of processing payment, but are incapable or unwilling (more likely) to process the actual order.

I have ordered a dress for my daughter beginning april 13 till now waiting for it! I have it for a special occasion! After 3 weeks the dress will be useless! Till now didnt eceive the order! Yyyy still will wait and then ask for a refund this is tooo much and the worst online shopping ever!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Popreal. I ordered matching outfits for Christmas (it was my daughter's first Christmas). I ordered the outfits in plenty of time- way in advance. The outfits arrived THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I contacted customer service. They were absolutely awful to communicate with and were not willing to do anything for me. I paid for shipping with a PROMISED ARRIVAL DATE- which the clothing was obviously NOT DELIVERED in time. Extremely disappointed- will never order for this company again.

More than two months back we ordered Mommy & Baby dress as we had a birthday party scheduled, We ordered 3 weeks beforehand, delivery date said 3 to 7 working days. It did not arrive till the date & they said due to heavy demand that particular dress is out of stock & shall refund the money. Placed an order at the beginning of February and it is nearly the end of April and have still not received anything. I know the items are coming from China but I have placed orders from other companies there and the longest they will take is a month. The same day I ordered here I also placed an order in Joom (also from China) for two dresses, those came mid March and my little girl has already worn them several times. Have emailed them without receiving a response. Luckily since this was my first time ordering from this company I didnt place too big an order. It was more of a test order before ordering my little girl more dresses from there. A mommy and daughter dress for around $30. Have also filed a paypal complaint and while I am annoyed at this whole ordeal, mostly because my baby is sad we won't be dressing alike, after looking at the reviews here I am also glad my order wasnt as big as some of the other buyers. Word to the wise KEEP AWAY FROM POPREAL. And also when ordering from a new company always start off with a small $20-$25 order to see if its legit because companies like Popreal are what give Chinese online clothing stores a bad reputation. Better safe than sorry I always say.

2. You try to contact them they simply dont bother to answer back
I made a purchase of 4 items on December 05 on my end the payment went through my bank account and was confirmed and transaction made on the 6th. Today is the 7th and i received an email from popreal stating i needed to make yet another payment through paypal which i have no reason to considering i have no account etc i sent a new email in response to theirs letting the i prefer my full refund in return due to the uncomfortable circumstance of having to make another payment!; anyways so i contacted my bank to make a report and they sent me proof of the transaction and if popreal refuses to give me a full refund legal action will be taken upon on, and they were notified of this. So i highly suggest to keep your money in your pockets/banks/card w. E and look up the item/s either on eBay or elsewhere or just look for something in similar and purchase on a reliable source. POPREAL is not a place to spend hard earned money on. Im only giving a star because its mandatory, if it were my choice NO STARS at all. Rant over.

Placed order for 10 items on 14 July 2017 and when I emailed to check on the status of my order (email dated 24 July 2017), Freya from popreal replied to inform that one of the items purchased is out of stock. She asked if I could do a replacement instead. In the same email, she has informed that 7 items have been shipped out.
On 7 August 2017, I received the parcel with the 7 items and the sender's address clearly indicates that the shipment is from China. I then emailed Popreal to ask on the status of my remaining 3 items.
Alina from Popreal replied to inform that another item is out of stock, which is much to my dismay. She then asked if I want to do a replacement again. This is the second time that an item which I had purchased was out of stock so I replied to inform that this will certainly not do. Popreal needs to review the way they are handling the purchases so that customers don't have to be informed that the items are out of stock AFTER the purchases have been made. Alina did not address any of my concerns.
I find the integrity of the company very questionable and am very disappointed with the service level that was provided. Popreal has not been upfront and transparent in the dealings with the customers. This is the first time and the last time I will purchase from them. If you are keen buyer, I would have to urge you to be prudent and careful in your purchases. Do make an effort to email to find out the status of your purchase as soon as possible.
Have been trying to get a solution for wrong size delievered and the representative keeps asking me to send pictures and is incredibly rude. I do not recommmend. Stay away

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered four pairs of christmas pajamas 11/18/16. My card was charged right away. They were supposed to arrive within 3 weeks max. They didnt even ship until three weeks later (after I had to send an email asking where the order was). The items were sent in two different packages. I received one package with one item 12/16/16. The other package with three items has still not arrived. The last tracking information states customs declaration completed on 12/14/16 and thats it. I obviously wont receive these for Christmas and no longer want them. They refuse to give me a refund. Im offered a $20 coupon instead which is not a solution. I didnt receive the items when it was promised and most of the order I havent received at all. I run a retail store of my own so I know how these problems should be resolved and Im not the type of person that is impossible to please but this is just ridiculous. The customer service is terrible and I will never order from these people again.
