This company is cheating our money! The pictures on the website is very misleading! It appears as if the clothing is made nicely and has a nice fit. Much to my dismay, each dress is a peice of pure junk and nothing fits nicely. I requested a return, which they make very difficult. When I finally did return my package I had to pay about $70 return shipping. My package is still in customs for over 2 months! I contacted the postal service and they informed me that Popjulia has to now claim the parcel. Popjulia refuses. They're saying that if an item goes on hold in customs they don't pick it up. They said this is clearly stated on the website, which is another one of their lies.
Don't buy from this company! It's a trap!
I received my order today, after a month. ( ordered 4/4/18 arrived 11/5/18) The quality of the clothes was absolutely discusting. Save your money, I wish I had of donated it to the RSPCA.

PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS ABSOLUTE FAKE BUTT COMPANY!
I ordered one item and it says shipping takes 10-20 business days. It's been almost 2 months and they tell me to the same thing to me everytime I send an email: that it's coming and tracking info may be delayed. The tracking info hasn't changed since the first day it was notified as shipped. When I ask for refund they offer me 10%. How stupid is that?
Please don't ever make the same mistake as I did. Do not trust this balooney company!

The worst buy ever. The quality is so low that you can not even use this word. There is no quality at all. Ive waited months and asked to cancel the order, then magically, the item shipping number was posted the next day so that I couldnt claim a refund from PayPal.
Then after a week or so I received the items. They were nothing as the picture. Bad material, not even one true to size. Absolutely garbage! I mean I paid over $70 for those garbage!
Too expensive to return, cos I have to return to China! So they went directly to my garbag can!

Dont be fooled with the photoshopped online pictures, the real products are very poor quality items. Worst thing is, they made it very difficult for refund. Request signature service for returned package, which is very expensive. My package is on hole by the custom, Shipping company said addressee should contact custom, but after a few try, their answer was simply they only accept returned items to door, refused to even forwarding contact of the custom. The items are only $80, not sure why it should be held, but who knows, maybe they inform the custom hold all returns so they dont need to refund a penny! It has been half year by now, worst online purchase experience ever!

I orderd two dresses. I suppose it is true, you get what you pay for. I should have started with ONE. The fabric of one of the dresses was not what I was expecting based on the description and it was the length of a long blouse, not a dress, despite the measurements presented in the description. The other measurements were also way smaller than I'd ordered. Unwearable. Cheap poplin fabric. Hideous. I would not even have been acceptable as a blouse -- even it it had fit. When I inquired about returning it via the website, the cost of shipping would have cost more than I paid for the dress. I gave the dress to Goodwill. The other dress was the right length and more or less the right fabric, but a little bit tight through the shoulders and bustline, but I thought might be ok. After one washing, however, (and I did not put it in the dryer -- I let it line dry), it had shrunk. I used cold water for the washing and used delicate cycle. Now I'd NEVER wear the dress out of the house. It is now destined for Goodwill, as well. I would suggest not buying from this company unless you are Size 0 or Size 2. And then be careful, because even if the dress may fit, the quality of fabrics, at least based on my experience, is really "bait and switch."

I purchased over $250 of clothes from this online store, as the pictures look very nice. The product received were very cheap material and completely different from their pictures. Worst dress I have ever seen. I was on vacation when order was received and it passed their return time limit of 15 days, they would not approve return (I initiated return request around 30 days after order)
This is completely a scam business. They set the return limit very short and set a trap for their customers
Let me speculate how this business runs:
1. Hire some to find very nice fashion pictures online
2. Buy cheap material and copy clothes design from the picture, but at a terrible quality
3. Hire a person who can type and respond in English to Naïve English speaking customers
4. Hire a person to create accounts and leave a few excellent reviews on various sites and skew the review score
Everything is based on cheating for this business

I have been searching for the perfect dress for summer and PopJulia answered all my prayers. I was able to find a floral dress that I can wear to the beach. I love that the fabric is soft and is well made. It is also perfect to wear out for a date or going to church. It's just perfect, nothing else.
Few month ago I decided to buy 2 pretty looking dresses for my wife from this company, and later I received an e-mail telling me that they did not have the size I ordered and I should order other size or item from their catalog. I ordered a new item or if not they shall reimburse me the money, but I never received an answer via email. At the same time, I also received 3 phone calls from some place in China or England and left the same message sent via email. I called those numbers and one call was made from England and whoever answered did not know about pop julia; the other 2 calls were made from China and, as you know," No English." Finally, I received my refund with the 20% less of the full price paid. The funny thing is that the full price paid included d shipping fees. It was not my fault they did not have the size I ordered, neither I ever received anything by mail or I returned any item to charge 20%. Imagine how many customers under the same situation are making this company to easily collect 20% free money from each transaction. Please help me to report this company with FTC for abusive practices like this and please do not ever trust this deceivers

This is a Chinese scam business! You can not trust what you see in picture.
I received a horrible pink cloth with tilted pockets and very short narrow sleeves.
They admitted to shipped wrong item to me after I send 2 pictures what I received and what I saw their website. Its only matched the color of pink cloth...
BUT STILL, they can refund me only 50%, why I have to pay 50% of their mistake to shipped. This is a joke, I wish they will stop messing around.

Wow! Just take a look at all these 5 star reviews. They are copies of the same template. Read 1 star reviews. They are true. Horrible service, people with no morale. Ordered two dresses and a coat from them. After a month of waiting, called them. They constsntly delayed shipping. Finally in almost two months got the dress. So small, doesn't fit even my 12-years old daughter. Quality is awful, design is even worse. Now I am stuck with the other two items that I didn't receive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered and payed for three dresses, one pair shoes and a head piece. After waiting for a period of about three weeks, I only received one dress, shoes and the head piece. The quality of the merchandise is good. One of the dresses was for an up-coming special occasion, It is actually one of the main dresses that they advertise. Now I have lost money and have to spend time searching for something else.
Items did not arrive for months but my credit card was charged immediately! Poor quality dresses. Not like the picture. Poor return policy. Bad all around. Dont buy anything

Beware of this company! Took over a month to receive & when received, clothes looked nothing like pictures with strings hanging from seams & very cheaply made. They required me to expensively send back to them & I still havent received all items ordered. This company should be investigated & not allowed to sell to US consumers!
