I order a dress and never hear anything for 3 weeks. I contact them and finally they shipped it, however, wrong dress was delivered. I again contact them to exchange it but they just told me "it was delivered." They did not do anything until I send them photo of the dress I received. They refused refund so after contacting them more than one month, I finally got the dress which is too short to wear. Also, sewing is not straight so the dress itself is not straight. It already over 2 months and I am tired of contacting them.
I decided to take this good lesson and never ever order from this awful store.

Returned an order that they left at US Customs for 30 + days, so they returned the same order with the too small clothes. Popjulia was notified that the order was being returned and tracking info. They have a big problem with returns.Not wanting to pay taxes and fees.So I`m out of my money and with clothes that are too small. Even out of money it coast to return it back.Not a great place to do online bussiness.

There is size wrong, quality bad, service worst. You can't return your order, because you will spend more money then you spent for purchase. You have to send parcel to China. And it will be very expensive. That why stay out of this site.

I bought several items that arrived in tiny sizes. I tried to return the items and was told that since they are all the way in China, and I have 7 day limit to return, I should accept a 15% refund and keep the clothes (that I don't want and cannot wear). This is clearly unacceptable return policy and behaviour and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The quality of the goods were terrible, too.

I returned the stuff with the label provided by PopJulia.
1. It can be ONLY tracked in US. It can NOT be tracked in CHINA
I sent on Jan. 29. It only showed the transaction in US till Feb. 2. Then their response for having not refunded was that they had not received the stuff yet.
2. They even asked me to lie on the China Custom Declaration to under state the value.
IN CHINA, The Return Center is in China. To ensure I am a real customer, I have included my order number and return tracking number in the message. And also read to the last sentence, they fool you for the return policy.
1. RETURN:
It seems they dont like to accept the return.
When I requested for return, the representative sent me an email Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund (store credit offer for USD order only) instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
Once I insisted on the return, they sent an email stating If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be either 30% store credit (NOTE: Store credit offer for USD order only), or 20% money refund.
I sent the return back as directed via USPS track#LA168887839US on 01/29/2018. I paid the return postage fo $38.49. I haven't received the refund $134.2 as of today. My order number is H1077894.
2. Quality
Really shitty stuff. I ordered 7 items total $202.20 including $34 expedited service. If it had not been the issue to save postage for return, I would have returned them all.
3. Shipment and Return Policy
They gradually send out the shipment. In my case, I ordered on Dec. 11,2017. I received three packages. On Jan. 22 I received the last packages.
$34 expedited charge is a joke!
MOST IMPORTANT: They fool you the return policy. You have to contact them within 15 days when you receive EACH package not when you receive the WHOLE order.
It looks like an US based company. But when you ask for return, the return center is in CHINA. So you need to pay the expensive postage to return!
I have purchased 4 items, Turtleneck Slit Solid Knitted Casual Cape Sleeve Sweater (ID: ******* One-size, in color gray and in ivory, Pockets Turtle Neck Casual Long Sleeve Sweater (ID: *******), and White Cape Sleeve H-line Casual Knitted Poncho (ID: *******) One-size, color White. These Turtleneck Sweaters made of poor fabric! Are way too small. So small to fit a child. The White Cape Knitted Poncho was shipped to me damaged with a sticker (pointing arrow) attached to the fabric, pointing to the damaged area. These packages arrived when I was out of the Country. I was gone for 5 weeks attending to my sick brother who eventually has passed away. Upon my return to USA I've opened these received packages and was so disappointed with those items. I have contacted the Customer Service to present the problem and asked to return these items. However, they refused to accept the return. Here is the answer that I keep receiving from them "Well noted that you are out of country when the parcel was delivered. But it is our return policy. I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking at and selecting dresses to add to my cart. When I went to check out, I saw the total price (same on 2 different "total" screens) but then when I was about to click "complete the order", I saw that the amount was about $60 more than what I saw on the previous screens as the total. When I tried to close out and go back to see what happened, I was bumped completely from the site and my cart emptied. I thought that was weird, so I started checking Pop Julia out online. Don't know why I didn't start there! All terrible reviews except a handful of positive reviews that seem fake (generated by bots). Many thanks to those of you that shared your experience with this company- You just saved me from a $380+ headache!

I purchased two items, a seater and a cardigan. The sleeves on the sweater were so tight, it felt like a rubber band. The cardigan is made of poor fabric! It too was small. I contacted pop Julia and their response was beyond the 15 day return. It has been difficult dealing with all the emails back and forth. I will NEVER support this site! The sizes on the descriptions don't match with the actual clothes. Very poor texture and smelly like oil. Cannot wear them at all.
