I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on June 02,2018. N0 response and no shoes a month later! I Read everyone's issues and do not understand why this is continuing with this company?
I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this company. I purchased clothes to the value of £105. The sizes were not as advertised and all too small - even the length of dresses were misleading! A maxi dress on their website was above my knee and I am only 57. Returned all goods which cost me a further £23. They are now saying they havent received my returns and when I tracked delivery it only tracks to China! I will keep emailing them and I am determined not to let them get away with this! Please do not buy from this company!

The clothes were terrible cheap quality, and yes, I wasn't expecting much, but they were not even usable. They also smelled terrible. Apparently they use something when shipping so the clothes won't mold and you cannot get that smell out, it was very strong. The sizes were totally off some of the items were huge, some tiny, none fit correctly. I had to send everything back. The order was $150, it cost $80 to send it back and it is currently stuck in customs. They will not help.
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the items. But we will not add special thing during shipment. As size differs on our website, we advise customers to check detailed measurements before they ordered. And if you choose regular postal shipping to return them, it will not cost that much. We will try our best to offer better customer shopping experience.
As promised, this is my next update. Finally after 6 months of fighting with this scam business, I got ALL my money back. And I have not used all resources yet.
So, my advice to those who did not order anything yet is do not fall for nice pictures on their website they probably stole somewhere, you will get nothing close to that.
My advice to those who is fighting with them: go till the end. After I wrote a letter and sent it by mail to PayPal top management in Nebraska describing all my experience and fraudulent scheme these scammers use, PayPal called me back in a week and refunded the rest of my money, which was for the fake item they shipped to me. Note: I DID NOT RETURN THAT ITEM TO CHINA. It is not my responsibility and their return policy is not legitimate since they use improper business practices. My bank also reopened this case but I closed it since PayPal issued me a courtesy credit. That means that now CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED - the owner of PopJulia - ripped off PayPal, not me. Good luck you with that!

We don't know the order# and cannot see what is happening, but I do hope you will get better experience in the future.
So, I guess now it is not about money. Now it is about stopping these improper business practices. Just a warning for those who are going to make an order from them - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. They will ship you a fake item and you won't return it to China because of expensive shipping that does not make sense to you. If you decide to ship it back, they won't claim it saying that they didn't receive it. In any case scenario you will lose.
After 5 months of dealing with them, I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and reported their fraudulent activity as international scam with econsumer.gov. I will continue keeping all potential customers updated on ongoing investigation and will update my review periodically.
TOGETHER WE MUST STOP THESE THIEVES! DON'T GIVE UP! Write me a message if you need a witness of their fraudulent activity for your case.

Never ever buy from this scammers and robbers. They will fool you from the moment you made a purchase. They would delay shipping for months so that you did not have a chance to use their horrible return policy. If you ordered multiple items, they will send them to you partially or most likely not send them at all. So, if you decide to open a case with PayPal they will send PayPal a tracking number for the first item shipped and you won't be able to prove PayPal that they did not send you the rest of the items unless you open a case with the police department. So, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. As for quality of their product, please, take a look at the pictures of trash item they sent to me in my previous reviews. This company MUST be kicked out of the market and do not fool Americans. I did not have any updates from them on my case and do not wait for that anymore but I closely watch all their activity and will never stop bringing them to justice.
My message to Popjulia representative went unread and unanswered. So, I am writing it here: "Really? What do you mean improving your products? You can't improve it at my cost. I should scissor up holes for buttons? Seriously? Maybe I should also move buttons myself to the right spot? In your website picture, they are far from the edge. Take a look at the picture of the real item you sent to me. I am not saying about all details (wrong size, poor material, belt size, pockets, accented scratches, etc.) So, what did you send to me? You cheated and took my money fraudulently. I will continue dealing with you through Federal Trade Commission. Based on what people are writing here, you are committing fraud on the daily basis."
Their business strategy is to ship you whatever they have in their warehouse and do not worry about the return because return is so expensive that does not make sense for the buyer. This "whatever" is real crap of wrong size and horrible quality. I received that crap item from them in more than a month after ordering. It had slight resemblance with what they advertised on their website and looked like working wear but stylish coat. It was size US2 instead of ordered US8 and didn't even have openings for buttons. I cancelled other two items they didn't even ship yet and they didn't do a refund. They are robbers and all-time rogues.
We ordered two dress, one never arrived, the other was so such poor quality at I complained. Please do not order from this company they look good but the quality and hassle is not worth it. PayPal also have not been exactly helpful. Even when we have complied fully with the complaint posses.
P.S. They look good on the web site. But don't be taken in.

I paid $27 extra money to receive my 6 ordered clothes. It has been one month and I did not receive any yet. When am I getting my two T-shirts, two blouses, one dress and one skirt? I paid $152.35 total. After I read some of the complains people wrote, I am not even interested to get clothes. I just need refund of total I paid.

Our normal delivery time is 3-5 business days of preparing for the orders plus 10-20 business days of postal service shipping (7-12 business days of postal expedited, or 2 to 5 business days of express shipping).

I made a $348 purchase from these people. I started to look at the reviews and decided probably cancel before I have to deal with all of that. (I cancelled 10 minutes later). They sent me an email to accept the clothing and what I didn't want I can return... i assumed I wouldn't want any of it so I said full refund please. Then they said accept the items and my next purchase they would give me a huge discount... No I'll take my refund please. It's now been three weeks and I have yet to see my money. Worse thing about it I don't even have the crappy clothes they sell and I'm out $348. I will be looking further into filing charges against these people. Never again.

After 15 emails where they claimed I never ordered (they charged me immediately) then claimed I ordered something else--then claimed I was reimbursed (I was not) then claimed I was confused and maybe ordered from another company (wait-what? This is after a copied and pasted to prove to them the charge from their company-Popjulia), then insisted I was another person living on the opposite side of the country ( I was not-I provided them with all my data---in return they sent me all the personal data of the person that they claimed I was--) then claimed it was not their fault that I chose to use another name on my order (are you kidding me?)---and on and on and on---they miraculous found my original order from 2 months ago--claimed they had JUST shipped it and so there was nothing they could do. They offered my 10% off coupon for future purchases ---like I would ever consider ordering anything from them again...---2 weeks have passed and no shoes have arrived. Lies after Lies with accusations and misinformation on their end--but I was charged and they refuse to refund that for something I never received. I corrected them at each venture of the accurate information and they REFUSED to look into it any further. Company is a joke---WORST EXPERIENCE EVER---not only did they steal my money---along the way they were rude and accused me of being confused and ordering with another name and address---INSANE. Please be warned that this a company to avoid!

I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago--they were quick to charge my account for the purchase but I have seen nothing as of yet---received no confirmation and have been unable to reach anyone to respond as to what is happening with my order... NOT A FAN... hoping my order will arrive one day or at least get my money back!
I ordered about $100 worth of clothing, and after a few days of no shipping confirmation, I got suspicious and looked up the site's reviews on line. After seeing all the bad reviews, and the company's refusal to give refunds on strange/incorrect products, I decided to cancel my order before it even shipped. They still charged me a 15% fee for cancellation, bit I think avoided an even worse situation. Learned my lesson...always read the reviews of a website before placing an order.

You say you accept Paypal, but i keep getting errors. Too bad... I really wanted the items I chose. And yes, I dble checked my Paypal and no problems with any other site. That tells me, that you have to abide by Paypal rules, and from reading all the negative reviews, its not something you want to deal with.

My wife had being a regular customer on PopJulia.
Most recently, ordered 10 items in one go.
On two of the items, we have being having dispute going back and forth, counting to 6 emails now.
1) a dress's matching belt was MISSING from the dress.
2) a floral-pattern T-shirt has the WRONG pattern vs what's on the website.
If PopJulia would just handle their issues in a normal business manner, I'd still feel 5-star about them. However, their handling of this particular matter, has driven me over the wall.
Even after having established the two issues wrong with their items, they are making lame excuses like "T-shirt was produced with random pattern". (Their website never said such. In fact their website showed 4 model-posed photos for this one item, with identical pattern across all 4 photos).
Instead of just sending us a return label and processing the full refund for these two items, PopJulia is asking us, through what's now 6 email exchanges:
1) That we pay out of our pocket for returning THEIR WRONG products to them in Hong Kong.
2) Suggested (begged) us to keep these WRONG products, and they'd give partial refund through store credit.
These guys don't have a clue about retail or customer service.
They are ignoring my wife's history of having bought hundreds of dollars worth from them over time, possibly hundreds or thousands more dollars in the future, and is instead grinding the gears on these two items worth less than $30.
After 6 email exchanges, we are now escalating to PayPal.
Thank goodness we paid through PayPal, and can use them as mediator.
Even if we purchased using credit card directly, by this point I'd be calling the credit card company and logging a complaint of fraudulent sales practice.
For printed pattern and random cutting, we can't 100% sure that the item will be exactly like what's shown. We will ask the editor to fill in the info. For the missing belt, we also offer partial refund for keeping it I think. Suppose return label has also been sent. Please advise the order number so that we can check.
It is very hard to return. Their warehouse is in CA but they want me to return it to China. And they don't pay for shipping. It cost me so much money to return it.

I ordered a top from this company and it only took two months for it to come! Yet they took my money right away. Also when I opened the package it was very very very cheap fabric not at all what the described on the web site, also I check the sizing to there chart and it is not even close to what they say, I do think this company is not an honest business at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I bought over £100 worth of clothing from POPJULIA. The sizes where all wrong and I sent it back via DHL as we have an account with DHL.
POPJULIA have instructed DHL to destroy the package! As they don't want to pay the custom duties. I have explained to them that I will pay as the account holder! Why not return to me instead of destroying it. REALLY!
The after sales service is disgusting and completely unhelpful. You can't speak to a real person. They make it SO difficult to return anything.
